Casper Smart bought a sweet new pad in the San Fernando Valley and he WON'T be banging Jennifer Lopez inside ... these are the 2 things we know.

We found out Smart just closed on a $760,000 ranch-style home in Woodland Hills. He put down 20% -- $152,000. And get this ... it's all Casper's money. JLo didn't give him a penny. He's been renting out a condo he already owned and making money doing choreography for artists like Nicki Minaj.

The 2,039 sq ft house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a pool, fruit trees, and a batting cage.

Now the banging part. We posted pics of Smart and JLo driving together Monday in L.A. and it looked like something was up -- she was trying to hide from the photog -- but we're now told they continue to be friends but the romance is over and out.

Plus ... JLO wouldn't be caught dead in THAT part of the valley.

Keyshawn Johnson has a message for Kourtney Kardashian -- YOUR MOLD IS YOUR PROBLEM -- telling TMZ Sports ... KK's claim that he sold her a moldy Calabasas mansion is pure B.S.

Keyshawn and his fiancee Jennifer Conrad were out in Beverly Hills -- getting ready for their wedding this weekend -- when the future Mrs. Johnson told us, "There was no mold when the house was sold. I promise you that."

Key added, "House was sold. House was bought. Everything else is everybody else's problems -- not mine."

As we first reported, Kourtney and her family are living in the Montage in Beverly Hills --claiming Key failed to disclose black mold in the master bedroom.

Key told us the house was "thoroughly inspected by excellent, experienced inspectors that they hired" before the deal went through -- and he did nothing wrong.

Kim Kardashian assumed auntie duties in Calabasas Tuesday ... taking her nephew Mason Disick to the movies.

Kim didn't have a lot to say but Mason did. He told our photog he went to see "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" in The Commons. He also has a fav -- Donatello.

We're told Kim took Mason out for the afternoon so he didn't go stir crazy in the Montage hotel in Bev Hills, where mommy Kourtney, Daddy Scott and sister Penelope are staying because they claim the house they bought from Keyshawn Johnson is full of dangerous black mold.

"Million Dollar Listing" star Josh Altman practices what he preaches ... he buys good real estate, sells it and makes a killing.

Altman just sold his house above the Sunset Strip for $3.58M. Truth be told ... it's not the prettiest house we've ever seen. Dare we say it's butt ugly. Nonetheless ... he bought it last year for $2.3 mil.

Josh only dumped $17K into the house and he didn't have to pay a real estate commission ... so he cleared well over a million bucks in 270 days.

Did we say the $17K was like putting lipstick on a pig.

Keyshawn Johnson is enraged that Kourtney Kardashian is suggesting he defrauded her by selling her a mold-infested house.

Sources close to Keyshawn tell us he's scoffing at Kourtney's intimation he painted over dangerous black mold so it would go undetected. In fact ... Keyshawn insists he never painted a single wall during the 2 1/2 years he lived in the Calabasas mansion.

Our sources say ... Keyshawn believes the mold developed AFTER the sale when a bathroom pipe sprung a leak in the wall. Keyshawn says someone in the Kardashian klan actually reached out to Keyshawn asking if the house was still under warranty so they wouldn't have to pay for the repair.

Keyshawn is incredulous because he has 2 kids who lived in the house until the day before it was sold ... and the kids mostly slept in the master, where mold was found. He says he would never knowingly expose his kids to mold.

He also says the Kardashians have been a pain in the ass ... calling at least 10 times after the sale to ask about this and that.

Kourtney Kardashian is crying cover-up ... claiming the house she bought from Keyshawn Johnson is infested with dangerous mold that was masked by a coat of paint ... sending her family fleeing for their safety.

We're told Kourtney's decorator found the mold when he installed some fixtures.

Kourtney and the kids checked into the Montage hotel in Bev Hills Monday. The photo agency didn't get Scott Disick ... but we're told he arrived later. The family just returned from the Hamptons and decided it was too dangerous to move back into the house -- especially since Kourtney is pregnant.

Sources connected with Kourtney say she's on the attack ... ready to sue anyone who's responsible. She believes the fresh paint over what she claims is mold is the smoking gun.

We've made multiple calls to Keyshawn ... but haven't heard back.

Dwyane Wade reportedly makes around $30 million a year -- his estimated worth is approximately $100 mil -- which makes it pretty shocking his $1.2 million Chicago pad is in foreclosure.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- Wade stopped making payments on the $225K mortgage ... the docs don't say how much he's behind.

The house is located in South Holland, a Chicago suburb. It's massive -- 7,800 square feet, 6 bedrooms and a basketball court on 3 acres.

Dwyane and then wife Siohvaughn lived in the house with their 2 kids until he filed for divorce in 2007. The divorce was extremely bitter ... he ended up getting custody. She lives in the house alone.

Dwyane's attorney tells TMZ ... the basketball star finally reached a financial settlement with his ex-wife last year, and in addition to getting a huge payout, she got the home and assumed the mortgage payments. The attorney says Siohvaughn just stopped paying.

The lawyer adds Dwyane has no further responsibility, but it seems likely he signed the mortgage papers in the first place so, as they say, tell it to the bank.

Bruce Willis finally dumped the house that became the albatross around his neck ... TMZ has learned.

Willis sold his Benedict Canyon estate in Beverly Hills for $16.5 million. It was a struggle ... he had it on the market for 15 months.

