Bill Clinton Skips Epstein Deposition ... Oversight Committee Will Seek Contempt

Published | Updated

The Republican-led House Oversight Committee is looking to hold Bill Clinton in contempt of Congress, according to its chairman ... after the former president didn't show up for a deposition about his connection to Jeffrey Epstein.

Oversight Committee Chair James Comer spoke to reporters Tuesday morning and announced he would move to hold the former President, who served from 1993 to 2001, in contempt next week, reports NBC News. If a panel vote moves it forward, the contempt would need a full House vote to proceed. Then the Dept. of Justice would decide whether to pursue it.

Bill and Hillary were scheduled by the committee to be deposed Tuesday and Wednesday ... but the Clintons sent a letter to Comer stating they would not show up, pointing out they've already made sworn statements.

The Clintons wrote they expected to be held in contempt for their decision ... and claimed the subpoenas they'd been sent were "invalid and legally unenforceable," reports The New York Times.

The House Oversight Committee announced it had sent the Clintons deposition subpoenas last August, and their depositions were originally scheduled for last October.

Bill's received scrutiny for his connection to Epstein over the years, and photos featuring the him have appeared in newly released photos from the Epstein Files. Other powerful political, business and entertainment figures, including President Donald Trump, have also been closely associated with Epstein, a disgraced financier and convicted pedophile. The Dept. of Justice has said less than 1 percent of the Epstein Files have been released, despite a December legal deadline.

Bill's denied any wrongdoing on his part and has claimed he cut ties with Epstein before his crimes came to light.

Jeffrey Epstein Files Congressman's New Year's Resolution: It's Time to Name Names!!!

Published | Updated

One of the members of the U.S. House Oversight Committee that's been releasing photos and documents from the Jeffrey Epstein estate has a New Year's resolution for the Epstein Files ... he wants to totally expose and put away the pedophile's enablers.

Rep. Suhas Subramanyam, a Democrat from Virginia who sits on the committee, tells TMZ ... "My New Year's Resolution for the Epstein Files is to get the files released, name names, and let the courts and the court of public opinion judge those who perpetrated, covered up, and enabled these crimes so that they never happen again."

ON A STROLL

And Subramanyam says Ghislaine Maxwell is one of their targets ... despite her currently serving a 20-year sentence in prison after being convicted of sex trafficking minors and other federal charges. He says Maxwell "should absolutely be held accountable for all the crimes she committed, including newly discovered crimes."

Epstein Files A Million New Records Found ... Who's Named???

Published | Updated

There's even more Epstein documents coming -- more than a million in fact ... that's according to a post Wednesday from the U.S. Department of Justice.

The DOJ reports the FBI and Attorney for the Southern District of New York have given them the new trove of documents to "review for release."

They wrote, "We have lawyers working around the clock to review and make the legally required redactions to protect victims, and we will release the documents as soon as possible. Due to the mass volume of material, this process may take a few more weeks. The Department will continue to fully comply with federal law and President Trump’s direction to release the files."

This new stockpile of files could contain names and images of celebrities never-before linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

Jeffrey Epstein Files New Pics Show Passed Out Pedophile ... Weeks Before Suicide

Published | Updated

New photos show Jeffrey Epstein's injuries from a possible suicide attempt weeks before his August 2019 death.

The images are included in the Justice Department's Epstein Files ... there are photos of his neck, arms, hands, legs and feet ... plus a makeshift ligature that looks like it's made from ripped clothing tied together in knots.

As we reported at the time ... on July 23, 2019 Epstein was found injured and semi-conscious in his jail cell at Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City.

President Trump Female Claims He Raped Her Along With Epstein

Published | Updated

President Trump's name just came up in the Epstein Files in a huge way ... there's an FBI document where someone apparently told authorities Trump and Jeffrey Epstein raped a female.

The claim is part of an unclassified FBI intake form from October 2020 ... and the document says someone called the FBI National Threat Operations Center Unit to report potential information related to Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

In the intake report -- essentially a detailed summary of a tip received by FBI personnel from a civilian -- there's a redacted name that states "he raped me" in reference to Trump. A redacted name is also quoted as saying, "Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein." The age of the alleged victim is unclear.

Jeffrey Epstein Letter Trump Loves 'Young, Nubile Girls' ... DOJ Says Letter Is Fake

Published | Updated

Update

12:40 PM PT -- The DOJ has just released a statement on X that the FBI confirmed the letter from Jeffrey Epstein to Larry Nassar is "FAKE."

Jeffrey Epstein may have had a pedo pen pal in Larry Nassar ... and President Donald Trump is also in the mix as a lover of "nubile girls," according to new documents released by the Department of Justice.

The DOJ just dumped a new batch of Epstein Files, in which there's an August 2019 letter allegedly written by Epstein to Larry Nassar while both men were incarcerated in separate federal prisons.

