In a guest appearance on "Good Day New York" this morning ... Lisa told Jerry O'Connell and Rosanna Scotto she had fentanyl and high levels of amphetamines in her system.
Lisa thanked her husband, Harry Hamlin, for being there and getting her out of the party quickly.
Food Network Star Anne Burrell Medics Did Not Give Her Narcan at Scene
More news following the tragic death of late Food Network star Anne Burrell ... authorities say medics did not attempt to revive her with Narcan, because she was already dead when they found her.
According to a police report, reviewed by TMZ ... Anne's husband, Stuart Claxton, found her body lying face-up on the shower floor of a bathroom in their Brooklyn home at 7:40 AM on June 17 last year. When emergency responders arrived, they pronounced Anne dead at 8 AM, the report said.
Police say they found "numerous over-the-counter medications mixed in a bowl" in the vicinity of Anne's body.

A judge absolutely tore into Shia LaBeouf in court today for his alleged copious use of the homophobic F-word during the actor's recent brouhaha in New Orleans ... and ordered him to participate in weekly drug tests.
In court Thursday, a judge determined Shia was not taking his addiction seriously and, by using a homophobic slur, he'd threatened the safety of a marginalized community that has gone through "so much terror already."
As you know ... Shia has been charged with 2 counts of simple battery after he allegedly punched a bar worker, sparking a street melee that ended with Shia in handcuffs last week.

We're told Colton helped Lisa through a group pic after noticing something wrong with her. It's unclear if this is the exact photo or one of many from the night of January 8.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... Lisa's 'Traitors' co-star Colton Underwood noticed Lisa was completely inebriated. Because Colton says he knew Lisa didn't have that much to drink -- he was with her the whole night -- so he became concerned, according to our sources.
We're told Colton notified Lisa's team, who got her out of there after a group pic.

On Sunday, several tourists took to social media to tell their personal horror stories about being stuck in Mexico following the assassination of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, better known as El Mencho, the leader of Jalisco New Generation Cartel or CJNG.
Mexican authorities, assisted by their U.S. counterparts, killed El Mencho in a military operation, also on Sunday, sparking total mayhem in the streets of Puerto Vallarta, Chapala, Guadalajara and other places.

Drug kingpin Nemesio "El Mencho" Oseguera Cervantes was reportedly slain by army forces Sunday which unleashed a retaliatory strike, obliterating part of the popular resort town of Puerto Vallarta with assaults also being launched at Guadalajara International Airport and the state of Veracruz, according to local outlets.
