Kate Lohan isn’t just battling assault charges ... she’s now facing the reality of not having a place to live.

Lindsay Lohan's stepmother appeared in court Thursday for arraignment after she was arrested for allegedly attacking ex Michael Lohan ... and her attorney painted a bleak picture of what comes next.

According to her lawyer, Kate may be forced to stay in a shelter or hotel ... since a protective order bars her from contacting Michael -- the father of her two kids -- effectively cutting off her current living situation.

And it gets worse financially … her lawyer told the court Kate is currently unemployed, scraping by as an online brand ambassador -- but not making any money right now. She asked the judge to declare her indigent.

Lindsay Lohan's stepmom, Kate Lohan, has been arrested in Texas for allegedly attacking her ex -- Lindsay's dad -- Michael Lohan ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kate's been accused of intentionally and recklessly causing bodily injury to Michael on April 14.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kate was at the house when she and Michael were supposed to exchange their kids. We're told things escalated quickly because she was irate about being woken up.

'Little Rascals' Star Bug Hall Arrested for Missing Court

Brandon "Bug" Hall -- perhaps best known for playing Alfalfa Switzer in the 1994 film "The Little Rascals" -- has been arrested ... TMZ has learned.

Documents obtained by TMZ show Bug was charged in Ohio with failure to appear for a court date from December 31, 2024. He had previously been hit with a traffic citation on October 29, 2024 for not having liability insurance.

In addition to 'Little Rascals,' the 41-year-old former child actor also starred in "Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves," "The Stupids," and "American Pie Presents: The Book of Love."

More recently, he's appeared in shows like "Castle," "Masters of Sex," and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."

Melissa Gilbert has deleted her Instagram account as her husband -- actor and director Timothy Busfield -- faces serious child sex abuse allegations.

Gilbert's Instagram page is no longer accessible as of Sunday. Users attempting to view her account now see a message stating the profile is unavailable or has been removed.

The sudden social media wipeout comes just days after the Albuquerque Police Department issued an arrest warrant accusing Busfield of unlawful sexual conduct involving two minors.

Tylor Chase Plans on Entering Rehab... After 72 Hour Hospital Hold

'Ned's Declassified' alum Tylor Chase has begun the process of getting into a rehab facility after his former co-stars begged him to get mental health help and off the streets.

Jacob Harris -- the owner of Shipwreck Barbershop in Riverside, California, who has been a major advocate for Tylor -- tells TMZ ... he visited Tylor for 3 hours on Christmas day, a visit he calls a "tipping point." He adds ... "I had to do something. I finally found a crisis center that would come out and do an on-site evaluation."

Jacob explains the former child star was evaluated by the crisis center, and workers decided he needed to be taken in to receive "medical attention" at a Riverside-area hospital. We're told Tylor is now on a 72-hour hold and is being treated before being taken into a rehab facility. Jacob also spoke to Daily Mail, who first reported the news of his hospitalization.

She explained she was attending high school in Canada at the time -- but had to be on set to shoot the movie, which meant she'd be out of school for a good while ... an arrangement she says they were cool with at first, until they weren't ... and told her not to come back.
