Aaron Phypers is blasting estranged wife Denise Richards for showing up at his house to grab a dog and causing all sorts of drama -- he says she never cared for the doggies in the first place ... and claims she left him and his elderly parents to care for all of the animals.

Aaron tells TMZ ... Denise moved out of the home 2 years ago because she got a condo nearby so she could film content for OnlyFans, and while she would swing by from time to time to pick up things, she never took care of the dogs.

At one point, Aaron says they had 55 dogs, 13 cats and 2 pigs at the house ... and for the past 4 years, the animals' primary caretakers have been Aaron's family ... with his mother and father handling all the pet grooming, feeding, and care.

Aaron wrapped it up, saying ... "Having the title of attorney or being a celebrity does not put you above the law. It does not give you the right to humiliate others for the sake of your interests. Both of these actions have been readily apparent here in the last couple of weeks."

3:15 PM PT -- Denise Richards' divorce attorney, Brett Berman, tells TMZ ... "Ms. Richards did not violate a restraining order. On August 3, 2025, after confirming that Mr. Phypers was not present in her home, Ms. Richards entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.”

The Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers divorce keeps getting uglier ... because the cops were called after Denise showed up at his house to pick up a dog.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies were called Sunday afternoon to the Calabasas home Aaron shares with his parents and brother, after Denise showed up to get their dog.

Problem is ... Denise has a restraining order in place against Aaron ... meaning they can't get within 100 yards of each other.

3:31 PM PT -- A judge has signed an order requiring Aaron to return Denise's personal phone and laptop within 48 hours ... Aaron is also prohibited from distributing any images of Denise's intimate body parts.

Denise Richards' divorce from Aaron Phypers is getting even messier ... because she's now claiming he violated her restraining order against him and stole her laptop containing nude photos.

In new court docs filed Monday ... Denise says Aaron violated the temporary restraining order by "disturbing her peace" when he sent her private information to the media from her laptop -- namely text messages and naked pics. She's asking the judge to order Aaron to return the laptop and all of its pictures and recordings, along with any cell phones he may have of hers.

She's asking for him to turn the items over to her lawyer, and she'll pick them up from him.

Denise also wants Aaron to be "prohibited from using, delivering, copying, printing, or disclosing any text messages, emails, photos, notes or other content from my cell phone or laptop or any other of my electronic devices."

TMZ broke the story ... Denise filed legal docs Monday claiming Aaron stole her laptop and sent text messages and nudes to media outlets, and she asked the judge to order Aaron to return the laptop and all of its pictures and recordings, along with any cell phones he may have of hers.
