Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott don't seem fully committed to breaking up, because they're spending an awful lot of time together, and it may not just be about Stormi.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Kylie and Travis are getting very comfortable together since their split, and he's been spending lots of time at her house -- something we're told will continue.

We broke the story ... Travis dislocated his knee after falling onstage at Rolling Loud, and now we're told the injury is one of the reasons he's been holed up at Kylie's crib in Calabasas, where he's mostly hanging with Stormi.

We're told when he's not at Kylie's main crib ... Travis is spending nights at the home he and Kylie shared in Bev Hills.

Our sources say Kylie and Travis are maintaining a friendship, and over the next few months, they plan on spending even more time together with Stormi because the holidays are fast approaching.

Those plans are already in motion ... as we've reported, Kylie and Travis took Stormi to a pumpkin patch earlier this week from some good ol' fashioned Halloween fun. But, it was telling the parents only took pics with their kid.

As of now, our sources say the plan is to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family, and the goal for Kylie and Travis is to keep things familiar for Stormi with family parties and events including both mom and dad.

And, get this ... while Kylie and Travis aren't currently a "couple," we're told some of their friends believe the exes will get back together by the end of the year. Remember, there's a little bit of a pattern here ... break up, make up, break up, etc.

Jeremy Renner claims his ex has aimed to humiliate him by sending his nudes to their custody evaluator ... and her obsession with sex makes him question whether she's fit to parent their 6-year-old daughter.

According to new legal docs ... the 'Avengers' star and Sonni Pacheco exchanged nude photos while they were married, but he says over the course of their custody battle she submitted uncensored pics of his genitals to their lawyers and the evaluator "for no other purpose than to cause me extreme embarrassment."

Renner claims Pacheco failed to mention to the evaluator she sent nudes to him first and requested that he return the favor. He says she conveniently failed to send her nudes to the evaluator. He also says she threatened to sell the pics of him to the media.

The docs allege Sonni is obsessed with Jeremy's sex life and the sex lives of those in his orbit, including one of his nannies. The actor claims she tracked down racy internet photos of the nanny and sent those to the evaluator and his lawyers.

Jeremy Renner was coked up and drunk when he began rhapsodizing about killing his ex-wife Sonni, and the night ended with the actor shoving a gun in his mouth and threatening to kill himself ... so claims Sonni in new legal docs.

Jeremy and Sonni are in a battle royale for custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Ava. She's asking the judge to change the order from joint custody to sole custody on her part with monitored visitation on Jeremy's.

"Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro threatened to kill his baby mama, Jen Harley, during their violent confrontation involving the couple's 18-month-old daughter, so say cops, but sources close to Ron are calling BS.

We got a copy of the emergency protective order that LAPD cops obtained shortly after the incident, which says, "Suspect told victim he was going to kill her. Suspect pushed victim out the house. Suspect ran after victim."

The order prohibits Ronnie from going within 100 yards of Jen and their 18-month-old daughter, Ariana. He also was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Jen's home.

The protective order docs detail how Jen tried getting help from neighbors ... "Victim knocked on neighbor's door and set baby on ground. Suspect grabbed baby and dragged victim to the ground. Suspect punched victim with closed fist on face, causing visible injury."

The Weeknd and Bella Hadid hit it off at the model's birthday party, but only as close friends ... TMZ has learned.

Reports surfaced Friday claiming the once inseparable pair were dating again after celebrating Bella's 23rd birthday together in NYC Thursday night. The bash was held at L'Avenue at Saks and Le Chalet and was allegedly attended by celebs like Taylor Swift and Hailee Steinfeld.

It was The Weeknd's attendance to the party that got people talking, the two were seen hanging out the entire night.

However, sources close to the couple tell us there's nothing romantic about the rendezvous, the pair are simply good friends now.

It was about two months ago when Bella and The Weeknd called it quits ... sources told us he wanted to take the time to focus on his new projects, including music.

Sources close to the volatile couple tell TMZ ... both Ronnie and Jen feel like the domestic incident from last week was the straw that broke the camel's back -- albeit for different reasons. Still, we're told they realize they can't continue on in a relationship.

It sounds like they've both reached this conclusion separately, as our sources tell us, each person has been telling their own group of friends the same thing in terms of breaking up.

While there may be disagreement on who's ultimately at fault, it sounds like Ronnie and Jen are on the same page as to why they gotta end things ... their daughter's safety is jeopardized when they're together, and they can't risk that anymore.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama, Jen Harley, says she's been left with gnarly bruises and scrapes from the latest fight with Ronnie -- but he denies inflicting the injuries.

TMZ obtained these shots of Jen with her and Ronnie's daughter, Ariana. We're told they were taken Monday ... 3 days after the blowout with the "Jersey Shore" star that ended with his arrest.