Nassar had been convicted of sexually assaulting hundreds of young female gymnasts and sentenced to life behind bars. Epstein was awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in NYC for allegedly sex trafficking minors ... but he died by suicide the same month -- August 2019 -- he allegedly penned the missive to Nassar.

The letter opens, "We shared one thing ... our love & caring for young ladies and the hope they'd reach their full potential. Our president also shares our love of young, nubile girls."

Epstein Files Kevin Spacey Shown in Pic After Demanding Files' Release

Published | Updated

Update

10:27 AM PT -- A rep for Kevin Spacey tells TMZ ... “The 2002 trip to Africa with President Clinton to support AIDS causes and meet Nelson Mandela remains a genuine highlight in Kevin’s life. The fact that the plane was owned by Jeffrey Epstein is immaterial considering it was three years before Epstein was ever investigated. Whatever wrongdoing may have been taking place in the background has nothing to do with Kevin, any more than a hotel guest is responsible for actions occurring in a neighboring room. Kevin never saw or spoke to Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell ever again.”

Kevin Spacey -- who vehemently called for the release of the Epstein Files this summer -- has been included in the trove of pics just released today.

In the image released by the U.S. Department of Justice ... the "American Beauty" star leans on the back of a chair alongside Bill Clinton, appearing to be in mid-conversation. They're standing in a room before a conference table littered with pads and writing utensils, suggesting they're preparing for a meeting of some sort.

According to CNN, the pic was taken inside the Cabinet Room of the Churchill War Rooms -- which is an underground bunker in London.

Clinton reportedly took Epstein's private jet on a humanitarian trip to Africa with Spacey in 2002.

Epstein Files Trump Flew 'At Least 8' Times on Epstein's Jet ... According to DOJ Email

Published | Updated

Donald Trump flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet at least eight times ... according to an internal DOJ email written by an assistant U.S. attorney in January 2020.

The email -- which dropped in a new batch of Epstein docs Monday night -- says Trump was listed as a passenger on flights between 1993 and 1996, including at least four trips where Ghislaine Maxwell was also onboard.

One 1993 flight listed Trump and Epstein as the only passengers ... and another flight included just Epstein, Trump, and an unidentified person who was 20 years old at the time, according to the email. Marla Maples, Tiffany Trump and Eric Trump are also listed as passengers.

Jeffrey Epstein Attempting Suicide On Camera?!?

FROM HIS CELL
UPDATE

3:42 PM PT -- There's more evidence the DOJ deleted the video because it realized it was BS. TMZ reviewed former Attorney General Bill Barr's final report on Epstein's suicide, and it includes a detailed review of all "available recorded video footage." There is no mention of any cameras recording inside Epstein's cell ... only the ones in the common areas of the Special Housing Unit (SHU), and the stairways leading to that unit.

UPDATE

You'll recall, infamously, Epstein's cell door was not within the view of those cameras ... hence, the conspiracy theories around his death. If the DOJ had a camera inside Epstein's cell, those rumors could have been squashed immediately.

3 PM PT -- The video has been taken down from the DOJ link ... the URL now leads to a defunct page.

Video from U.S. Dept. of Justice appears to show Jeffrey Epstein attempting to commit suicide in his jail cell ... and the footage is graphic.

There's a date on the video -- August 10, 2019 -- from the day he was found dead in his cell in Manhattan as he awaited trial on federal sex trafficking charges. The video also says "J Epstein" in the bottom corner.

The DOJ began releasing the Epstein Files last Friday, and this video looks like it's been added to the document dump.

Jeffrey Epstein Files Pedo's Playtime In New DOJ Pics ... Is That A Kid?

Published | Updated

Suffice to say, Jeffrey Epstein should never have been allowed to be around children ... but, as these Department of Justice photos show, the pedophile was having a good time with someone who appears to be a kid.

Check 'em out ... The grainy pics capture Epstein sitting on a floor while acting playfully toward someone who looks like a minor. The DOJ redacted the person's image and did not provide their age or gender, so we can't know for sure, but there are some clues.

In one pic, you see Epstein staring at the person who appears to be an adolescent. Another photo shows Epstein leaning in and making a face at the youngster. In another image, Epstein is peering down at the youth with a slight grin. In other photos, it appears a youngster is sitting on his lap. See it all for yourself.

Epstein Files House Oversight Dems Call Out AG Bondi ... Where Did This Photo Featuring Trump Go???

Published | Updated

UPDATE

12:56 PM PT -- At least 16 files originally included in the Justice Department’s Epstein Files drop have gone MIA, according to AP. This reportedly includes pictures that show a painting depicting nude women and a photograph of Trump.

