They continue, "SHEIN requires sellers to comply with company policy and certify that their products do not infringe third-party intellectual property. We take all claims of infringement seriously and act swiftly when valid complaints are raised by IP rights holders. We continue to invest in and strengthen our processes to ensure partners adhere to our strict policies."
Suzette Quintanilla -- the sister of late music icon Selena Quintanilla-Perez -- is suing Shein, claiming the company has been splashing her famous sister's face all over clothes sold on its website without any permission ... TMZ has learned.
In court papers, obtained by TMZ, Suzette says Shein used Selena's likeness all over shirts and other clothing without being given -- or even seeking -- authorization.
According to the docs, Suzette and the family's music company, Q-Productions, owns and meticulously controls Selena's image, so they issued Shein a cease and desist letter around August 1, 2025.

Lee Darragh,Hall County District Attorney, tells TMZ ... he's conferred with the family of the victim, Jason Hughes, and "their desire to have the charges dropped will be given the greatest consideration along with the facts of the case." Darragh also said he will announce his decision soon after he completes his review of the police investigation.
The tragedy occurred in Gainesville, GA, last Friday, when authorities say 18-year-old student Jayden Wallace and his friends went over to Hughes' house and covered it in toilet paper as part of a prank ... taking part in a season of pranking that's become a tradition at their local high school.
But the situation went sideways after cops said Hughes came on the scene and chased after the teens before, slipping on the rain-soaked street.

Betty was the mother of Eminem's mom, Debbie, who died in December 2024 following a battle with advanced lung cancer.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the former couple’s company, Burruss Tucker Restaurant Group, settled claims over the lease and agreed to pay the landlord $140,509.10 for rent and remediation costs for their restaurant, Blaze Steak & Seafood.
Kandi and Todd’s business had been battling the landlord in court for over a year. The landlord initially claimed Burruss Tucker owed over $200k in back rent and repairs.

Dylan Dreyer is giving a small update on her embattled "Today" co-host, Savannah Guthrie, as the search continues for Savannah’s mom, Nancy -- telling TMZ she does believe she'll likely return to the show at some point.
We caught Dylan leaving NBC Tuesday afternoon, and she said while she thinks Savannah will come back, the timing is totally unclear -- adding everyone at the show is simply giving her the space she needs because they care about her so much.
Dylan also reflected on Savannah’s emotional visit to the "TODAY" studio last Thursday, saying the hug they shared was something they both really needed in that moment.
"I love my daughters more than anything and I've been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the U.S. during the season, but that hasn't been possible, so I recently made the tough decision to end my engagement," Doncic said.
"Everything I do is for my daughters' happiness and I will always fight to be with them and give them the best life I can."
Doncic added he had no idea of Goltes' filing.
The report went on to say Doncic expressed his desire to bring their newborn to the States back in December ... and a disagreement led Goltes to call police, although officials did not detect a criminal offense.
Luka Doncic's partner, Anamaria Goltes, just filed a petition for child support of their two minor children ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
The petition states Anamaria moved back to Slovenia in May of last year ... and their kids have remained with her ever since -- including their youngest, who was born in December 2025.
The petition does not seek custody orders -- only child support and attorney fees.
