Dwight Howard's apparently not worried about his wife Amber Howard anymore ... because he's dropped the restraining order against her as they work to permanently separate.

We spoke with Howard's attorney -- Gillian B. Fierer -- who explained to us the former NBA star dropped the protective order as the first step in the process to an amicable resolution of their split.

Fierer says this is quite common in divorce proceedings where someone has filed for a protective order ... because it pushes for an order of divorce to be filed -- which helps the split along.

‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star Lisa Hochstein has turned herself in to authorities in Miami -- and it’s all tied to a felony charge accusing her of secretly spying on her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

Lisa’s attorney, Jayne Weintraub, tells TMZ the surrender is voluntary and part of a pre-arranged agreement following the charge filed earlier this week … insisting her client “has nothing to hide” as the legal process plays out.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, prosecutors allege Lisa “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted -- or tried to intercept -- wire, oral, or electronic communications involving Lenny and others he spoke with.

Jessica McClure Morales -- the famous "Baby Jessica" who made national news when she fell down a well back in 1987 -- allegedly choked a member of her family.

According to the probable cause affidavit for Jessica's arrest ... cops in Midland County, Texas say Jessica told them the Saturday confrontation began when she and her husband got into a heated verbal argument -- during which she allegedly scratched him while trying to shove him away.

A witness apparently told the police a somewhat different story. Cops say they were told someone advised Jessica and her husband not to fight in front of a child who was in the room. Her husband allegedly said "F*** that" ... before she grabbed him by the throat.

Clavicular’s team jumped into action as he suffered a suspected overdose during his live stream Tuesday night ... and video shows them rushing him out of a Miami restaurant to get him to the hospital.

Check out the horrifying video -- the popular streamer is in his security guard's arms as they swiftly carry him down the stairs out of the Brickell-area hotspot. He was able to get back on his feet to enter a black SUV -- but his movements were slow, and he appeared dazed.

TMZ confirmed he was taken directly to the hospital.

Dayton Webber -- the quadruple amputee and professional cornhole player suspected of fatally shooting another man in his car -- continues to be in the hot seat as more disturbing content of him surfaces.

Jay Ellis says aging out of Coachella is real ... and the warning signs come fast.

We caught up with “Insecure” actor outside LAX on Monday and hit him with the question plenty of 30- and 40-somethings are quietly asking themselves: When are you officially too old for the annual music festival?

“I think you're too old for Coachella when you’ve got to think about going to Coachella,” Ellis told us.

While he isn’t putting a number on it, he is laying down the law on when it’s time to hang up your festival wristband ... watch the clip for the lowdown!

7:35 PM PT -- TMZ obtained the 911 dispatch audio from the incident, calling for response to the location where Clav and his pals were live-streaming Tuesday night.

In the audio, you can hear the Miami-Dade EMS dispatcher call in a "20-year-old male overdose" around 5:46 PM local time.

Clavicular’s recent livestream came to a sudden and alarming end … and TMZ has learned it may be far more serious behind the scenes.  

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ …Clavicular suffered a suspected overdose Tuesday night and has since been hospitalized. 

The stream abruptly cut off after viewers noticed something was off, sparking concern among fans in real time. 

In video from his stream posted on social media, you see Clavicular quickly start to fade ... putting his hands behind his back and over his head while friends with him ask if he needs water.

He was also filmed drinking something from a mini bottle before enterting the restaurant, though it's unclear what was in the bottle.

Details remain limited as of now. We’ve reached out for comment … so far, no word back.
