"The Sandlot" star Chauncey Leopardi's marriage has gone to the dogs -- just like that Babe Ruth baseball -- but turns out, it's been a long time coming, TMZ has learned.

Chauncey -- who played "Squints", the lucky kid who locked lips with Wendy Peffercorn -- married a woman named Stefani back in 2000. She filed for divorce last month.

But the couple hasn't been together for a while ... Stefani tells us they separated way back in 2003, they were just too lazy to file the docs ... until now. We're told the split was amicable.

The former lovers have one kid together -- a 10-year-old daughter. Stefani is asking for joint legal, but primary physical custody.

Speaking of physical -- remember this? Peffercorn ...

Porsha Williams likes to stay out partying 'til the break o' dawn, and then call police to get her into the house she shares with estranged husband Kordell Stewart -- this according to new documents.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha fired the first shot ... filing a motion that claimed Kordell was locking her out of the house -- and bringing another woman into the home.

But in his response Kordell claims he only locks the house at night for security purposes. He claims the real problem is Porsha frequently leaves home for several days straight ... and sometimes comes back between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM smelling like alcohol.

As we previously reported ... Kordell filed for divorce last month.

The ex-NFL star also claims Porsha called the police twice to let her into the house ... even though she has a key to enter the property.

As for Porsha's claim of "another woman" in the house -- Kordell says it's the nanny he was forced to hire because Porsha is "neglecting her responsibilities to her stepson."

One of Halle Berry's exes said something nice about her and her pregnancy -- and the kind words came from none other than singer Eric Benet!

We broke the story ... 46-year-old Halle is expecting her second child -- this one with fiance Olivier Martinez -- and based on Eric's reaction, it looks like we broke the news to him in Bev Hills today.

It's no secret ... Halle doesn't have a great track record of remaining friends with exes -- but Benet, who was married to her from 2001 to 2005, had only 2 words for Halle.

Actress Lena Headey -- aka evil Queen Cersei from "Game of Thrones" -- claims she's dead broke with "less than $5 in her bank account" ... and she desperately needs her tax refund to cover her living expenses.

Headey opened up about her dire financial situation in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which she filed in response to her husband Peter Loughran's demands for half of their $46,000 tax refund from 2011 ... which technically could be community property from their marriage.

Lena -- who filed for divorce from Peter last year -- says she needs $6,000 from that refund ASAP because she's barely scraping by, living off credit to make ends meet for her and their 2-year-old son.

It's pretty shocking since she's currently a main character on one of the most popular shows on TV.

Lena says she expects to receive acting income in the near future, but she needs the $6,000 advance from the refund right now.

Lena says she's willing to give Peter $6,000 from the refund to cover his living expenses ... but she wants the rest placed into a two-signature blocked bank account pending a settlement.

"Pregnant Man" Thomas Beatie is PISSED after a judge refused to grant him a divorce from his estranged wife -- and tells TMZ he's willing to take the fight all the way to the Supreme Court.

Beatie, a transgender male, is appealing a decision handed down Friday ... when a judge in AZ denied his divorce from Nancy Beatie -- on the grounds the marriage was NEVER legal since Beatie couldn't prove he was a man during their nuptials ... and the state doesn't recognize same-sex marriage.

Beatie tells TMZ he's not giving up the fight, his attorneys are already drafting up the appeal -- and he'll go the Supreme Court if that's what it takes.

He explains, "This is personal. This ruling is an attack on my person, my identity, and my family. It's sad and embarrassing that Judge Gerlach is more focused on wanting to delegitimize my children than legitimize my family."

Beatie continues, "The judge is obviously uncomfortable with me. He has a problem with me having a legal male identity and using my internal organs to start a family."

You'll recall ... the judge made it clear from the beginning​, he had issues with the validity of Beatie's marriage based on the fact that while married he bore the couple's 3 children ... something no man could do.

But Beatie is adamant, the issue is MUCH bigger than his divorce ... "This is not Beatie versus Beatie. This is the State of AZ versus transgender people, human reproductive rights, and fairness under the law."

Kim Kardashian is not going to attend the first day of her divorce trial ... but it turns out she's not needed.

Kim has a commitment for an appearance in New York City for her perfume line on May 6, the opening day of her courtroom face-off with Kris Humphries.

Kim's lawyer filed legal docs asking the judge to move the trial up to May 3 so she could attend, but the judge wouldn't allow it because of a schedule conflict.

But sources say the solution is simple. Kris has the burden of proving fraud in his annulment request, so he's first up in calling witnesses, and Kim won't have to take the stand until day 2 or 3.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Stewart struggled to describe her feelings today in NYC after her husband blindsided her with divorce papers last month ... but she's still staying surprisingly positive.

Porsha was leaving the airport with a smile on her face when we asked if she had anything to say in the wake of Kordell Stewart's divorce filing ... she couldn't find the words.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver reunited for an Easter brunch at a swanky hotel in Santa Monica yesterday ... but unlike Jesus, their marriage wasn't resurrected that day.

The former couple met up at Shutters On the Beach in their finest Easter outfits for what appeared to be a pretty civil get-together.

But sources close to the couple tell us ... despite the cordial front, Maria feels the relationship is irretrievably broken and the divorce is still full speed ahead.

Porsha Williams is returning fire against her estranged husband Kordell Stewart ... filing an official response to Stewart's divorce docs, claiming she gave up her life to take care of Kordell's son from another woman ... and he needs to pay.

TMZ broke the story ... Stewart blindsided Williams with divorce papers this week, claiming Porsha doesn't deserve a dime in spousal support because she is capable of earning her own income.

But according to the new legal docs, filed by Porsha's attorney Randall Kessler, Porsha's marriage set her way back professionally ... because she quit her job for two years while they were married (and even sold her businesses) in order to care for Kordell's kid from another woman.

