It's like when a wedding guest looks better than the bride.

Kanye West has created a military-like drill for the mass of sneakerheads on the hunt for Yeezys ... and you gotta wonder if it's worth the incredible hassle.

People are already lining up at 2 L.A. locations for a shipment sneaker blogs speculate will come Friday. If that's the case, the stores will learn this weekend how many pairs they'll each get ... it should be around 60.

Once the stores are notified, the manager of each store will give the first 60 people in line a wristband, which makes them eligible to buy a pair for $350 a pop. But that's only the beginning.

The people with wristbands are required to come back to the store 3 times a day to check in ... at noon, 4 PM and 8 PM. They have to show ID each time. And if they miss even one ID check they're out of the game and the next person in line gets a wristband.

It sounds like a line for losers, but there's an endgame. Whoever gets the shoes will almost certainly resell them for $1,000 and possibly even more.

However, our Yeezy sources say there's not yet a specific release date for the kicks other than "early this summer" ... so maybe the hardcore sneaker heads know something we don't.

Rob Kardashian returned to L.A. Tuesday with his cargo ... Blac Chyna.

Rob and Chyna breezed through LAX without saying anything, but making it clear all the stories saying they broke up after a blow-out fight are crap.

Rapper Mos Def was turned away in a South African court Tuesday, after refusing to remove a turban on his head.

The American rapper faces charges of trying to leave the country with a bogus passport. He presented a "world passport," instead of his American passport and was slapped with the charge.

After being turned away, he returned with a loose scarf partially covering his head.

The world passport -- technically called "World Government of World Citizens" -- is not recognized by the country.

LeSean McCoy made a big public appearance this weekend -- hitting up the Lakers game in L.A. with his pal DeSean Jackson ... but when asked about the nightclub fight investigation, Shady went mum.

McCoy made an interesting fashion statement at Staples Center Sunday -- dressed in white from head to toe -- and when our guy asked about the latest with the Philly bar fight, he simply told us, "Hey, how do I look today yo?"

For the record, McCoy has NOT been charged with a crime for his alleged role in the brawl at Recess Lounge on Feb. 7th ... but charges could be coming sometime this month.

Inside the arena, McCoy had a blast -- hanging with Floyd Mayweather ... and even getting a signed pair of sneakers from Kobe Bryant.

AND the Lakers beat the Warriors.

Bella Thorne tried to silence Internet trolls but instead got caught in a tangled "faux fur" web -- 'cause it turns out the jacket is genuine rabbit and arctic fox fur.

Bella posted the pic of herself in the fur coat Tuesday on Instagram and even tried to silence the imminent anti-fur backlash with a caption that read, "Dear internet trolls, it's faux fur."

Problem is ... people were quick to notice the fur looked identical to the Tierra Striped Fur Jacket by Alice & Olivia which retails for $1,700.

The item's description -- on the Bloomingdale's and Harrods websites -- specifically says it's made of GENUINE rabbit and fox fur from China, where fur farms are abundant.

A rep tells us Bella was given the jacket during a photo shoot, and was "told it was faux fur." The rep says now that Bella is aware ... she'll never wear it again.

Another big star dropping a sneaker ... this time it's Kevin Hart who says there's a big difference between his and the Yeezys and the OVOs ... 'cause normies can actually afford them.

A drug mule tried to put the "sneak" in sneakers last week -- but got busted at JFK with $90,000 worth of heroin in 3 pairs of Nike Air Force 1s ... officials say.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection says the drug mover was on a flight from the Dominican Republic -- and when he got to the inspection, officials noticed his shoes were unusually heavy.

In the end, officials say they found 3 POUNDS of heroin hidden in the kicks ... with an estimated street value of $90,000!!!

The perp was arrested and handed over to Homeland Security -- and now faces federal drug smuggling charges.
