We now have the poop on the Gerard Butler dog attack that occurred Monday afternoon in New York.

Here's the lowdown -- Gerard was walking his female pug Lolita when a woman with a greyhound sauntered by. We're told the greyhound attacked the pug, biting it twice. At the time of the attack, the greyhound was on a leash, but the pug wasn't. Score one for the greyhound.

But here's the deal: Butler quickly put his dog on a leash and began walking away, when the woman followed him -- greyhound in tow -- and the larger dog went in for a 3rd bite. We're told Butler blunted the potential bite by pushing the dog's snout away from his pooch.

The woman went to the cops alleging animal cruelty and we're told they got a good laugh out of it. As for Butler, he spent 3 and a half hours at the vet's office with his pug. The pug is OK.

Sources close to the situation gave us the following statement: "Bitches always seem to get Gerard in trouble."

As if he needs it, the story will only help Butler score more chicks.

UPDATE: TMZ spoke to the owner of the greyhound, who told us she's not after money and she's not going to file a lawsuit. However, she did want to say this about Gerard -- "He's a pompous son of a bitch."

UPDATE #2: The greyhound owner's dog tells a different story -- sources close to the situation tell TMZ she claimed Butler's unleashed pug charged after the greyhound. When she told Butler that his dog should be on a leash, the woman claims Gerard fired off a few expletives.

This is Patrick Stump striking a pose for a cop cam early this morning, after he was arrested in Hollywood.

The Fall Out Boy lead singer was busted around midnight on a traffic warrant for driving without a license out of Beverly Hills court.

After he took the mug shot, Stump posted bail and was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station around 4:30 AM.

Just days after being dropped by the New York Mets for being a terrible baseball player, Livan Hernandez had a lawsuit dropped in his lap for allegedly being a terrible payer.

A guy named Franklin Vizcaino -- who claims to have been Hernandez's personal driver -- just filed a lawsuit in NY claiming the pitcher owes him $15,800.

TMZ spoke with Vizcaino, who gave us the breakdown on the cash: $7500 for unpaid wages -- and the rest, he claims, is what's owed to him after Hernandez borrowed (and then wrecked) his Lincoln Navigator back in June.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the L.A. County Coroner and the LAPD are not buying Dr. Conrad Murray's story that he gave Michael Jackson a relatively low dosage of Propofol before he died.

Sources say the L.A. County Coroner has determined Michael Jackson died from a lethal level of Propofol. There were "traces" of other drugs in Jackson's system, but nothing that would have killed him.

According to the search warrant affidavit, during Dr. Murray's interview with LAPD detectives two days after Jackson died, he said he gave Jackson 25 milligrams of Propofol shortly before the singer stopped breathing. Dr. Murray also said he had been giving Jackson 50 milligrams of Propofol for the prior six weeks so Jackson could sleep, but he felt the singer may have been forming an addiction so he cut back.

Here's the reality. It takes approximately 400 milligrams of Propofol for someone of Jackson's body size to sleep 8 hours -- that's 16 times the amount Dr. Murray says he gave Jackson the day he died.

Our law enforcement sources simply do not believe that 25 milligrams would have in any way compromised Michael Jackson, especially since he had developed a tolerance to a much higher level.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the L.A. County Coroner cannot pinpoint the time of Michael Jackson's death ... but paramedics say when they arrived they believed he was dead for at least an hour and maybe longer.

Dr. Conrad Murray's statement to LAPD detectives lays out a timeline in which Dr. Murray administered Propofol at 10:40 AM and then ten minutes later (10:50) he walked out of the room, went to the bathroom and returned two minutes later (10:52) to find Jackson was not breathing. He did not have anyone call 911 until 12:21 PM ... approximately an hour-and-a-half later.

Sources say cops are suspicious of Dr. Murray's account. They say when Dr. Murray was interviewed by them two days after Jackson died -- his lawyer by his side -- the doctor's account seemed "scripted."

So when did Jackson really die? Rigor mortis typically doesn't set in for at least 3 hours, and often longer. If rigor mortis has not set in, the only way to approximate time of death is by body temperature. Once a person dies, their temperature eventually rises or falls to the temperature of the environment. For example, if Jackson were in a 70 degree room, his body temp would drop to 70. The body temperature typically drops a degree to a degree and a half per hour, but it's dependent on the ambient temperature.

Here's the problem -- when paramedics arrived the room was sweltering. So Jackson's body temperature could register in the 90 degree range, even if he were dead for a long time. But we're told paramedics did not get a read on his body temp because they were busy performing CPR.

Bottom line -- it's possible Jackson could have been dead much longer than Dr. Murray said. There's no scientific way of knowing.

