More drama unfolds with R. Kelly as R&B singer Ne-Yo was suddenly removed from Kelly's latest tour. Kelly's camp cited the lack of a signed contract as the reason for Ne-Yo getting dumped.

Ne-Yo's camp issued a press release about the incident earlier this week, saying Ne-Yo "expressed genuine concern regarding not having the opportunity to complete the tour."

Several men were throwing punches in the streets Sunday morning, but one guy -- who was earlier playing the role of peacemaker -- got the worst of it. In the video, he can be seen being kicked in the head by two men, then falling face first into asphalt. He was unconscious for several minutes, but was later seen up and talking with his friends.

Laker Rick Fox was seen trying to get in on the action, seen betting on the fight -- until he sees TMZ watching him -- then sly Fox says loud and clear, "Gambling is illegal!" He doesn't mention assault!
