Kobe Bryant's Wife DROPS DIVORCE!!!
Kobe Bryant is NOT getting divorced.
TMZ broke the story ... Vanessa -- through her lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser -- filed to end her marriage in December, 2011. Several months later ... Kobe -- in an attempt to win her back -- deeded over his interest in their 3 Newport Beach mansions.
Since she filed, Vanessa and Kobe were on-again, off-again like high school students.
But in the last month ... they got very tight. A turning point seemed to be the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy relief concert at Madison Square Garden in NYC, when the two left arm-in-arm. They spent New Year's Eve together, were spotted at lunch and have pretty much been inseparable.
There have been reports that Kobe is getting back with Vanessa because it's cheaper to keep her ... but that's just not true. Fact is ... we've checked property records and Vanessa still owns 2 of the Newport Beach mansions -- she just sold the third for $3.2 mil. We don't know for sure, but it seems like Kobe may have signed a post-nup, giving Vanessa more financial leverage in the relationship.
So now, Kobe, Vanessa and the 2 kids are one big happy family again. Congrats.

Jamie says based on the real numbers, she should have received more than $900 million.

Jon Gosselin Proud Father ... of a 3-Year-Old Tax Lien
Jon Gosselin became a free man in 2009 -- problem is, he allegedly snubbed the State of Pennsylvania in the process ... and now, the schlubby reality dad's been hit with a $39K tax lien.
If you recall, 2009 was the year Jon and Kate went splitsville ... scoring them both more publicity -- i.e. paid interviews and appearances -- than either could've imagined.
But according to docs filed in Berks County, Pennsylvania ... Jon still failed to dish out the necessary cash to the government that year ... resulting in the massive tax bill.
Let's hope he saved some of that sweet reality cash ... 'cause while the bill might've been a doable amount back then, it's gonna be a pain in 2013 ... considering Jon works a totally normal person job now.
Thank God he bought all those Ed Hardy shirts while he had the chance... Multiple attempts to reach Jon were unsuccessful.

Allen Iverson to Judge Don't Screw Me Like You Screwed Usher's Wife
NBA legend Allen Iverson wants a new judge in his divorce case -- claiming the current judge unethically does legal favors for campaign contributors, and he's afraid she will screw him just like she did Usher's estranged wife.
Iverson filed a motion for the judge to recuse herself last month, claiming she has accepted campaign donations from his estranged wife's attorney -- and has a track record of making biased decisions for contributors.
As for the Usher connection -- the lawyer who repped the singer in his child custody showdown with Tameka Raymond is also repping Iverson's ex.
In his motion, Allen claims the judge's decision to strip Tameka of primary custody was biased, and he refuses to get the same treatment.
The judge ain't going anywhere ... for now. She shut down Allen's motion, claiming he failed to provide enough evidence to back his allegations.

Kris Humphries Presumption Is ... He's the Daddy!!!
They've been separated for more than a year, but that don't matter much in California, where the husband of a pregnant woman is PRESUMED to be the father.
Translation -- Kris Humphries has the edge going in as Kim Kardashian's baby daddy. If he were to lay claim to the kid, Kim and Kanye would have to present "clear and convincing evidence" to a judge that Kanye did the dirty.
Fact is ... it wouldn't be hard to prove, since Kris hasn't gone near Kim for a long, long time ... and it appears the baby was conceived while Kim and Kanye were in Rome 3 months ago.
Nonetheless, there is a rebuttable presumption in Kris' favor, and Kim of all people should know a thing or two about re-butts.
