Salwa’s attorney tells TMZ, Salwa was arrested on a warrant for a failed court-ordered urine drug test. The test came back positive for oxycodone and morphine. She did not miss a court date.

Her next court date is April 8th for a bond hearing.

"Buckwild" star Salwa Amin has been arrested for the SECOND TIME in connection with a West Virginia drug raid last month ... a raid that turned up oxy pills and heroin ... TMZ has learned.

Amin was hauled in today on a bench warrant, which was issued after she allegedly blew off a court date stemming from the first arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... Amin was arrested the first time for drug possession following the February raid, which took place at Amin's friend's house. Amin and another friend were accused of transporting oxycodone and heroin to the house in order to sell the stuff.

She was booked on two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver ... felonies.

Now that she's been arrested again, Amin remains in custody without bail. A new court date has yet to be scheduled.

In the wake of her DUI arrest ... "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham swore she's not a party girl -- and proved it by wearing skimpy lingerie, pounding booze, and making out with a chick in a nightclub!

"Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham just admitted to drinking and driving before she was busted for DUI last week ... but she's convinced she's done NOTHING wrong.

The 21-year-old called in to TMZ Live moments ago with a litany of ridiculous excuses for getting behind the wheel under the influence last week ... you won't believe how delusional she is.

TMZ broke the story ... Abraham was arrested in Nebraska on St. Patrick's Day night -- after blowing a .147 on a breathalyzer, nearly twice the legal limit.

And don't forget those crazy pics of her partying back in January ... drinking from the bottle and kissing chicks ... she knows how to get down.

Lindsay Lohan continued her weekend of partying before rehab ... hitting a club in Santa Monica last night with a few friends ... including her rumored new man, Avi Snow.

LiLo was there to watch Avi's band play. We're told she left around midnight (kinda early for her, no?).

As TMZ first reported, Lindsay spent her Friday night drinking inside a club in San Diego, where spies say she asked to be served vodka from carafes, instead of bottles, so she wouldn't be seen with alcohol bottles on her table.

In is unclear if Lindsay was drinking last night as well. In the pics she's drinking San Pellegrino.

Too Short will NOT be prosecuted for felony drug possession ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We broke the story ... Too Short was arrested Wednesday for DUI. He made a failed attempt to escape (see video below) and was taken to jail, where cops say they found drugs in the back of the black and white. He was booked for felony drug possession.

We've learned ... the L.A. County District Attorney has REJECTED the felony drug case, because cops only found a very small amount of drugs -- which they say is meth. Given that Short does not have a felony record, the D.A. decided not to prosecute and sent the case over to the L.A. City Attorney for misdemeanor review.

We're told the City Attorney will look at the case ... probably next week.

FYI ... Short insists he was not in possession of drugs, and whatever was found in the back of the cop car was left by the prior arrestee who involuntarily hitched a ride to the pokey.

Weed master Tommy Chong has smoked out his fair share of celebs, so when we asked him who is the ONE famous person he's dying to get high with ... it's no surprise he named the one Beatle he hasn't smoked with.

Chong was out walking his dog Saturday in L.A. and took the time to discuss a slew of topics with our photog: getting high with his cat ... the potency of edibles (they are very, very potent). You get the idea.

Lindsay Lohan continues to drink -- and drink often -- despite being sentenced this week to 90 days of lockdown rehab ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she was at the bar of her hotel in Beverly Hills just hours after her court hearing on Monday ... knocking back vodka sodas. We're told Lindsay did not seem fazed by the irony of the situation.

It goes on -- we're told Lindsay went to a club in San Diego called FLUXX last night with a friend, arriving after midnight. Our spies say LiLo was wearing a Yankees cap and a hooded sweatshirt and sat at a VIP table ordering vodka on the rocks all night.

We're told Lindsay specifically requested that vodka be served from a glass carafe ... this way the table would not have any alcohol bottles on it.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she is adamant she does not have a substance abuse problem and doesn't feel she needs professional help.

Don't you just hate it when court-ordered rehab totally ruins your birthday plans? Lindsay Lohan does ... and is telling friends she's super bummed she'll be turning 27 while on lockdown.

There's no getting around it ... Lindsay has been ordered to check-in to a rehab facility for 90 days within the next month and half, so her July 2 birthday WILL fall in the treatment zone ... and she's pissed.

To be clear ... not about the whole rehab thing ... just about missing her birthday (seriously).

We're told LiLo had big plans -- which involved throwing a party in NYC -- but now it's all gone to the crapper after she copped a plea deal with prosecutors and took rehab over jail

In case you forgot, LiLo has already been to rehab five times since 2007 -- including one stint during her 21st bday as well -- but none have stuck. Sources close to LiLo tell us, they're hoping this next trip will finally sober her up.

Soulja Boy's fans are turning on him ... blasting the rapper for posting glammed-up pics of the drug codeine on Instagram ... just days after Lil Wayne nearly died from an OD.

Soulja's known for posting pics of the painkiller on social networking sites -- along with giant bags of weed -- but fans went nuclear over these new photos.

Among the angry comments -- "How the f**k u drink s**t that you know can kill you?" and "Who brags about being sad and addicted to prescription medication?"

The comments continued ... "Who the hell thinks drinking cough syrup is cool?!?!? ... Look at lil Wayne had to have his stomach pumped 3x cause that damn cough syrup bulls**t."

