The law firm that successfully represented Diddy against the most serious charges is now representing one of the Cornell frat bros accused in the Jane Doe case ... TMZ has learned.

The Agnifilo firm -- of Marc and Karen fame -- has signed on to the case ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

The partner who is handling the case is Teny Geragos, who has famously repped some high-profile defendants, including Diddy and Harvey Weinstein. FYI, she got a New York rape charge against Weinstein dismissed.

Dolly Parton's nephew is asking the court to pump the brakes on his ongoing estate battle ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ ... Bryan Seaver asked Monday to push back his Oct. 9 hearing by 10 days after struggling to find counsel in Tennessee.

We’re told every attorney Bryan has approached has ties to Pinnacle Bank -- which is involved with the trust at the center of the estate battle -- creating a conflict of interest.

Halle Berry is firing back at Olivier Martinez, calling BS on his claim she was violent toward their 13-year-old son ... saying she's a domestic violence victim and advocate, not a perpetrator.

Halle filed a voluminous response to Martinez's petition to change their custody agreement from joint legal and physical custody to temporary sole custody, with Halle getting only visitation. He ended up getting a modified version of what he wanted.

Olivier claims Halle got angry at Maceo a week ago while he was playing a VR game and put him in a headlock, choking him. She denies the claim.

Chris Brown's baby mama, Diamond Brown, is asking for around $45K per month in child support for their daughter, Lovely, saying that's what's needed to cover her and Lovely's expenses. 

Diamond filed court docs proposing that Chris's support obligations should cover her rent and household expenses (about $23K, as well as all school, medical, and extracurricular expenses for their child ($20K). 

Among the monthly childcare costs, Diamond claims $500 for Lovely's clothes, $3500 for child care, $2K for college savings, $2K for gifts, $350 for a haircut, and $1500 for art and sports lessons.  

Jessica Simpson and her boyfriend Thomas Eisenhood were spotted together for the first time ... enjoying an exhilarating morning at Albuquerque's Balloon Fiesta Park over the weekend.

TMZ obtained photos of Jessica and Thomas walking through the park around 7:30 AM Sunday ... when they stopped to take selfies with the hot-air balloons behind them.

Sebastian Maniscalco taking over a SiriusXM comedy channel has caused an uproar with some comedians ... but the radio company is defending the famous comedian against the backlash, TMZ has learned.

The comedian took over Raw Comedy Channel earlier this year, which was a channel that focused on spotlighting a wider pool of lesser known comedians.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... SiriusXM regularly reviews how its channels are performing and decided to pursue a new creative direction for the comedy channel while keeping comedy programming on the platform.

Aubrey O'Day says Diddy isn't exactly suffering behind bars ... and she thinks way too many people are still ready to roll out the red carpet when he gets out.

A lawyer for one of the Cornell fraternity brothers being sued over the alleged gang rape blasted the university during the investigation back in 2025 ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained an alleged email, dated May 16, 2025, from an attorney named Jeremy Saland -- who represented one of the accused men -- to Cornell officials as part of the Title IX probe.

In the letter, Jeremy claimed one of the panel members who decided the consequences for his client was distracted and driving during one witness’ testimony. He said he asked for the hearing to be adjourned for the day, but his request was denied.

Robert Kelker-Kelly was found in bed when dispatchers received a call reporting he was unconscious ... TMZ has learned.

In dispatch audio, obtained by TMZ, authorities received a call around 8:16 PM on October 3 for a "cardiac arrest" at his Missouri home.

Later on, an official is heard telling dispatchers the caller claimed they could not move Kelker-Kelly's body from the bed.

Robert Kelker-Kelly died after complaining of chest pain and becoming unresponsive at his Missouri home ... TMZ has learned.

The St. Peters Police Department tells TMZ ... officers responded to Kelker-Kelly's home on October 3 around 8:16 PM for a report of an unconscious man who was not breathing. CPR was already in progress while police and EMS were en-route.

Officers and paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but they were unsuccessful.

Cornell University regularly turned a blind eye to frat parties that posed health and safety risks, and after a Cornell University police officer complained ... rather than enforcing its own rules, the University relaxed them.

TMZ has obtained the rules that were in effect up to the end of 2022 ... it says if a fraternity violates the rule by holding an event which poses health and safety risks -- including underage alcohol consumption -- there is a MANDATORY interim suspension while the University investigates. In other words, the fraternity must cease all activities immediately pending the outcome of the investigation.

Furthermore, if the University finds the fraternity violated the rules, there is a MANDATORY MINIMUM 3-YEAR SUSPENSION.