Internet sleuths caught on to the allegedly vanished pic of Trump earlier Saturday, and the White House has not yet returned our request for comment.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee are questioning Attorney General Pam Bondi after they say a photo of Donald Trump with Jeffrey Epstein has been removed from the DOJ's recently released Epstein Files.

Here's the deal ... the Department of Justice released more photos to the "Epstein Library" -- though internet sleuths were quick to point out a numbering irregularity in the file.

The file jumps from "EFTA00000467” to “EFTA00000469" ... and, House Oversight Dems took to X to claim “EFTA00000468" was removed -- sharing the alleged photo which, they point out, seemingly has a picture of President Trump in it.

Epstein Files Drop Mick Jagger Pictured with Epstein ... Chris Tucker, David Copperfield Also Seen

There are plenty of familiar faces in the newly released Epstein Files drop ... including some big-name musicians and entertainers like Mick Jagger and comedian Chris Tucker.

Check out our gallery -- you'll see The Rolling Stones frontman dining with Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Clinton and Ghislaine Maxwell at a circular table full of small dishes and drinks. The group appears to be in great spirits as they chat and laugh amongst themselves. Mick also stands up to pose with the former president, as well as a woman whose face was redacted.

And then there's the intriguing snap of magician and illusionist David Copperfield hugging Maxwell as they're both wearing white robes ... and showing off some candy in another.

The convicted pedo's former girlfriend and associate is also seen smiling next to comedian Chris Tucker in front of the window of a plane in a pic included in the drop. Chris sits next to someone who appears to be Clinton at a dinner in an additional photo.

Walter Cronkite 'Most Trusted Man in America' Chopped It Up With Epstein

Published | Updated

Walter Cronkite, who was once regarded as "the most trusted man in America" when he was anchoring the evening news on CBS, is pictured with Jeffrey Epstein in new photos released by the feds.

The photos show the legendary newsman -- who anchored such historical events as the JFK assassination and moon landing -- sitting in a room with Epstein and an unidentified man. Walter is leaning forward in an armchair, talking with Epstein and the other guy, who is seated on a couch.

In between the men is a tray of food and drink and a bunch of magazines spread out across some ottomans.

There is nothing risqué or questionable going on ... and no one else is in the photos.

Epstein Files Bill Clinton Relaxing in Hot Tub And Seen With Young Female on Lap on Plane

Published | Updated

With the massive information dump of the Epstein Files from the DOJ Friday, we're getting a close look at the various high-powered figures who surrounded the disgraced financier and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein … including former presidents.

Bill Clinton is seen in a few new pics … he's reclining in a hot tub with another person, whose face is obscured by a black box. Another pic shows the former president sitting in what appears to be the cabin of an airplane, with a young-looking female sitting on his lap with her arm around his shoulder.

As you know, the U.S. Dept. of Justice began releasing the long-awaited Epstein Files on Friday, the final day of a 30-day period the agency was compelled by Congress to produce all materials related to the investigation of Epstein -- with victims' identities and details redacted.

Jeffrey Epstein was convicted in 2008 on state charges in Florida of soliciting the prostitution of a minor in a plea deal and served a year in prison. In 2019, he was arrested on federal charges of sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors. While awaiting trial in New York City, he killed himself in his cell.

Donald Trump, Clinton and Bill Gates are among many high-profile politicians, entertainers, business titans, academics and other powerful international figures known to have been close associates of Epstein. Trump downplayed the importance of releasing the files this year -- despite making campaign promises to open up the investigation -- even saying he didn't want support from anyone who was demanding more about the case.

Epstein Files Michael Jackson, Diana Ross Laugh It Up With Bill Clinton

Published | Updated

Bombshells will likely be cropping up for days after a massive dump of Epstein Files began to be released Friday ... and now we have some high-profile names never-before associated with the disgraced financier.

In a new pic released by the U.S. Department of Justice ... Michael Jackson and Diana Ross are pictured on a plane with Bill Clinton and another person whose face is redacted.

It's not known whose plane they were on or where they were going.

While Diana and Bill flash smiles, Michael stares blankly with Bill's hand draped over the King Of Pop's shoulder.

Jeffrey Epstein Files Nude Ghislaine On Walls of Florida Pedo Lair

Published | Updated

Jeffrey Epstein framed nude photos of Ghislaine Maxwell and other women and displayed them inside his Palm Beach home ... and you see his overly-sexual interior decorating on full display, and new video from inside his pedophile lair.

The video is part of the Epstein Files release, and the grainy, old school footage is a tour through his Florida home ... it's like "MTV Cribs" but with a convicted pedophile.

Epstein's got a framed photo of Ghislaine on a beach, plus other nudes of some females who look like models. There's even a miniature replica of his plane, the Lolita Express.

Strangely, there appears to be a dental chair and equipment in one of the rooms ... similar to what we saw on his private island.
