Diddy plans to fight a lawsuit claiming he had sex with minors ... and he's pursuing all avenues the legal system has to offer.
Diddy's spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, responded to a recent lawsuit from a John Doe who claims he was a child actor when Diddy allegedly assaulted him, telling TMZ … "This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone."
Engelmayer added ... "These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest. He is going to pursue all avenues he can to defend himself and make sure those who start and spread lies are held responsible."
Here's Tori Spelling and her ex-husband Dean McDermott reuniting for a big family milestone ... gathering to watch their daughter Stella graduate high school.
TMZ obtained video from Stella's graduation ceremony at Agoura High School ... and Tori and Dean are sitting next to one another as Stella receives her diploma.
At one point, Dean pulls out his phone to film while family members around him cheer on the graduates.

Big Tigger's latest headline has nothing to do with radio ... it's a police investigation involving his wife, Alicia Brown, and cops say he's the prime suspect in an alleged assault.
According to police documents obtained by TMZ, Brown was involved in an alleged assault during a May incident that prompted authorities to open a domestic dispute investigation. The records identify Big Tigger -- the longtime radio personality and former host of BET's iconic "Rap City," whose real name is Darian Morgan -- as the suspect.
Dispatch records show Brown sought medical treatment for her injuries before police were contacted and an investigation was launched. She was later transported to a hospital ... though authorities noted her injuries were not considered life-threatening.
