Olivia Munn is getting real about her breast cancer battle ... saying the diagnosis felt like slamming the brakes on her whole life.

The actress opened up in a new interview with Bustle ... saying fighting cancer turned into her full-time job -- and once she learned about a free test women should know about, she made it her mission to let everyone know was all that mattered.

Olivia landed her new show "Your Friends & Neighbors" after nearly five years off post-COVID … and she says she assured creator Jonathan Tropper she was fine -- but was upfront about everything she’d just gone through.

Olivia says Jonathan and the whole Apple TV+ crew had her back -- even pitching in with donations to breast cancer research.

Former NBA center Jason Collins -- the league's first openly gay player -- has been diagnosed with a brain tumor and is currently undergoing treatment.

The league released a statement on Thursday on behalf of Collins and his family ... calling on his fans to send positive vibes his way as he deals with the medical condition.

"Jason and his family welcome your support and prayers and kindly ask for privacy as they dedicate their attention to Jason's health and well-being," the NBA said.

1:43 PM PT -- Donald Trump has issued a new statement, claiming Charlie Kirk has died following Wednesday's shooting at Utah Valley University.

He wrote on Truth Social ... "The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!"

Washington D.C. is left rattled following the shooting of conservative pundit Charlie Kirk ... with several leaders speaking out in the aftermath of the violence.

As we reported ... the Turning Point USA founder was shot in the neck while addressing students at Utah Valley University on Wednesday ... and it didn't take long for politicians from both sides to condemn the attack.

Senator Mike Lee from Utah was one of the first to speak out, assuring his constituents that he was "tracking the situation" and calling for prayers for the conservative commentator.

The sports world is stunned and devastated over the shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on Wednesday afternoon ... with notable figures sharing their prayers and reactions to the incident prior to the announcement of his death.

Names like Jake Paul, Le'Veon Bell, Dave Portnoy, Ryan Garcia, Riley Gaines, Bruce Pearl and Antonio Brown have taken to social media to address the shooting ... with each wishing the best for Kirk before President Donald Trump revealed the activist did not survive.

Paul wrote on X ... "Charlie Kirk got shot for telling the truth. That is literally it. What a mentally sick time we are living through We need god more than ever."

Travis Kelce is owning up to his role in a collision that forced Xavier Worthy out of the Chiefs' Week 1 loss to the Chargers ... saying he simply has to be better.

The superstar tight end shared his regret over the freak accident during the latest "New Heights" episode with his brother, Jason, on Wednesday ... and he chalked it all up to not being prepared out the gate.

Wander Franco was detained by police and taken to a clinic for a "mental health situation" ...  with video showing the disgraced MLB star streaming on social media as he spoke with officers.

Franco -- who was found guilty earlier this year of sexually abusing a minor -- was detained after his family issued the request ... a police spokesperson told a local outlet.

Part of the interaction was caught on camera while the suspended Tampa Bay Rays shortstop was live on Instagram. In the video, you can see an officer motion toward Franco. You hear some screaming before the phone is picked up and the stream ends.

The Swedish Health Minister is sparking concern about her own health ... after going viral for collapsing onstage during a live press conference.

Watch the video, which is spreading like wildfire online ... Elisabet Lann -- who just became the health minister in Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's cabinet -- is seen slowly falling forward while listening to another person address the press during Tuesday's conference.

The other politicians onstage -- including PM Kristersson -- as well as a few members of the press, then move quickly to tend to Lann, who appears unconscious after taking down her translucent podium.

Bruce Willis' wife, Emma Heming, is standing firm in the backlash after revealing he's living in a separate home while dealing with frontotemporal dementia -- saying it’s not up for debate.

Billy Porter is cutting his Broadway return short ... stepping away from "Cabaret" weeks earlier than expected due to a serious health scare.

On Sunday, producers for the Broadway revival announced the Tony winner is battling a "serious case of sepsis" and will not finish his originally scheduled run at New York City's August Wilson Theatre. Porter was slated to star as the Emcee through October 21, but his final performance will now be September 21.

"His doctors are confident that he will make a full recovery but have advised him to maintain a restful schedule," read a statement on the show's social media accounts.

The Toto singer noticed something might be wrong with his memory in 2019, so he confided in his wife, Jasmin. They sought help at UCLA's Memory Clinic and he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia that same year -- BTW, the same form of dementia Bruce Willis was diagnosed with in 2023.

Dan Rivera -- the paranormal investigator on a creepy "Annabelle" doll tour who died completely out of the blue in the "haunted" Civil War battlefield town of Gettysburg -- had a history of heart issues ... and the coroner says his death was cardiac-related.

Rivera's autopsy results have been released by County of Adams Coroner Francis Dutrow, and we're told Dan died from natural causes.

As we reported ... Dan was in Pennsylvania for his "Devils on the Run" tour -- hauling the infamous Annabelle doll across the country -- when he died July 13 in his hotel room.