Cherilyn Lee told us she never gave Michael Propofol or Diprivan. Lee said she gives people "nutritional cocktails" and Dr. Murray must have jumped to conclusions.

And this is interesting ... Lee also said she saw Michael back in April, and there were "no injection marks" on his body. Our law enforcement sources say Jackson was riddled with injection sites at the time of his death.

Lee said she did inject Michael with a "nutritional IV" of "basically vitamin C." She says, "Mr. Jackson had very small veins."

The lead singer of the group Fall Out Boy was arrested last night in Hollywood.

TMZ has confirmed cops busted Patrick Stump around midnight on a traffic warrant for driving without a license out of Beverly Hills court.

Nothing screams rock 'n' roll like being wanted in Bev Hills.

Stump is currently being held at the West Hollywood Sheriff's station on $15,000 bail.

"Real Housewife of Orange County" Gretchen Rossi says her late fiance didn't leave her "millions and millions of dollars" -- and she's right, he only left her 2.5.

We got a look at Jeff Beitzel's trust -- amended a month before his death -- and even though Rossi tried to make it look like he didn't leave her much

, she actually pulled in a pretty penny.

Gretchen was awarded $2,500,000 -- some of which she collected from Beitzel's life insurance policy.

Rossi's not the only one who sounds disappointed about the dough -- we hear some of Beitzel's five ex-wives aren't too happy with her haul either.

FYI -- it seems Rossi's already moved on. She's been spotted recently with Slade Smiley.

A ridiculously hot photo of Fox in a cleavage-exposing, micro-skirt appeared on a flyer advertising a club in Milwaukee. Problem is, the pic came right off the cover of a July issue of Maxim -- and the club didn't ask for permission before they took the image.

Now, Maxim is launching a legal attack on the club, saying they're "infringing on Maxim trademarks and copyrights and must immediately cease and desist from using the photograph (or any other Maxim material) from any of their flyers or other advertising material."

To the club's credit, they did flip the image 180 degrees -- making it that much harder to figure out where they stole it from.

A Las Vegas doctor says Dr. Conrad Murray was lying when he told LAPD detectives he watched the Vegas doc administer Propofol to Michael Jackson earlier this year.

Liborius Agwara, the lawyer repping Dr. David Adams, tells TMZ his client never administered Propofol to Michael Jackson in a cosmetologist's office. According to the search warrant affidavit, Dr. Murray told LAPD detectives he was present when Dr. Adams administered the drug "sometime between March and April of this year."

Agwara would not say if Dr. Adams has ever administered Propofol to Jackson.

Juelz Santana, the rapper who's collaborated with Chris Brown, Sean Kingston and Cam'ron, was arrested at his home in New Jersey this morning -- after a woman told cops he threatened to kill her!

Cops tell us they showed up at Santana's Teaneck residence around 10:30 AM after the woman called 911. The woman's relationship to Santana is unclear.

According to law enforcement sources, the woman did not need medical assistance -- but she told police the threat was made in front of a child.

The rapper was arrested -- his bail was set at $300.

A rep for Santana tells TMZ, "He has problems with the people in his complex, they hate on him because he is a rapper with big cars." The rep also told us the women he allegedly threatened was his "son's mother."

TMZ has reviewed financial documents that show MIchael Jackson's cash flow was in the red zone. Jackson's liquid cash totaled .05% of his net worth.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson's net worth was estimated at $1,360,839,979 on July 31, 2007. It's a fortune, to be sure ... but of that $1,150,000,000 is the Sony-ATV Publishing Trust (Beatles Catalog).

As for cold, hard "Cash in Bank" -- $668,215. Jackson could blow through that amount in a trip or two to the antique store.

As for liabilities, the big ticket item is Neverland -- $323,000,000. The description "Notes payable to Fortress are collateralized by Mr. Jackson's interest in the Sony-ATV Publishing Trust and a partial security interest in the Los Olivos, California (Neverland) property. Additionally, as of March 31, 2007, the bank holds restricted cash in the approximate amount of $7,803,621. With other liabilities, the sum comes to $331,000,000."

Jackson's bottom line net worth was listed at $1,360,839,979. But the cash flow is pretty stunning.

The woman who starred in Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video now claims MJ's estate owes her big-time for the famous vid.

Ola Ray sued Michael for breach of contract back in May, claiming she was stiffed out of her cut of the "Thriller" profits.

Since Michael's not around anymore, she wants the estate to pay up -- filing a creditor's claim in L.A. County Superior Court on Friday.

Although it's been almost four months since she first filed the initial papers against MJ, she still doesn't know how much money she's owed.

Several Miss Universe contestants participated in the Condom Olympics on Friday in the Bahamas, which was set up by YouthAIDS to raise awareness about HIV infection ... and we're pretty sure it worked.
