Lil Wayne's mentor Birdman and his Cash Money co-founder Ronald "Slim" Williams really got into the holiday spirit today in New Orleans -- handing out special Turkey Day care packages to people in need ... and TMZ has the pics.

Bryan "Birdman" Williams, Slim, and a bunch of other dudes from Cash Money Records dropped by A.L. Davis Park for the charity drive, distributing turkeys and other Thanksgiving Day essentials (like AriZona Iced Tea).

We're told Lil Wayne had planned to attend as well -- but was advised not to travel in his current health condition.

Kendra Wilkinson tells TMZ ... she was DISGUSTED when she saw Kelsey Grammer bring his infant child to the Playboy mansion last month ... and stormed out of the party in protest.

Kendra -- and her hot model friend Jessica Hall -- were out at Lure nightclub in Hollywood last night and told us they personally witnessed Kelsey raging at Hef's pad with his 3-month old daughter Faith.

In fact, Kendra says she was so pissed about the situation, she confronted Kelsey during the event.

"Oh, he KNOWS how I feel, trust me," Kendra said ... "I gave him that eye and I left because of that."

TMZ broke the story, Kelsey and the baby were at the party well past midnight (check out the photo below).

Kelsey claims he only took the kid out because he and his wife couldn't find a babysitter ... and explained, "The baby slept as her ears were covered the entire time and we left shortly after midnight."

It's barely November ... but the Backstreet Boys are already pretending it's Christmas time.

The entire band -- even Kevin -- threw on their obligatory ugly winter outfits for a performance of their new Christmas song at Disneyland this weekend ... sparkly sweater, checkered jacket, scarf, etc.

For the record, it was 94 DEGREES in Anaheim yesterday.

We're told the performance was pre-recorded for an upcoming Xmas special.

Hordes of people dressed up as Honey Boo Boo this Halloween ... but the question on everyone's mind ... WHAT DID HONEY BOO BOO DRESS UP AS???

Answer: A bright-pink, goth-themed pirate!!!!! At least ... that's our best guess.

TMZ obtained a ridiculously, adorable pic of HBB -- real name Alana Thompson -- getting her trick-or-treat on during All Hallows Eve, and her costume was a far cry from redneckery and tiaras.

Donning a jet-black wig ... awesome bright-pink rocker stripes ... what we assume is a black-and-pink pirate dress (thanks skull & crossbones) ... and a purple pumpkin candy carrier ... HBB was all about bold statements.

We're told the night went really well ... she had a great time ... and ate some delicious candy -- her favorite being lollipops.

Paris picked up 4 costumes ('cause one is so bourgeois) for a total of $3,000 -- two different fairy outfits, a sexy Robin-looking outfit, and an Alice in Wonderland costume.

Dolly dropped more than 5 grand on a simple black leather pirate get up -- but it required custom tailoring for her, umm ... jack-o-lanterns. Hence the huge markup.

Kelsey Grammer tells TMZ ... the reason he took his 3-month-old daughter to a raging Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion Saturday night is because he just couldn't find a good babysitter.

Kelsey just sent us a statement ... explaining, "Kayte is breast-feeding and we do not have a nanny or a trusted baby-sitter at this time, so Faith goes everywhere with us."

We posted a photo of baby Faith sleeping in the VIP area at the party -- we're told the Grammers partied past midnight.

But Kelsey insists he and Kayte took proper precautions ... saying, "The baby slept as her ears were covered the entire time and we left shortly after midnight."

He adds, "We love our child. Kayte is my wife and lady love (who is 31 and goes by the name Kayte Grammer, by the way, not Walsh)."

In the pic, obtained by TMZ ... Faith is being monitored by an unknown hot chick -- who appears to be drinking -- with some empty and half-empty cups right next to the baby. It's unclear if the woman is by herself or with other people.

This video is INSANE!!! A Halloween partier dressed as a Ghostbuster climbs on a police car in Eastern Canada this weekend and does a BACKFLIP over one very angry cop. But what happens next is even crazier.

The ghostbuster sticks the landing, but the cop is PISSED -- grabbing the ghostbuster by the collar ... and saying, "You're a smart ass ... come here!"

Another cop rushes towards the ghostbuster -- slamming him against the cop car ... and warning, "Don't you f*ckin' move ... don't f*ckin' do that ... you stupid idiot."

The cops then handcuff the ghostbuster and place him under arrest for mischief and for being drunk in a public place.

After the man is in custody, the cops turn to the photog ... and demand he turn off his camera saying, "You wanna be under arrest too?" The video cuts off right after the warning.

TMZ spoke with the photog who tells us ... the ghostbuster was taken to a nearby station and was thrown in the drunk tank ... but was released a short time later.
