The photos have been narrowed down to five in our annual Santa Snapshots Contest -- and now it's up to you to decide who is naughty and who is nice.

Lindsay Lohan celebrated the birthdays of two of her siblings last night in NYC, but the cup with the salted rim in front of her makes you wonder ... how much celebrating did she do?

According to our sources, Lindsay dined out with mother Dina, siblings Cody, Ali and Michael Jr., and even Lindsay's grandmother. It was a double celebration -- Ali turned 19 yesterday and Michael Jr. turned 25 the day before.

TMZ obtained a photo from the dinner ... and our eyes were immediately drawn to the drink in front of Lindsay ... the one with the salted rim.

But sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ the drink was a VIRGIN strawberry margarita and it wasn't Lindsay's ... it was her grandmother's.

Bristol Palin's DNA will always have a special place in Levi Johnston's Christmas family photo ... at least in the form of the ex-couple's son Tripp, who made a red-sweater'd cameo in this year's snapshot.

The photo was taken last week for the Johnston family Christmas card inside Levi's Wasilla, Alaska home -- and it looks like everyone agreed to wear some kind of plaid ... or argyle ... except for Levi's new wife Sunny Oglesby.

As we first reported, Levi is strongly considering a move to get full custody of Tripp -- believing Bristol is a bad parent ... letting Tripp run amok at home ... talking back, cursing, and disrespecting his elders.

While the Elf on the Shelf is popping up in homes across the world as Santa's secret eyes and ears, we've noticed the sneaky little peeper keeping an eye on Hollywood's biggest stars as well.

Forget the Walk of Fame -- if you wanna go sight-seeing for celebs, your best bet is gonna be Hollywood Christmas Trees, where people like Eva Longoria and Kevin Smith showed off their famous mugs.

Our Xmas tree sources tell us ... Eva came down to the Hollywood lot with the whole family to pick out a 9 ft. Nordman Fir ... she then had it dropped off to her Hollywood Hills home ... and we're told she left a pretty nice tip too.

Jay and Silent Bob -- aka Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith -- also made an appearance. Jason picked up a Noble Fir with some buds, while Kevin brought his whole fam to find a 9 ft. Douglas Fir.

And finally, we're told Sean Kingston actually sent his mom to do all the heavy lifting ... asking her to pick up a 9 ft. Nordman from the famous lot -- but in a classic Christmas moment she had some trouble getting it to stay on top of her car.

All in all, the trees set the celebs back between $80 - $130.

Taylor Swift and her future ex-boyfriend Harry Styles are making the most of their time together before the breakup -- and hit the slopes for a little ski vacay in Park City, Utah.

The adorable pics were snapped Friday at the Canyons Resort ... when TSwift and the One Direction star decided to take a little lunch break in-between shredding the gnar.

We can't wait to see how this all plays out in a song ... but what rhymes with Utah?

Halle Berry and fiancé Olivier Martinez are looking to make their Christmas more peaceful than their Thanksgiving ... so they're jetting off to France for the holidays.

Boston Celtics star Leandro Barbosa doesn't need a red suit and a beard to play Santa -- in fact, the guard handed out piles of gifts to underprivileged children in Boston yesterday ... wearing nothing but normal street clothes.

A rep for Barbosa tells TMZ, he threw a giant holiday party at the Lenox Housing Development for roughly 80 children -- between the ages of 6 and 16 -- just because he felt like giving back to the community.

Along with a huge array of gifts -- one for each kid -- Barbosa brought 30 delicious PIZZAS.

If you're on Mel Gibson's Christmas list this year, here's one thing you DEFINITELY won't be getting ... Oksana Grigorieva's new album.

Mel was in a rare, jovial mood when we spotted him chatting with fans outside a screening of "Apocalypto" in Hollywood last night. When our photog shouted to Mel ... "You gonna pick up Oksana's album?" ... he gave a HUGE chuckle before shaking his head and walking away.

Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen set a new record last week at a production of "A Christmas Carol" in the Windy City -- playing the first ever 6'8" 19th-century London townsman in the play -- and it was all for a good cause.

The director of "A Christmas Carol" at Chicago's Goodman Theatre tells TMZ, they created the role just for Pippen -- "He is a business man in the town and he becomes a part of the crowd scenes where we celebrate Christmas morning."

As you can see, Pippen blends right in.

Stevie Wonder is following Charlie Sheen's lead -- donating a TON of cash to help a little girl fight cancer ... and not that size matters, but Stevie's check was bigger.

Stevie was performing at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. last Saturday when he invited 10-year-old Jasmine Faulk on stage -- and presented her and her dad with a giant $100,000 check.

Stevie crowned the gesture by serenading Faulk with a rendition of "Isn't She Lovely" -- so if you don't feel like getting teary-eyed ... don't watch the video.

Oh yeah, Jasmine also grabbed the mic and said, "I love you Stevie!" before giving him a big adorable hug. Take that, feelings.

TMZ broke the story ... Charlie donated $75,000 to Jasmine's fund last week when he caught wind of her story through his stunt double Eddie Braun. Eddie had already donated $25,000 himself.
