Lindsay Lohan says there's NO TRUTH to reports she was boozing at a SAG Awards after party this weekend ... and now, TMZ has learned, she's threatening to SUE the media outlets that published the story in the first place.

A source close to the actress tells TMZ ... Lindsay is already exploring her legal options with her attorneys ... because she feels the false stories are sabotaging her effort to save her career.

Lindsay acknowledges she WAS at the party at the Chateau Marmot hotel in Hollywood Sunday night ... but insists she was sitting with Alan Cumming the whole time and ONLY drank water.

We're told Lindsay's also pissed over reports about a recent gas station makeout session with Dennis Hopper's son Henry (pictured above), where she allegedly purchased Red Bull and vodka.

Golf pro Phil Mickelson says he has NOT been sinking his putts where it doesn’t belong … and now he’s sicking his lawyers on the people who’ve plastered the Internet with accusations he fathered an illegitimate child.

Mickelson was pissed when he learned some jerkwad or jerkwads using the screen names “Fogroller” and “Longitude” had been posting scurrilous claims about him and his wife on a message board … which implied the Mickelsons are BOTH screwing around on each other Tiger Woods-style.

Phil claims he was able to track the I.P. address to an Internet service provider in Quebec. And now, he wants a Canadian judge to force the ISP to hand over any information which could identify the mystery poster – so Phil can tee up a defamation suit against the offender.

Snooki is calling radishes on a report that she's pregnant -- claiming not only is she NOT pregnant, she's insulted by the insinuation she's fat.

The "Jersey Shore" star left Sirius XM studios in New York moments ago -- where she appeared on the Opie & Anthony radio show -- and a photog flat-out asked if the pregnancy rumor was true ... Snooki firmly replied, "NO!"

Worse, Snooki's livid at rumors she's gained weight, claiming, "Why are people calling me fat? That's so rude!" Snooki said she does wanna get pregnant one day though ... when she gets married.

As for the Opie & Anthony interview (below) -- Snooki said the media outlet that reported the story is just like one of the bullies who terrorized her in high school ... and she has a message for the offender ... "I hate you."

Elisabetta Canalis and Steve-O went to a HAIR SALON this weekend ... TOGETHER ... so, it's fair to assume they're totally dating now, right?

But that's not true -- according to Chris' rep, the singer was with his actual girlfriend last night ... an aspiring model named Karrueche Tran ... not with Rihanna.

Rihanna and Chris Brown partied at the same club last night, fueling growing rumors they're back together.

The two singers left Greystone Manor -- a West Hollywood club -- separately, but they were both definitely there at the same time.

The protective order -- requiring that they have no contact with each other after Brown beat Rihanna -- was lifted a year ago.

The ring that triggered rumors Halle Berry is engaged is NOT an engagement ring, and sources connected to the couple tell us ... as of last week, Halle and Olivier Martinez were not engaged.

Our sources say Olivier did indeed give Halle the ring as a gift, but it positively is not a symbol of getting engaged.

Robert Kardashian swore that Khloe IS his biological daughter ... torpedoing claims by his ex-wives that Khloe was fathered by another man.

When Robert was seeking to have his 2nd marriage annulled from Jan Ashley in 1999, he submitted a declaration to the judge stating that the marriage did not work because Jan wanted to have his child ... but he did not.

In the declaration, Robert says, "I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more."

Khloe Kardashian's sister Kim is saying Robert Kardashian is WITHOUT A DOUBT Khloe's biological father ... and anyone who suggests otherwise is completely full of crap.

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ ... the family is fuming at Robert's ex-wives ... who both told the tabloids Robert privately revealed that Khloe was fathered by another man.

We're told, "It's totally untrue and the family is very hurt."

One source close to Kris Jenner tells us ... Khloe's mom isn't even fazed by the rumors because "it's so ridiculous, it's not even worth her time."

Khloe Kardashian is lashing out at her former step-mothers -- claiming the women should be "ashamed" for telling a tabloid magazine that Robert Kardashian isn't her biological father.

Khloe's fury is directed at Jan Ashley and Ellen Kardashian -- who were each married to Robert after he split from Kris Jenner. Both recently claimed Robert privately revealed to them that Khloe was fathered by another man.

Now, Khloe is firing back on Twitter ... saying, "The audacity you have to mention my father’s name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low… YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are)."

Jennifer Hudson says her weight was NOT a factor when she turned down the role of "Precious" ... telling TMZ there was ANOTHER factor that rubbed her the wrong way.

The Weight Watchers spokeswoman was in NYC last night ... when she explained, "I did NOT turn down the role because of the weight thing ... I turned it down because I felt it was just too graphic for me at that time."

Hudson's explanation seems to contradict what she told "Dateline" earlier this week (below) ... when Jennifer said she passed because, "I would have had to be the big girl again."

When Lester Holt asked if her decision to turn down "Precious" was motivated by fear of being typecast as a heavy actress ... Hudson said, "I don't like the idea of being boxed into anything."

We called Jennifer's people hoping to get some clarification -- so far, no word back.

Amber Rose says she's totally forgiven Kim Kardashian for allegedly hooking up with Kanye West behind her back ... and says she feels bad for calling Kim a "home-wrecker."

Amber's referring to a recent interview ... in which she claims Kanye and Kim had a secret affair while she was still dating the rapper a few years ago. Sources close to Kim tell us Kardashian vehemently denies ever getting intimate with Kanye.

But last night, Amber was out in L.A. -- and told our photog, "I actually feel bad that I called [Kim] a homewrecker ... 'cause that was kind of mean."

"I forgive her ... and I forgive Kanye too ... it's not a big deal, you know?"

Pilar Sanders wants everyone to know she's NOT an adulterous floozie who cheated on Deion ... and now she wants to take a lie detector test to prove it.

Pilar is still fuming about the allegations Deion's daughter Deiondra made about her during an epic Twitter rant last month ... in which she claimed Pilar was a "gold digging h*e" who cheated on the NFL legend.

Now, Pilar's attorney, Larry Friedman, tells TMZ ... "It is extremely unfortunate that, in addition to the mental distress caused by the unexpected and untimely filing of the divorce by Deion Sanders, he has not stopped his daughter Deiondra from falsely accusing my client, Pilar Sanders, of infidelity in order to cause her more pain and suffering and further damage her character and reputation."

Friedman adds, "This matter doesn't require praying for Pilar as Deion has stated; it calls for telling the 'truth' -- as well as a retraction of the false accusations made about Pilar and a public apology."

"Perhaps it's time for the parties to submit to and release the results of a polygraph examination to determine whether infidelity was committed during the marriage and to put an end to the speculation once and for all."
