Here's what happened -- Deryck Whibley and his hot GF Ari Cooper went to a Halloween party this weekend dressed up as Avril and her new fiance Chad Kroeger.

Deryck was Avril ... Ari was Chad ... it's sorta funny, but kinda weird ... and a photo of the cross-dressing couple made it to Twitter (see above).

Now for the good part -- Chad Kroeger saw the pic and responded on his Twitter page with the following message:

You're never too young to party in Hollywood ... so says Kelsey Grammer, who took his 3-month-old baby to the Playboy Mansion for a Halloween bash and partied 'til the wee hours of the morning.

A party-goer tells us ... Kelsey was whooping it up at a table next to Paris Hilton just after midnight. Baby Faith was tucked into her bassinet as the music blared.

A Playboy Playmate with curious maternal instincts tweeted, "Why the fk does Kelsey Grammer have a newborn baby at the Mansion party!?!?!?"

We called Kelsey's rep, so far no comment.

With two members of her brood looking completely miserable, Angelina Jolie did a little shopping today at a Halloween store in Sherman Oaks.

The Insane Clown Posse says they've been forced to relocate their Halloween concert ... after police in Royal Oak, Michigan voiced concerns about the "type of crowd they bring" ... TMZ has learned.

Of course, the "crowd" in question is the Juggalos -- a group which the FBI has classified as a dangerous street gang. ICP says the FBI is wrong ... they're just REALLY passionate fans.

A rep for ICP tells TMZ ... the group had booked the Royal Oak Music Theater for the venue of their "Hallowicked" show -- and it had nearly sold out when suddenly the venue decided to cancel the event.

ICP is convinced ROMT backed out at the behest of the police ... who raised several issues, including the FBI's assessment of the Juggalos as a gang.

The Royal Oak Police Dept. tells TMZ ... they never FORCED the venue to cancel, but did ask them to "reconsider" because of the "the type of crowd they bring."

The cops tell us ... they were also “concerned about the amount of resources they had available that night.”

Paris Hilton is the queen of slutty costumes -- sometimes even on Halloween -- which makes this the perfect time to toss her a little, y'know ... inspiration. You're welcome, P.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have apparently put their custody war on hold ... to honor the sacred tradition of Halloween pumpkin carving.

The two were spotted at a pumpkin patch in Moorpark, CA today -- with Halle walking Nahla around the grounds to hunt for the perfect gourd.

According to multiple photo agencies, both Halle and Gabriel were at the patch AT THE SAME TIME ... however, we have yet to see a shot of the battling exes in the same frame.

Johnny Depp is an honorary member of the Comanche Indian tribe, so it should come as no surprise he showed up at Comanche Nation Fair today in Oklahoma ... except for the fact the tribe didn't publicize his appearance at all.

The 21st Annual Comanche Nation Fair is being held this weekend in Lawton, OK ... and none of the locals knew Depp would be there today. We're told the tribe wanted to keep Depp's appearance a secret so the parade (where he served as Grand Marshall) was not bombarded with people there just to see Johnny.
