9:50 AM PST -- Neo has bonded out of jail after meeting a $60,000 bail.
D4vd's friend Neo has been booked into the LAPD Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested in Montana for failing to appear as a witness.
Online records show Neo was booked around 11:30 PM Friday and is being held on a $60,000 bail. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ he remains charged with failing to appear ... a felony.
We broke the news -- the popular streamer was cuffed and put behind bars in Helena, Montana Thursday on a warrant out of the Los Angeles Police Department. Police then confirmed to us he was on his way to the City of Angels after he made a court appearance before a judge earlier Friday.

Ryan Comes From a Ski Family
Ryan was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, in 1981 ... he grew up in a family with deep roots in skiing -- his grandparents owned a ski mountain, and one of his uncles was the captain of the Canadian national women’s ski team, Toronto Life reports.
He started snowboarding at an early age and made the Canadian national snowboarding team when he was 15 years old.
Ryan's talents took him to competitions all over the world. He was a member of Team Canada in the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He placed 24th in the parallel giant slalom snowboarding event ... giving up a dream of pro snowboarding not long after.
His First Arrest Was in 2008
Wedding moved to Vancouver, Canada and enrolled at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia while working as a bouncer at a club, according to CNN. He studied business, but never graduated.
He ran into trouble with the law in 2008, when he and two other individuals were arrested, accused of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine.
The other two pleaded guilty, but Wedding took his case to trial ... and was convicted in 2009. Wedding was sent to prison in 2010, and was released the following year.
Wedding Founded His Alleged Criminal Enterprise After Prison
Wedding allegedly founded his criminal enterprise not long after, becoming a target of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Operation Harrington, which targeted drug traffickers in 2015 ... but he was never caught, Rolling Stone reports.
He allegedly shipped hundreds of kilos of cocaine from Colombia to the United States and Canada, reportedly working with Mexico's Sinaloa Cartel.
Wedding has been implicated in the deaths of several people -- including a government witness -- to stop them from speaking about his criminal activities, according to NBC News.
He was added to the FBI's Most Wanted List in March 2025, and a $15 million reward was offered for information leading to his arrest.
Wedding Was Captured in Mexico
Wedding was arrested on the night of January 22, 2026, in Mexico, according to FBI Director Kash Patel. In a news conference, Patel described Wedding as "a modern-day El Chapo."
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on X Wedding was flown back to the United States to face justice. Wedding was set to make his first court appearance Monday, January 26, 2026.

A surgeon who's been accused of murdering his ex-wife and her husband at their home last month in Columbus, Ohio, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated murder and a single count of aggravated burglary.
Michael McKee appeared via video from the Franklin County Jail for his arraignment Friday, NBC News reports. McKee's lawyer entered his plea for him as the accused murderer remained silent during the hearing.
McKee was married to Monique Tepe from 2015 to 2017. Their marriage ended due to "incompatibility," according to divorce records. Monique married Dr. Spencer Tepe in 2021, and they welcomed two children.
William Kelly I Dared Pam Bondi To Arrest Me ... And She Did!
A third person has been taken into custody following a controversial anti-ICE protest in Minnesota this week ... after he dared U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to arrest him.
Bondi announce William Kelly's arrest on social media Thursday, writing ... "Our nation was settled and founded by people fleeing religious persecution. Religious freedom is the bedrock of this country."

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem later announced -- on social media -- Kelly has been charged with conspiracy to deprive rights.
Earlier this week Kelly -- a U.S. Army veteran who's been active in challenging ICE, CBP and the Trump Administration -- called Bondi a "traitorous b****" and dared her to "come and get" him on his TikTok account, @dawokefarmer2.
In the video he claimed children are being "dragged into concentration camps."
ICYMI ... protestors entered Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, this past Sunday to confront pastor David Easterwood, who is an ICE official. Easterwood wasn't at the church at the time.
Lawyer Nekima Levy Armstrong, who was interviewed by former CNN host Don Lemon during the protest, and Chauntyll Louisa Allen have both been arrested in connection with the incident this week. The DOJ attempted to charge Lemon as well ... but a federal judge shot that attempt down.

