Donna Kelce is dealing with the chaos of home improvement ... the window guys have shown up to her Florida home to replace various windows ... and we have the details.

NewSouth Window Solutions believes it's found a solution to Donna's old, semi-sealed windows -- they showed up with bright, shiny 4-panel windows. We're told they are NOT tinted -- somewhat shocking given the Orlando heat -- but they are double-paned.

The installer gingerly removed the existing windows and, at the time of this post, was beginning to install the new ones. And we got a good look at Donna herself surveying the process!

We checked Yelp ... the company has 26 reviews and 2 1/2 stars.

As we reported, Donna will replace 9 windows total. We don't know the status of the 6 doors she plans on replacing.

Here's the deal ... Donna was on Travis and Jason's "New Heights" podcast Thursday when they asked her about TMZ breaking the story on her window and door replacement at her modest Florida condo, and she mentioned the company replacing her windows ... NewSouth Window Solutions.

Jeff Beck, the CEO and President of NewSouth Window's parent company Window Nation, tells TMZ ... he's from Cleveland, Ohio and he almost wrecked his car on his way to work after finding out Donna name-dropped his company on the popular podcast. He had no idea his company was contracted for the remodel.

Mickey Rourke says there’s a good reason he stopped paying rent at his L.A. apartment … claiming the place was plagued by rodents and other serious maintenance problems.

The famed actor tells TMZ ... "The reason I stopped paying rent was because the living conditions in the apartment had become unacceptable," adding the serious problems repeatedly went unaddressed for months, despite my efforts to have them fixed."

He goes on to say ... "There were ongoing rodent issues that required multiple visits but were never fully resolved, and the bathroom and plumbing frequently did not work." Mickey says he made repeated requests for repairs, but the problems persisted and "basic maintenance was never properly handled."

A jury has reached its decision in the lawsuit against Ye -- the rapper formerly known as Kanye West ... and they sided with his former employee.

Ye has been ordered to pay $140k for medical expenses and lost wages to Tony Saxton, much lower than the $1.7M he was asking for.

Tony sued Ye for more than $1 million for alleged unpaid wages, and accused Ye of subjecting him to unsafe working conditions and wrongful termination.