She appears to have suffered a massive scrape/bruise on the back of her right thigh, as well as another scrape/bruise on her right shoulder. Sources close to Jen tell us she's claiming Ronnie dragged her across the driveway at their Airbnb.

We're told the alleged dragging happened AFTER Jen was seen on a neighbor's surveillance video ... seemingly looking for someplace to hide with Ariana.

However, a source connected to Ronnie tells us he's claiming Jen injured her shoulder falling back off a fence as he took Ariana away from her. We're told Jen was dangerously dangling Ariana over the fence prior to Ronnie securing his daughter.

We're told he also claims Jen threw herself to the ground and was clinging to Ronnie as he tried to get back to the house with the baby, and that's when she suffered the leg injury.

Our Ronnie sources say Jen had been drinking heavily during an event earlier in the day, and that's why he was concerned about Ariana's safety.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is under an emergency protective order, which LAPD issued immediately following his arrest for an alleged domestic violence incident with Jen Harley.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 'Jersey Shore' star must now stay 100 yards away from his on-again, off-again girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Ariana. If, for whatever reason, Ronnie has belongings at Jen's place in Vegas, he must have police escort him.

The order is in place until Oct. 11 ... which will be one week after his arrest.

Of course, Jen can go to court to request a temporary restraining order if she wants Ronnie to stay away beyond the 11.

The exes' latest close encounter went down Saturday night at Hyde Lounge on the Sunset Strip. KJ arrived on a party bus with her sis, Khloe Kardashian, around 1 AM -- and, as you can see, she was beaming from the second she stepped off the bus. Hmmm, wonder why?

Jen Harley showed serious signs of distress and appeared to be hiding from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro while holding her baby girl during their domestic violence incident ... as this security footage shows.

TMZ's obtained video from a neighbor who witnessed a portion of the frightening scene early Friday morning. It picks up as a barefooted Harley approaches the neighbor's home and activates the motion light ... then tries to open the gate.

Jen appears to check the trunk of neighbor's car to see if it's open -- possibly to hide her daughter -- before walking away.

The neighbor tells us Harley ended up pounding on her glass door asking for help, but the neighbor was scared to let her in so she called the police instead.

According to the neighbor, she looked out her window and witnessed Harley try to drop the baby over her fence as a shirtless Ronnie approached up the driveway. She claims he struggled with Harley, grabbed the baby, then hit Harley before leaving the premises.

The neighbor says Harley returned a short while later without their daughter asking to use the phone, but she informed her cops were already on the way. We're told they arrived around 2:50 AM.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro from "Jersey Shore" is in police custody after allegedly striking Jen Harley, chasing her with a knife and, eventually, forcing cops to tase him ... TMZ has learned.

Ronnie and his GF, Jen -- who've been on and off due to several violent incidents -- got into another heated argument early Friday morning, shortly after 2:30 AM, at an Airbnb they're renting in L.A. ... according to our law enforcement sources.

Actor Danny Cooksey's wife of over 20 years, Amber, just filed legal docs asking a judge to make the split official. According to her divorce petition, obtained by TMZ, she's citing irreconcilable differences ... and says their date of separation is June 1, 2019.

Danny -- who played little Sam McKinney on the hit sitcom in the later seasons, and also starred on Nickelodeon's "Salute Your Shorts" -- got hitched to Amber in 1998 ... and the couple had 2 children together, Jackson Paul and Zoe Leigh.

Zoe is 21, but Jackson is only 8 years old. Amber is asking for sole legal and physical custody of him, with visitation rights for Danny. She also wants the court to award her spousal support, and to block any attempt by Danny to get spousal support from her.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have separated -- either temporarily or permanently -- but they don't see the need for a child custody agreement, and that follows a long tradition in the Kardashian clan.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, none of the sisters have ever put pen to paper to set the ground rules for custody. Our sources say Khloe and Tristan don't have a written custody agreement regarding True, and Kourtney and Scott also don't have anything in writing -- mind you, they have 3 kids.

When relationships hit the rocks and kids are involved, it's typical for parents to run to their lawyers and to court with a very specific custody arrangement -- how much physical and legal custody does each parent get, who gets the kid(s) for various holidays, who pays child support, etc. There are no such agreements with Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Eva Marcille's got some baby daddy drama on her hands ... he claims she's blocking his QT with their daughter, so he wants a judge's help.

Kevin McCall Jr.'s attorney -- Adamma Mckinnon -- filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming Eva's tried to alienate their daughter from him ever since she moved from Los Angeles to Georgia in October 2015.

According to docs, Kevin's requesting a change to their previous custody order, so they can share joint physical and legal custody of 5-year-old Marley Rae.

Kevin says it's in Marley's best interest for them to spend more time together and "foster a parental bond." Kevin also wants Marley to take his last name. Right now she's Marley Sterling -- the last name of Eva's current husband, Michael Sterling.