Canadian Olympic snowboarder-turned-alleged international drug kingpin, Ryan Wedding, has been arrested after more than a year on the run.
Wedding, wanted by the U.S. government, is in custody. He was arrested in Mexico late Thursday night, FBI director Kash Patel said.
He will be transported to the U.S. to face justice, he added.

10:30 AM PST -- Rudy Youngblood was arrested Thursday after officers say he was found to be in possession of meth during an arrest in October ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
We told you about the October incident -- cops stopped him at a boat ramp in Bell County, Texas and discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly assaulting a member of his household. Officers say they found a baggie of what they suspected to be meth on him ... along with a metal scale, straw and a glass pipe. They sent the substance for testing, which they say confirmed it was meth and ultimately let to the issuance of the arrest warrant.
Rudy Youngblood -- best known for his role in Mel Gibson's Oscar-nominated film "Apocalypto" -- was arrested Thursday in Texas on a substance charge, TMZ has learned.
Officers picked him up on a warrant filed in Bell County on Wednesday for a drug charge. He's booked in the Henderson County jail for possession of a controlled substance in an amount between 1 gram and 4 grams ... a felony that could put him behind bars for up to 2 years, along with a fine of $10,000.
City of Brownsboro Chief of Police Scott Myntti tells TMZ ... he was initially pulled over for speeding and when his license was checked, it showed he was wanted. He was cuffed and booked without incident. He remains in custody as of Friday morning.
Liam Ramos ICE Takes 5-Year-Old Kid Into Custody
A 5-year-old boy was allegedly used as "bait" by ICE agents making arrests in a Minneapolis suburb Tuesday afternoon, according to the superintendent of the Columbia Heights Public School District.
Zena Stevnik told reporters Liam Ramos was apprehended at his home by ICE agents on Tuesday after returning from school with his father, according to Minnesota Public Radio News.
Stevnik said another adult in the driveway at the house begged the agents to let him take care of the child ... but was refused. Liam was told to knock on the door of the house to see if anyone else was home, MPR News reports.
Agents took Liam and his father away in an SUV, and they were transported to Texas.
A lawyer representing Ramos' family told MPR News ... "just because something is legal doesn’t mean it’s moral. Yes, they may have the legal authority to detain a 5-year-old, but why?”
Stevnik said nearly a third of students in the district have been missing classes, as ICE activity in Minnesota has escalated dramatically, and violently, since the beginning of the year.
Three other students in the Columbia Heights Public School District have been taken into custody by ICE over the past two weeks.

Dirty Boxing champ Jairzinho Rozenstruik was arrested Monday over an alleged domestic violence incident ... after the former UFC star is accused of getting into a blowout argument with his partner, TMZ Sports has learned.
According to an incident report from Pembroke Pines PD, cops were initially dispatched Monday morning regarding a "suspicious incident" ... which they say was later revealed to be a "domestic battery."
When they arrived, officers say they made contact with Rozenstruik, who told them his partner, who was not identified, pushed him during an argument.
Cops say the 37-year-old fighter was "uncooperative and advised they 'figured it out' and did not need law enforcement."

Timothy Busfield is a free man -- at least for now -- after his lawyer had the prosecutor on the ropes, arguing the whole case was rooted in revenge by angry parents.
Busfield and his lawyer appeared Tuesday afternoon before an Albuquerque judge, taking apart the prosecutors' evidence, piece by piece.

Timothy Busfield is firing back in his child sex abuse case, slamming prosecution witnesses for being unreliable with documented histories of fraud and financial exploitation, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.
Busfield filed his opposition to the prosecution's motion to keep him behind bars during the pretrial stages of his New Mexico criminal case on Friday night. As you know, prosecutors have charged him with child abuse and criminal sexual contact of a minor.
In his filing, Busfield blasted prosecutors for asking the judge to imprison him "based on a story that has already collapsed under independent scrutiny."
