Children Services Back to the Jackson House
The social workers from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services are coming back to the Jackson family compound in Encino, CA today to wrap up their investigation over the stun gun incident.
We're told one of the employees has not been at the home during the last two days to be interviewed by DCFS social workers -- so they will talk to that employee today.
As we first reported, one if the issues DCFS has isolated is the use of the Internet by the eight minors living in the home. We broke the story that Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son Jaafar Jackson used the Internet to purchase a stun gun.
DCFS, we're told, has not decided what additional action, if any, will be taken.

Dr. Drew's Alleged Stalker -- KKK-Krazy Lawsuit
Dr. Drew Pinsky was sued by his alleged stalker last month -- after the guy claimed Pinsky was a member of the KKK and "performed illegal surgery" on him.
Charles Pearson filed the small claims suit in L.A. County Superior Court on February 8.
In the suit, Pearson is suing Pinsky for $2,500 for a number of reasons including, "Performed Illegal Surgery, Medical Mal Practice ... Auction Tampering, Implant Tampering."
In the document, Pearson says he hasn't asked Dr. Drew for the money in person because Drew, "claims membership to KKK, used LAPD to intimidate/harass."
A court hearing for the case is set for March 8 -- we'll see if that actually happens.

We're told Charles Pearson -- who was arrested yesterday in L.A. and booked on felony stalking -- has been sending emails to the flagship stars of KROQ, Kevin and Bean. We're told Pearson felt KROQ -- which runs Dr. Drew's show "Loveline" -- implanted a chip in his body and used the chip to speak with him.
KROQ employees learned of the arrest when TMZ broke the story last night.
As for Pearson, we're told he was arrested in the library at Pierce College in Woodland Hills, CA.

Stun Gun Mess Connected to Jackson Divorce
Jermaine Jackson's messy divorce set up a series of events that led to a knock at Katherine Jackson's door by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services ... TMZ has learned.
Jermaine filed for divorce from Alejandra Jackson in 2004. They fought hard over child support. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jermaine pressured Alejandra to live with the couple's two children -- Jaafar and Jermajesty -- in the Jackson family home in Encino. Alejandra claimed in the docs Jermaine wanted her to live in his mom's home so he didn't have to pay her support.
In legal docs filed last year, Alejandra complained most of the support money she received was from Katherine, frequently in the form of gift cards from Ralphs supermarket -- the very same place Jaafar bought a credit card so he could purchase the stun gun online.
Alejandra has been living in Katherine's home, along with Jaafar and Jermajesty, Genevieve and Randall -- the latter two kids were born during Alejandra's marriage to Randy Jackson, Jermaine's brother. Another minor, Donte, is living in the home -- a child the Jackson's essentially adopted. Add to that Michael Jackson's three kids, Prince, Paris and Blanket and 79-year-old Katherine is juggling responsibilities for 8 children.
Turns out 26 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms came in handy. Who knew?

Levi Johnston -- 3,500 More Reasons to Wrap Up
Levi Johnston's gonna have to whip out another body party -- or find some other way to make a quick $3,500 -- because a judge just ordered him to pay even more cash to his baby mama Bristol Palin.
It's kinda complicated -- but the long story short is the judge in Alaska re-crunched a few numbers and determined the $18,000 in back child support payments that Bristol had requested from Levi was way too low.
So now, according to legal papers filed this week in Alaska, Levi is on the hook for $21,561.12.
We're told that if Levi doesn't fork over the cash in a timely manner -- he could face some serious consequences ... including serious fines and possible jail time.

High School Cancels DMX's Church Fundraiser
DMX's upcoming "gospel rap extravaganza" at an Arizona high school was just canceled three days before it was set to go off ... and it's all because the school just realized the arrest plagued rapper was involved.
TMZ spoke to the pastor of the church the concert was supposed to benefit -- Morning Star Sanctified Church -- and she told us the school pulled the plug on the event once word got out that X was involved.
Pastor King says she even took out a $1 million insurance policy on the concert -- but the school just wasn't having it and has already agreed to give back the church's $500 deposit.
The church will now have to give refunds to the people who already bought tickets and Pastor King says they're going to reschedule the event to go down at the church ... which is a much smaller venue.
Either way ... poor DMX can't even catch a break when he's trying to do some good for a change.

Crime Museum Makes a Move for O.J.'s Killer Suit
The National Museum of Crime & Punishment has officially taken a step to acquire O.J. Simpson's famous "acquittal suit" -- but the museum has a long way to go before it can bag the killer's uniform of injustice.
In a letter addressed to Fred Goldman, the museum's Chief Operating Officer Janine Vaccarello requests that O.J.'s suit be donated to the NMCP ... the suit the Smithsonian Institution turned down yesterday.
But it's gonna take a lot more than Fred's okay to donate the suit to the NMCP. Fred's attorney, David Cook, tells TMZ a unanimous decision has to be made between Fred, O.J. and Mike Gilbert -- the guy who owns the suit -- before the suit can be donated.

