Shanna Moakler I'm Riding With the Hells Angels Now ... Travis, Beware

Published | Updated

Travis Barker has good reason to be worried about a run-in with Shanna Moakler's biker boyfriend ... turns out he's a Hells Angel.

TMZ has learned the boyfriend Moakler allegedly threatened to let loose on Barker ... is in the club's San Fernando Valley Chapter. Shanna and Travis were both arrested a couple of weeks ago for slinging death threats.

Sources close to Shanna believe Barker will try to use her bf's Angel ties against her in their custody battle, but we're told Shanna's insisting he's a nonviolent pussy cat with no rap sheet.

Despite her concerns ... Shanna posts pics of her man on the reg, but always blurs the Hells Angel patches on his cut. We're told Shanna's reminding friends the Angels do a lot of good charity rides and fundraisers.

Just don't ever touch his hog ... unless you're Shanna.

Lil Wayne to Birdman I'm Willing to Stay If the Price is Right

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne will stay with Cash Money and Birdman IF they ante up the money he's owed ... in fact, we're told if Cash Money pays up, Wayne has no choice but to stay.

Sources involved in the case tell TMZ ... Wayne feels Birdman's decision to avoid paying him is nothing more than a power play. TMZ broke the story that Wayne is suing, and a central claim is that Birdman has consistently stiffed him over the last year.

There are 2 payments that have irked Wayne -- he says he was owed $8 million when he went into the studio to record "Tha Carter V" in December 2013, and another $2 mil when he completed the album last month.

We're told the hope is that Universal -- which distributes Cash Money Records -- will step in and earmark the $10 mil for Wayne. And we're told Universal is already putting pressure on Cash Money to settle.

If Cash Money pays Wayne the $10 mil, it would essentially eliminate any breach of contract. That means Wayne would have no legal basis to ask out of the contract. Even though Wayne's suing for $51 million, most of that is predicated on future lost profits which would not be an issue if they settle.

As for the release of "Tha Carter V" ... even if the case settles the power would be in Birdman's claws.

Lil Wayne Sues Birdman's Cash Money I Want Out!

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne has made good on his promise to go after Cash Money ... because he's filed a lawsuit asking a judge to end his contract with Birdman's label.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Wayne says Birdman and company violated the deal by withholding tens of millions of dollars Cash Money owes him for his long-delayed album, "Tha Carter V."

Wayne claims because Cash Money is refusing to pay, he's entitled to walk.

But Lil Wayne wants more than just a declaration of freedom. He's suing for $51 MILLION.

And Wayne wants the judge to declare he's the joint copyright owner of all Young Money recordings ... which includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and several others.

Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ ... if Birdman antes up then he can release "Tha Carter V," but only if Wayne gets paid. Wayne says he was supposed to get an $8 million advance when he began recording in December, 2013 and another 2M when he completed the album a year later, but so far he's gotten nothing.

'Real Housewives' NeNe Leakes Warns Kenya and Claudia Call Me Bipolar and I'll Sue

Published | Updated

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes says it doesn't matter they're all on a reality show -- if Kenya Moore and Claudia Jordan don't zip their lips she'll sue.

Both Moore and Jordan got warned by Leake's lawyers Tuesday to stop damaging her brand with smack talk. NeNe's pissed at Jordan for calling her bipolar and, even worse, sporting bad veneers. Her beef with Moore is unclear.

Two things strike us. It's a little "pot calling the kettle black" because NeNe's been known to go after other cast members ... por ejemplo saying Claudia was such a tramp "her clit has left her body."

And you gotta wonder what producers think about their stars setting limits on the drama.

Lil Wayne When I Leave Cash Money I'm Taking Drake & Nicki With Me

Published | Updated

Nicki Minaj and Drake are Lil Wayne's goldfish ... 'cause when he finally storms out of Cash Money Records -- a la "Jerry Maguire" -- he's taking them along for the ride ... even if Birdman has other plans.

Our Weezy sources tell us -- in addition to demanding millions from Birdman -- Wayne plans to sue to ensure all his Young Money Entertainment artists remain under HIS umbrella.

Drake, Nicki, Christina Milian, and Lil Twist are all signed to Wayne's label. Mack Maine is also a YME artist, and the label's president.

Even though Birdman was integral in molding Drake and Nicki's careers ... we're told Weezy believes the superstars should go with him because their contracts are with YME.

Clouding the issue is the fact ... Cash Money has a distribution deal with all of the Young Money artists. Most likely the matter will have to be settled in court, but we're told Wayne's intent is clear -- he's not leaving without his crew.

He said as much on the mixtape track, "CoCo" -- "I ain't trippin', I got Barbie ... I got Drake too."

Courtney Love Reunites With Daughter After 5 Bitter Years

Published | Updated

Courtney Love reunited with her daughter Frances Bean Cobain ... apparently closing the book on a feud that's been raging for years.

Love and Bean hugged it out Saturday at the Sundance premiere of "Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck" ... the first time they've been seen together in more than 5 years.

Remember, Courtney lost legal control over then 17 year-old Frances in 2009. In 2012, Love accused ex Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl of hitting on Bean.

The 22 year-old blasted her mom over the allegation ... urging Twitter to ban her mom from the site.

Nothing is forever ... and that can be a good thing.

Birdman vs. Lil Wayne War is On NO SETTLEMENT

Published | Updated

Birdman and Lil Wayne have officially declared war ... settlement talks have broken down and Wayne will now sue his mentor, claiming among other things Birdman owes him $8 million.

As TMZ reported ... the 2 titans tried coming to terms this week but it wasn't meant to be. Now Wayne will ask a judge to declare him free of Cash Money and Birdman's control. Wayne says Birdman has violated their contract by withholding the release of his new album.

