Nicole Scherzinger's putting her home back on the market ... loosening up the button on the price -- bringing it down by half a million bucks!

The singer-songwriter relisted her Hollywood Hills home on Monday for $5,999,000 ... months after she took the house off the market to lease the place instead.

Nicole was asking for $6.5 million in May -- down from her $6.7 million asking price in March -- before renting the place for $35K a month ... not bad for some passive income!

The late Tom Petty's Malibu estate just sold for $11.2 million ... TMZ has learned.

The buyer snagged the property at a considerable discount. The estate hit the market over the summer at $15.49 million after it was previously listed for $19 million with another brokerage in 2024.

While the price may have been marked down, it still yields a considerable profit from the $3.75 million Petty initially bought it for in 1998.

Our real estate sources tell us Roseanne sold her 46-acre farm for a cool $2.6 million. She listed it in August for $1.95 million.

Roseanne filmed her 2011 Lifetime series "Roseanne's Nuts" on the massive property, which sits along the Big Island's Hamakua Coast. On the show, Roseanne and her partner, Johnny Argent, farmed macadamias.