Bieber is moving out of his Bev Hills condo and we're told he's considering moving into the uber-expensive Century City building Candy calls home. Candy forked over $47 million for the top two floors of The Century.

On her way out of Craig's in West Hollywood ... Candy told our photog she couldn't care less about Bieber moving in because ... well, he'd kinda be low rent.

Wes Scantlin continues to piss off his neighbors and police ... after a cop responding to a flood was injured on his property and ended up in the hospital.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... neighbors of the Puddle of Mudd lead singer called police Wednesday after they saw water pouring down his driveway.

When cops came ... they discovered the pool water running -- it had been running for DAYS -- a bonehead move in the middle of the severe drought.

Cops became alarmed because the doors of the house were wide open and they feared someone might be inside either injured or dead. One officer climbed an outside staircase to get in the house and fell through the rotted wood.

The officer was taken by ambulance to the ER but did not suffer serious injuries.

Wes -- who doesn't live at the house -- eventually showed up. Cops told him his ongoing war with his neighbors had to stop. The singer was arrested last August for taking a buzz saw to a neighbor's house.

In the end, no charges were filed and everyone went their separate ways, so ... water under the bridge.

Authorities have confiscated a drone from a man on a mission against the LAPD ... and the action could end up protecting celebrities in Hollywood from unmanned aircrafts.

We've learned Tom Zebra -- the guy who flew a drone over the Hollywood Division of the LAPD a few weeks back -- was flying his drone around the harbor in San Pedro, CA when the Port Police confronted him and ordered him to land the aircraft.

The cops grabbed the drone and then placed Zebra under arrest for a city law that prohibits anyone from flying an unmanned aircraft around a public beach. He was cited and released.

We've learned the arrest got the LAPD buzzing ... because L.A. authorities have been stumped on how to regulate drones. Up to now the LAPD and prosecutors saw no way to prohibit drones that fly under 400 feet.

But the arrest got law enforcement thinking ... they never thought about this particular law ... which not only prohibits drones around public beaches, but all publicly owned spaces and adjoining parking lots, pools, piers, golf courses and the like.

We're told L.A. law enforcement now thinks that law can be used to protect celebs who live along California's coast ... including the throngs of famous folks in and around Malibu.

Turns out the law also prohibits drones from buzzing over horse paths and hiking trails, and lots of celebs -- especially in the Calabasas area -- have homes that would be protected.

For celeb homes not protected under the existing law ... we're told authorities are working to draft new legislation aimed at protecting all private residences from drones.

A thief broke into Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's rented home in the Hamptons -- stealing a briefcase stuffed with CASH -- and sources close to the family tell TMZ they think it's an inside job because this is the third time the family has been hit.

Southampton Town Police say Scott reported a briefcase filled with $4,000 was pilfered from their bedroom ... sometime between July 1st and 4th.

According to cops ... nothing else was reported stolen and there was no indication of forced entry. Our Kardashian sources tell us ... Kourtney suspects the culprit is someone close to them.

The reason for her suspicion ... Kourtney reported a similar theft in February at her home in Calabasas ... after someone snatched $50K in cash.

Michael Jackson threatened his staff with animal poop balls ... and would freely piss all over the house ... so claim 3 former Neverland maids.

The 3 maids spoke with the New York Post, but did not want their names revealed. They tell scatological stories that paint a shocking tale of uncleanliness. One maid says when the urge hit, MJ would just unzip his pants and pee in the grand entry of Neverland.

The maids were shocked, because when guests like Oprah or Elizabeth Taylor would visit the floors would be waxed but all they could think of is ... they're stepping where Michael took a wiz.

Another maid says Jackson would track in animal poop from his mini-farm on the property and then threaten to throw poop snowballs at the help.

The maids say Jackson lived like a pig ... his bedroom was littered with half-eaten chicken, potato chips, empty wine and whiskey bottles. One maid said it was so bad, the place was infested with bedbugs.

"Ray Donovan" star Pooch Hall says he was tricked into buying a badly damaged home -- claiming the sellers hid the problems with Mickey Mouse repairs.

Hall says in a new lawsuit ...he purchased the Sherman Oaks house in 2011 for $820K.

Hall claims almost immediately after moving in ... he discovered parts of the guest house were crumbling from water damage. He accuses the sellers of making "band-aid" repairs to the sheetrock ... and he believes it was to all premeditated to hide the problem.

Hall purchased the house in a foreclosure sale and says Goldman Sachs and Coldwell Banker and others were all in on the alleged fraud.

Hall claims it will cost at least $100K to repair the damage.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are buying a baller estate for mega-millions ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us ... Kim and Kanye are in escrow for a 3 1/2 acre estate in Hidden Hills ... 5 minutes from Kris Jenner's house in Calabasas where they're currently living.

We're told K & K paid $20 million ... the house was listed for $21 mil.

It has 2 pools (one with a slide for North), 2 vineyards and a 1,050 square foot entertainment pavilion. Real estate people in the area call it "the jewel of Hidden Hills."

We're told Kim has been eyeing the home for months, telling people it's her dream home. And get this ... Kim and Kanye have been going back and forth to check out the house ... on Vespas from Kris' house to keep a low profile.

We're told escrow is set to close at the end of the month.

The estate was once owned by Lisa Marie Presley.