Ikki Twin Felt Fine After Crash
The MTV star who was put into a medically induced coma after a car crash claimed she felt fine after the accident -- and drove to the hospital just to make sure she was okay ... but she wasn't.
Erica "Rikki" Mongeon -- star of "A Double Shot at Love" -- was a passenger in the car, along with her sister, when they collided with a semi.
Sources say Rikki's sister, Vikki, felt a bump on Rikki's head and they decided it would be a good idea to have it looked at.
When they got to the hospital, we're told doctors performed a CAT scan and found blood on her brain. They decided to immediately put Rikki -- one of the Ikki Twins -- into a medically induced coma.
Rikki is currently in ICU and we're told the plan is to take her out of the coma on Friday.
Rikki's manager says doctors are optimistic.

Stun Gun Caper -- Supermarket Accomplice!
So how does a 13-year-old boy score a stun gun? It's as easy as buying groceries.
TMZ has learned Jaafar Jackson, Jermaine's precocious boy, found a serious loophole in his pursuit of the electronic weapon -- at an L.A. Ralphs supermarket.
Sources tell us Jaafar bought several gift cards from the market -- we're told either Visa or American Express. He then used the cards to purchase the weapon online.
Online sites that sell the weapon in question make prospective buyers declare they are 18 years of age or older.
So apparently, Jaafar figured out if he got a lawful credit card number, no one would be the wiser.
Smart kid.

We're told Vikki and the Jetta driver were not seriously injured -- but Rikki was rushed to the intensive care unit at a local hospital.
According to girls' manager, Rikki is now in a medically induced coma -- but we're told doctors are optimistic about Rikki's recovery.
Children Services Back Today in Jackson Case
TMZ has learned the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services will be coming back to the Jackson family home in Encino to interview the children ... and deal with a little Internet problem going on inside the house.
Sources tell us DCFS spent 6 1/2 hours yesterday speaking with adult family members as well as staff.
We're told many -- but not all -- of the people social workers spoke with are giving the same account as Katherine Jackson (through her lawyer, Adam Streisand).
Sources tell us one of the issues DCFS wants to deal with today is making sure there are controls on the access children in the house have to the Internet.
As we first reported, Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son, Jaafar, purchased a stun gun online -- and that's what triggered the DCFS investigation.

Marathon Investigation at Jackson Home
The L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services conducted a marathon investigation yesterday at the Jackson family compound in Encino -- trying to figure out what exactly happened with a stun gun on the property.
DCFS social workers arrived at 4 PM yesterday and left at around 10:30 PM -- 6 1/2 hours later.
As we first reported, DCFS showed up the night before after receiving a tip that Jermaine Jackson's 13-year-old son, Jaafar, was playing with a stun gun on the second floor of the residence.
Sources tell us the social workers are interviewing all of the children in the house -- including Michael Jackson's 3 kids -- along with other family members and staff. We're told DCFS is taking the investigation very seriously and the plan yesterday was to come back today as well.
Sources say some of the individual interviews have taken a long time and there is a lot of tension on the property.
We've learned there's a conflict among people who live and work at the property. We know some members of the staff will tell DCFS that the stun gun was there for several days, before a member of security went upstairs and allegedly found Jaafar and other kids playing with the gun and pointing it at Michael's sons Blanket and Prince.
Katherine Jackson's lawyer, Adam Streisand, insists Blanket and Prince were never in the room with the gun and that Jaafar was playing with the gun for a few minutes -- not days -- before it was confiscated.
Some members of the staff will tell DCFS there is a second stun gun on the property. Streisand says that is absolutely not true.

Rihanna's Hot Body at the Center of a Legal War
Rihanna's incredible physique is the subject of a nasty legal battle -- and it's all because the singer allegedly didn't pay her personal trainer for a few days worth of work.
The trainer -- Cindy Percival -- filed the lawsuit against Rihanna in L.A County Superior Court last week, claiming the singer owes her $26,144.14 in unpaid wages from 2009.
In the lawsuit, Cindy claims she was hired to perform "exclusive personal training services" for Rihanna for $1,500 per day -- but never got a check for a couple of weeks of work between September and October.
Cindy is also asking for $2,644.14 in travel expenses -- because she claims she had to travel all over Europe to meet up with Rihanna ... to make her bend, stretch, pump and sweat in person ... which really should be payment enough.
No comment from Rihanna's people.
