'Jackass' Star's Marriage -- The Party's Over
Chris Pontius -- aka "Party Boy" from "Jackass" -- is getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.
According to the docs filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, Pontius' wife Claire Nolan (pictured above) is requesting the split.
36-year-old Pontius married Nolan back in 2004. They have no children together.
UPDATE: In the docs, Nolan cites "irreconcilable differences" -- and claims the two officially separated back in 2009.
Jason London Officially Divorced ... Finally
Jason London is engaged to a woman named Sofia Karstens ... so it's a good thing the "Dazed and Confused" actor's divorce from Charlie Spradling is finally official.
The docs were filed in L.A. Superior Court this week, officially ending the marriage. According to the documents, London and Spradling were married in 1999 and separated all the way back in 2002!
The court docs go on to say Spradling will have sole legal and physical custody of their 15-year-old daughter and London will have to fork over $1,000/month. Neither side was ordered to pay spousal support.
London and Karstens are set to tie the knot this summer.
Billy Ray Cyrus Files to Withdraw Divorce
Billy Ray Cyrus just made it official, by filing documents -- obtained by TMZ -- to withdraw his divorce petition so he can try to save his marriage.
Billy Ray filed the docs in Williamson County, Tennessee, stating, "The parties are attempting a reconciliation."
Billy Ray has been saying Miley Cyrus' fame compromised their family.
Billy Ray and Tish have been seen out together over the last few weeks.
The petition to withdraw the divorce was filed March 11 ... and the judge signed the order withdrawing the divorce papers.

Ashlee Simpson feels badly that Petz Wentz is hurting over their impending divorce, and that's why she spent time with Pete over the weekend -- she is NOT getting back together with him.
Ashlee and Pete hit up In-N-Out and Taco Bell, but there is no reconciliation. Pete is leaving town today for a month-long series of concerts, and she wanted to boost his spirits before he left.
Our sources say Pete never wanted the divorce and would get back with Ashlee in a second, but she definitely wants out of the marriage.

Charlie Sheen's twins are getting serious back up from the Mueller clan. TMZ has learned Brooke has enlisted her parents to help look after the boys ... and they're flying out to L.A. ... stat.
Sources close to Brooke tell TMZ, Charlie's former mother- and father-in-law are uprooting themselves from Florida to make the trip -- and they're looking for a more permanent place in L.A. at this very moment.
As we previously reported, Charlie and Brooke struck a custody agreement on Thursday -- the terms of which remain confidential ... but it seems Brooke could use some help.
We're also told Brooke is launching a new anti-publicity campaign -- insisting she will make a better effort to shield her kids from the media storm surrounding their father.
So far, no official word from Brooke.

Wilde filed the papers last week in L.A. County Superior Court -- citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce.
The 27-year-old "House" actress and her husband Tao Ruspoli have been married for eight years. They separated last month.
The couple has no children.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller finally reached an agreement about custody of their twin boys ... and, as a result, will NOT be in court tomorrow morning ... TMZ has learned.
Their attorneys tell TMZ, "Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences. For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter."
As TMZ first reported, Charlie and Brooke also struck a deal a week ago ... but she backed out when Charlie tweeted about the agreement.
Ever since then they've been in heated negotiations ... and a showdown was scheduled for court Friday morning -- but we're told that's now canceled.

Denise Richards: Stay Away From Our Kids, Charlie!
A showdown is brewing between Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards ... TMZ has learned ... because Charlie wants 7-year-old Sam to come over to his house this weekend for a birthday party ... and Denise is saying, "No way!"
Sam's birthday was yesterday ... and we're told Denise was steadfast -- she was not going to let Charlie into her house to see the children because of Charlie's craziness. Turns out that wasn't a problem, because Charlie never came. He called in the evening to wish Sam a happy birthday, but that was it.
But now Charlie wants to have a big party at his house this weekend, celebrating Sam's birthday, and inviting all her friends. We're told Denise is scoffing at the invitation and says Sam isn't going, nor are any of her friends.
We're told Charlie is gearing up for a fight -- possibly a legal fight.

Pete Wentz and Ashlee -- Custody Battle Underway
Pete Wentz does NOT want his soon-to-be-ex wife Ashlee Simpson to get primary physical custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx -- as she's requested -- and now he's taking her on in court ... TMZ has learned.
Wentz just filed legal papers in response to Ashlee's divorce petition ... asking the judge for JOINT physical and legal custody of their son. In her divorce petition, Ashlee checked the box that indicated she wanted primary physical custody.
According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Wentz also wants each party to pay their own legal fees ... even though Ashlee asked the court to make Pete foot the bill for both sides.
And while Ashlee didn't specify the official break-up date in her papers -- Pete says the two called it quits on Feb. 9 ... just days after Pete came home from a wife-less trip to Dallas for the Super Bowl.

Charlie & Brooke No Court Tuesday
Sources close to both Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller tell TMZ both sides have decided against going to court tomorrow in their ongoing custody battle.
We're told the lawyers have been negotiating all day and have made progress, but they haven't finalized a deal. Rather than battling it out in court, the attorneys are banking on reaching a settlement soon.
Charlie's team gave notice Monday morning they were going to court Tuesday, but the hearing is now off the table ... at least for now.
As we previously reported, attorneys for both sides had been working on settling the custody dispute over the weekend ... but negotiations eventually stalled on a few key issues ... one of which was having a monitor present when Charlie had the twins.

Charlie's Negotiations with Brooke Stalled
Lawyers for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller negotiated all weekend, trying to hammer out a custody settlement, but sources tell us it didn't happen and now everyone's getting ready for court.
We're told several issues stand in the way of a settlement. For starters, Brooke insists that a monitor be present whenever Charlie has the kids at his house. And Brooke wants to make sure any current or future goddesses are blocked from exercising parental responsibilities.
We're told both sides are gearing up for a court fight on Tuesday. In order for that to happen, Charlie's lawyers must give Brooke's lawyers notice by 10:00 AM Monday.
