Ivanna Lisette Ortiz -- the 35-year-old woman accused of shooting at Rihanna's home on Sunday -- apparently posted a bizarre message addressing the singer just weeks before the incident.
A February 23 Facebook post from Ortiz's account reads ... "@badgalriri Are you there? Cause I was waiting for your AIDS 5-head self to say something to me directly instead of sneaking around like you talking to me where I'm not at."
In another post, Ortiz allegedly shared an eerie video mentioning Cardi B.
'90 Day Fiancé' Leida Margaretha Baby Girl's Death Ruled Non-Accidental
"90 Day Fiancé" star Leida Margaretha’s baby daughter Alisa’s death has been deemed "non-accidental," TMZ has confirmed.
Leida’s attorney, Taylor Hart, confirmed the finding from Adams County Health and Human Services Department's initial assessment ... which Starcasm reports states there’s "a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother."
The Wisconsin report notes no criminal charges have been filed in connection with the baby’s death ... and the investigation remains ongoing.

Pat Mahomes Sr. is staying out of prison for now -- a judge decided to keep the former major leaguer on probation.
The former MLB pitcher appeared before a Smith County judge Monday after prosecutors accused him of violating the terms of his probation tied to his 2024 felony DWI case.
Mahomes Sr. has been serving five years’ probation after pleading guilty, but authorities claimed he broke the terms of his probation by allegedly drinking alcohol -- with the probation violation report stating he had a high reading on his SCRAM alcohol ankle monitor on Jan. 1.
Timothy Busfield Denies Sexually Abusing Adult Actress
Timothy Busfield did not lay a hand on Claudia Christian or sexually abuse the actress while they were working together on the 1991 film, "Strays" ... at least according to Busfield's rep.
Larry Stein, Busfield's spokesperson, tells TMZ ... the beleaguered actor/director denies all allegations by Christian, who gave a police interview obtained by The Mirror US in which she claimed Busfield grabbed her, threw her against a wall, and kissed her while they were rehearsing lines in his trailer.
According to the report, Christian claimed Busfield had an erection as he stuck his tongue in her mouth during the alleged encounter, which ended when she pushed him away and dashed out of the trailer.
Stein also points out Busfield has not been criminally charged with assaulting Christian.

Nancy Guthrie Sheriff Says No Connection to Phoenix's Canal Body Case
Nancy Guthrie's disappearance remains unsolved and authorities say a body found in Phoenix is not currently tied to her case.
Pima County Sheriff's Office tells us they have "not been notified of any connection reference that case to the Nancy Guthrie case," addressing speculation surrounding a woman found dead along a canal in Phoenix on Friday.
Phoenix Police say officers responded to a call about an unresponsive adult female on a canal bank. When they arrived, the woman was located and pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity has not been released.
'Outlast' Winner Paul Preece Jr. Arrested, Charged With Child Rape
Paul Preece Jr. -- the winner of the first season of Netflix's nature survival competition show "Outlast" -- is facing serious criminal charges in Tennessee, including alleged rape of a child ... TMZ has confirmed.
According to jail records, seen by TMZ, Preece was arrested in Knox County on March 6 and charged with rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery and attempted rape of a child.
The case stems from a capias warrant, though further details about the allegations have not yet been publicly released.
