K-Fed and Brit are set for another round of custody talks tomorrow morning. Neither is expected to be there, but we hear part of the hearing will revolve around who gets the kids at Christmas and other holidays.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge just dismissed the pricey lawsuit filed by DJ Samantha Ronson against Perez, over an article he ran on his website suggesting that Sam supplied the cocaine found in Lindsay Lohan's infamous Memorial Day DUI smash-up.

Hilton argued that the lawsuit was an attempt to stifle his right of free speech, and the judge agreed. The judge also ordered Ronson to pay all of Perez's attorney fees.

As seen in these pics, exclusively obtained by TMZ, Nicole spent the last couple of weeks in Australia and Thailand with her baby daddy, Joel Madden. The couple returned to L.A. directly from Asia on Oct. 26.

TMZ tried to smoke-out NY Post columnist Cindy Adams, who published the inflammatory item, but we were not able to nail down the exact date when Nicole was allegedly spotted lighting up. TMZ just spoke with Lindsay Lohan's rep -- who just got off the phone with her client -- and no, she is not planning a wedding.

Reports are circulating that the rehabbing actress is betrothed to Riley Giles, whom she met at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, and that he gave her a ring. Not so, says Lindsay through her rep. The "new" ring is a gift from her father, Michael Lohan, and the other is a Cartier ring that she has had for some time.

Rumors have been rampant over the Internet that MC Hammer recently died. Hammer's time?

TMZ has learned that Hammer, aka Stanley Burrell, is very much alive. His rep tells us that someone else with the name of Stanley Burrell died recently, and people have been confusing the two.

We're told Hammer is bringing his career back from the grave by starting up a new website called DanceJam. People can upload videos of themselves dancing, and hammer will critique them and rate your moves.

A vicious rumor is burning up the Internet, saying that Cyrus, the 14-year-old star of the Disney Channel mega hit "Hannah Montana," supposedly told teen zine J-14, "I'm going to take good care of my baby. I've already gained 7 pounds. I was in real shock when it happened accidentally. I went a little too far. I'm sorry to all of my fans."

Actor James Woods says O.J.'s ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, wanted to have an affair with him -- and once invited him to join her and O.J. in a kinky threesome.

Woods recently appeared on the "The Late Late Show" and related how he met the Simpsons several years before Nicole was murdered. He said that the troubled couple once invited him for a "late-night nightcap" in their hotel suite, reports Page Six. "It was very odd," said Woods.

A few days after meeting them, claims Woods, Nicole Brown Simpson sent him a letter that said "'Dear Jimmy, O.J. is out of town, maybe you would like to get together.' [I thought], this can't be possible."

Fueling the rumors: reps for J.Lo wouldn't confirm or deny pregnancy rumors.

Some girls get jewelry or clothes from their boyfriends on their birthdays -- not Hilary Duff. The Duffster -- who turns 20 on September 28 -- received an early birthday present from hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie this week.

Comrie told her that he had left the gift in the garage at Duff's sister Haylie's house. "I opened the garage and I was just, like, shocked, just standing there," Duff told People.