Too Short says he's been taken for a ride -- in a filthy black and white littered with contraband ... and cops are now falsely accusing him of hiding drugs in the backseat.

TMZ broke the story ... Short was popped for DUI early Wednesday. Police say when they arrived at the cop shop they found hard drugs in the backseat and Too Short is now taking the rap.

Two law enforcement sources tell us the drug in question is meth ... at least according to preliminary tests. However, sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... the drug will almost certainly turn out to be Ecstasy which was possibly laced with meth.

But Short's rep, David Weintraub, tells TMZ ... the rapper was clean in the drug department, adding, "Short was diligently searched and cuffed prior to being placed in the disgustingly filthy patrol car."

And the rep goes on ... "It was 3 AM, the cop car smelled like vomit and was littered with remnants from prior arrests of the evening." Translation: A miscreant with a penchant for meth dropped his load in the backseat.

But LAPD cops tell us ... the protocol is to thoroughly search the patrol car -- including the backseat -- after every arrest.

As for why Too Short fled on foot after he was initially suspected of DUI, the rep tells us, "In the past, Short, like many others, has been mistreated by law enforcement and these unfortunate prior incidents led to the complications after the stop."

One more thing ... Too Short's rep wants to make it clear to the easy listening crowd, "Any assertion that Short was carrying powder is ridiculous! Every rap fan knows Short's into weed."

Rihanna's tour buses were stopped at the border between Michigan and Canada ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... authorities found weed.

A total of 10 buses were stopped at the Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit. Inspectors smelled marijuana on one of the buses and initiated a secondary, bus-to-bus search.

Inspectors then brought drug-sniffing dogs on board, and one of them made a beeline for a passenger and authorities found he was in possession of pot. We're told he was cited with a civil penalty.

Rihanna was not on any of the buses.

The real headline -- they only found a "small amount" of marijuana on one person in one bus. Who woulda thunk?

Flesh-N-Bone is hoping to smoke the competition in the weed biz ... 'cause the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper claims he's created his own unique strain of cannabis and he's now trying to get it in pot shops across the country.

Flesh -- who happens to be an avid ganja enthusiast -- has named his new creation "Phifty Caliber Kush" ... and says the strain was created to help with pain relief.

A rep for the rapper tells TMZ ... Flesh has already signed a deal to sell PCK at a dispensary in Flint, MI ... and hopes to expand to California, Colorado and Washington in the near future.

Flesh isn't just selling the bud -- he's also selling the seeds ... hoping people in the stoney crowd can pull themselves away from The Cartoon Network long enough to grow their own stuff.

Gotta get that money man ...

Three 6 Mafia rapper DJ Paul -- famous for his song "Sippin' on Some Syrup" -- has some words of advice for Justin Bieber ... stay away from sizzurp, or you could die.

Paul was out in Vegas this week when we asked him about the photos circulating of Justin Bieber -- showing the singer surrounded by double cups and codeine -- and the rapper tells us, Bieber's playing with fire.

Paul says, "I can't say don't do [sizzurp] because I did my rounds with it. But I stay away from it these days because I had a lot of friends that passed away from it. It's dangerous if you do too much of it."

He added, "But everything's dangerous if you do too much of it. Sex. Water." A less convincing point.

As for concerns Bieber's new friends Lil Za and Lil Twist are bad influences -- Paul said, "Nah, friends are friends ... It's just a phase they're going through."

Lindsay Lohan is predictably pissed at her dad who tried to stage an intervention Friday, and she says she does NOT need rehab because she does NOT have a drug or alcohol problem ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Michael Lohan showed up at Lindsay's Bev Hills house with a posse that was planning to take her to a facility 100 miles away, but Lindsay wouldn't open the front door and called cops.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... she is steadfast -- she has not relapsed and is not drinking or doing drugs.

Lindsay believes Michael is doing this because she has cut him off completely after he recorded their conversation in the middle of LiLo's blowout argument with Dina, and the recording ended up on TMZ. She says Michael is feigning concern as a ploy to get back in her good graces.

Nelly is speaking out about the drug bust on his tour bus this morning -- saying he had no clue the vehicle was loaded down with heroin and marijuana.

Nelly tells TMZ, “It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning."

As TMZ first reported, police in Sierra Blanca, Texas say they found 36 baggies of heroin, more than 10 pounds of weed, and a loaded .45 caliber pistol. We're told a passenger on the bus, Brian Keith Jones, was arrested after admitting the drugs and the weapon were his.

Nelly adds, "Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin was just arrested at an Austin, TX airport for allegedly becoming drunkenly combative with a flight attendant while in the air -- a rep for the Austin PD tells TMZ.

According to the Austin PD, Scantlin got into a verbal argument with a flight attendant over alcohol. It's unclear exactly what provoked the argument, but a source with airport security says Scantlin was upset because the flight crew wouldn't sell him booze.

Scantlin's flight was originally bound for L.A. but was re-routed to Bergstrom International Airport in Austin for an emergency stop, where Scantlin was booted from the plane.

A rep for the Austin PD tells us, Scantlin was arrested and booked for public intoxication, but he could also later face federal charges of interfering with a flight crew.

FYI -- Scantlin pled "guilty" to felony cocaine possession in July, but the judge agreed to clear his record in 18 months so long as Scantlin obeys all laws ... a condition Scantlin may just have violated.