As for the $8 MIL claim ... Wayne says Birdman owed the money for his latest album -- it was supposed to be an advance.

Birdman has held firm ... he will release the album "in due time," but clearly that's not good enough for Wayne.

We're told Wayne will keep recording but he will release his works outside of the Cash Money umbrella.

Birdman to Lil Wayne I'm Pissed You Disrespected the Family

Published | Updated

Birdman is angry at Lil Wayne for "disrespecting" him in his latest song ... and he will NOT voluntarily release the rapper from Cash Money ... sources connected with the mogul tell TMZ.

Our sources say Birdman is angry on 2 fronts ... that Wayne is trying to bail on a binding contract and even more personal, he's putting their relationship on blast.

Wayne's song, "I'm Sorry for the Wait," is especially galling to Birdman because he feels the man he calls "son" is treating him like some random producer.

As we reported, lawyers and others for Wayne and Birdman are in talks, but Wayne has threatened a lawsuit if his album isn't released.

Our Birdman sources say the mogul won't budge and will only release the album on his terms. And he will fight Wayne if he sues to get out of his contract.

Blake Shelton I Don't Have to See 'American Sniper' To Blast Celebs Attacking It

Published | Updated

Blake Shelton has no problem defending "American Sniper" and ripping celebs who trash it, even though he hasn't even seen the movie!

Shelton was leaving 30 Rock (probably after his "Saturday Night Live" rehearsal) when he told us ... he was defending the military, not the movie itself, when he tweeted, "Sickens me to see celebrities or anybody slam the very people who protect their right to talk sh*t.. #truecowards"

Shelton admitted this week he might have been drunk tweeting ... but tells us he does plan to see the movie soon.

Kid Rock also went on the attack against Seth Rogen and Michael Moore, for their 'Sniper' criticisms -- writing on his website, "F*** you Michael Moore, you’re a piece of s*** and your uncle would be ashamed of you. Seth Rogen, your uncle probably molested you. I hope both of you catch a fist to the face soon."

Unclear if Kid was drinking, but chances are ...

Joanna Krupa Sues Hey, Brandi Glanville ... Keep My Vagina Out Of Your Mouth

Published | Updated

Joanna Krupa plans to clean out Brandi Glanville ... finally making good on her threat to sue over months of trash talk about her baby maker.

According to legal docs ... Krupa claims she experienced severe emotional distress when Glanville went on "Watch What Happens Live" ... and told the world JK has a stinky beaver. Now Krupa's slapped her ass with a defamation suit.

Glanville reiterated the scentiment multiple times ... and Krupa went ballistic about it last month.

If Joanna wins the suit -- filed by her attorney Ray Rafool -- she'll finally force Brandi to pay up ... but the move isn't without risk. Krupa's lady parts will now be up for discussion in open court.

The witness list should be ... interesting?

Lil Wayne Rips Birdman With New Song ... I Saved Your Ass, But Now I'm Gone!

Published | Updated

Lil Wayne just opened a lyrical can of whoop ass on Birdman by releasing a mixtape with tracks that take direct aim at his former mentor and Cash Money Records.

Wayne dropped "Sorry 4 The Wait 2" -- a clear reference to his long delayed "Carter V" album -- and goes right in on Birdman with a song called, "Coco."

Some of the lyrics include:
"Who kept this s**t together? N***a, me, that's who!
Who was there when n***as left? N***a, me that's who!"
Cash Money is an army, I'm a one man army!"

He also raps about going out like Tony Montana in "Scarface."

This should put an end to any doubts ... the Wayne-Birdman beef is 100% real.

The timing of the song and mixtape are interesting ... considering internet rumblings that Wayne could be plotting a move over to Master P's No Limit records.

Patricia Arquette 'Boyhood' Plays Out In Ex's Bitter Divorce

Published | Updated

"Boyhood" star Patricia Arquette and her son are being dragged into her ex's ugly divorce trial ... and it sounds like they're solidly on his side.

Back in the late '80s, Arquette gave birth to Enzo -- now 26 -- with then boyfriend, musician Paul Rossi. But similar to the movie ... he split when Enzo was just a month old and remained a present father.

Fast forward to the divorce ... estranged wife Kerry-Ann Johnston-Rossi claims in court docs Rossi is verbally abusive, threatening, and she lives in constant fear. Rossi has fired back that she's a liar, and that's why he's calling Patricia and Enzo to testify on his behalf ... as character witnesses.

The docs say Patricia/Enzo will testify about Rossi's "parenting abilities, lack of any violent or angry tendencies." And according to the docs, Patricia may have harsh words for Kerry-Ann ... regarding her "parenting abilities, her anger and/or violent tendencies."

The trial is set for March. Nothing like having a possible Oscar winner in your corner.

'Sugar' Shane Mosley Trey Songz Didn't Steal My Chick ... I'd K.O. Him If He Did

Published | Updated

Boxing superstar "Sugar" Shane Mosley says Trey Songz DID in fact bang his ex-girlfriend -- but not while they were together ... which is why he's got NO beef with the singer.

Mosley just issued a statement about reports that Songz was nailin' a stripper named Bella behind Sugar Shane's back ... saying it just ain't true -- but if it was "he would be knocked out like most anyone else who ever stepped to me."

Mosley explained, "Yeah she was a stripper, yeah I was stupid to date her, but she was single when she was f**king with Trey. We didn't live together so she can do what she wants."

Shane says he DOES have a problem with his ex-wife Jin -- who now stars on the Bravo reality show "Friends to Lovers" -- insinuating that SHE leaked the story to the media to humiliate him.

"Nice try Jin. Take your dumb ass show and kick rocks. Thirsty ass."