Porsha doesn't mention the fact that she's currently starring on "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

According to the docs, Porsha's not only demanding alimony from Stewart ... she also wants exclusive use of the family's Atlanta home.

Before publishing ... we contacted Kordell's rep, who told us the woman in the photo was Kordell's baby mama, Tania Richardson.

Tania contacted us Friday, and said she is not the woman in the pic.

Calls back to Kordell's people have not been returned.

The night before Kordell Stewart filed for divorce from his wife Porsha Williams, he was hanging out with another woman -- his baby mama -- and TMZ has the pic.

Kordell -- a former NFL star who spent years with the Pittsburgh Steelers -- spent Thursday March 21 at Dave & Busters video game arcade restaurant in Marietta, Georgia with former flame Tania Richardson and their son Syre.

Sources close to Kordell tell TMZ ... Stewart was initially booked to appear at the restaurant as part of an event for a local radio station where he works ... but thought Syre would enjoy the place, so he called up Tania and invited them over.

It's unclear if Kordell and Tania talked about the NFL player's marriage ... but witnesses inside the joint tell us the two appeared to be having a serious conversation and Kordell looked stressed out.

We broke the story ... Kordell filed for divorce the very next day -- and Williams (who stars on "Real Housewives of Atlanta") claims she was blindsided by Stewart's actions.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams can still reconcile with her estranged husband Kordell Stewart ... that is, if Porsha's willing to put in the work ... so says her co-star Kenya Moore.

Kenya was out in L.A. Tuesday when we asked if she was shocked by Kordell's divorce filing -- and she said she wasn't ... citing a huge red flag she noticed in Porsha and Kordell's relationship.

But she says it's not over 'til it's over, adding, "It seems they just need to maybe iron some things out in their relationship. Maybe they could still make it work."

Porsha Williams says she learned that her husband Kordell Stewart filed for divorce this week when she read it on a website ... and says she's "disappointed" by his actions.

Porsha -- who stars on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" -- released a statement through her rep saying she is "disappointed about her husband's recent filing for divorce."

The rep says Porsha had held off on filing for divorce papers herself ... because she was committed to the marriage. She says Kordell had promised to work on the marriage with her.

Instead, Porsha's rep claims, "[Kordell] misled her and she found out about the filing in the media."

The rep says, "Mrs. Stewart hopes to resolve these personal issues privately with the support of her family, friends and strong faith."

Kordell Stewart -- the former Pittsburgh Steelers star -- has filed for divorce from his reality star wife Porsha Williams ... TMZ has learned.

According to Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia, the 40-year-old NFL alum -- who went by the nickname "Slash" during his playing days -- filed for divorce on March 22.

Stewart and Williams were married on May 21, 2011 -- they have no children together. Stewart has a son from a previous relationship.

Williams currently stars on "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

The issue of children came up often on the reality show -- Porsha wanted to have kids AND a career in charity work ... but Kordell told her she had to choose.

2:10 PM PT -- Porsha says she was blindsided by Kordell's divorce filing, claiming she learned about it from a website.

7:49 AM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Kordell says the marriage is "irretrievably broken" ... and claims the two are currently separated.

It seems Kordell also believes he shouldn't have to pay Porsha a single cent in spousal support ... claiming, "[She's] an able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself."

"MADtv" star Aries Spears has willingly given up full custody of his 3-year-old son to his estranged wife ... after allegedly threatening her life with a baseball bat ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Spears' wife Elisa Larregui filed for divorce February 7, citing irreconcilable differences. In the docs, Elisa demanded full custody of their 3-year-old son.

She didn't elaborate in the divorce docs ... but four days later, Elisa filed a request for a restraining order against Aries, claiming he swung a baseball bat at her and nearly killed her.

According to Elisa's restraining order docs, Aries was also a verbally abusive father ... and had been physically abusive with one of her children from a past relationship.

Elisa scored a temporary restraining order ... and Aries subsequently threw in the towel, agreeing to give Elisa full physical and legal custody of their son.

He also agreed to stay 100 yards clear of Elisa and their son unless there's a prearranged visit.

Oh yeah, Elisa's picking up and moving to Florida too ... and Aries has agreed to foot the moving bill.

Aries Spears' lawyer tells us, "The family is mending and for the moment, they have chosen to place some distance between themselves. Aries and Elisa have been communicating peaceably and have worked things out between themselves. Aries looks forward to spending quality time with his son."

New York Yankees slugger Andruw Jones is battling his estranged wife for custody of their son -- claiming he's the better parent ... just two months after he was popped for domestic violence.

Nicole Jones filed for divorce from Andruw back in January -- one week after the MLB star was arrested for allegedly dragging her through the garage and choking her. Charges are pending.

In the divorce docs, Nicole -- who was married to Jones for 10 years -- asked for primary physical custody of their 9-year-old son AND to have the prenup voided.

Now, Andruw has fired back in his own docs ... claiming HE should get primary physical custody, and not only that ... he shouldn't have to pony up a dime in child support.

Dennis and Kimberly Quaid are one happy family again ... with one big problem -- they can't stop their divorce from going through.

TMZ has learned ... before getting back together, both Dennis and Kimberly signed the divorce documents and they are sitting on the judge's desk right now, but we're told the paperwork is going through the system and the judgment will become final.

As we first reported ... a source close to the couple told TMZ back in October, "Kimberly is fed up with Dennis' cheating and wants out of the marriage. He's not a good husband." She was gunning for primary physical custody of the twins, as well as spousal support.

It's not the couple's first change of heart. Back in March, 2012, Kimberly filed for divorce but withdrew the petition two months later.
