'Jersey Shore' Fight Alleged Victims Already Talking Lawsuit

Published | Updated

The lawyer for the two guys who claim they were attacked last night by members of "Jersey Shore" tells TMZ ... his clients are planning on suing the guys involved, the bar where the fight went down AND Viacom and MTV ... this according to their lawyer.

Matthew DiBrino, the lawyer representing Justin Viterito (see above) and Devon Chichele, tells TMZ ... Justin was drinking with Ronnie and Roger (JWoww's boyfriend) for some time last night at Bamboo Bar in Seaside Heights, NJ.

DiBrino says at some point, Devon approached the bar to join his friend Justin ... but someone else who was with the "Shore" crew pushed him in the back.

DiBrino claims Justin then went to help his friend ... when Ronnie clocked him in the face. DiBrino says a bouncer for the bar then grabbed Justin and put him in a headlock and Ronnie then punched him in the face a few more times ... causing the laceration in the photo above.

Justin and Devon were then escorted out, according to DiBrino, and everyone from "Jersey Shore" was gone by the time they pulled themselves together.

DiBrino says his clients plan on suing Ronnie, Roger, the bar, the bouncer, MTV and Viamcom ... who they claim promote this activity for ratings.

Calls to reps for Ronnie and MTV were not returned.

'Jersey Shore' First Bar Fight of the New Season

Published | Updated

Summer must be upon us ... because the gang from "Jersey Shore" has gotten into their first bar fight of the season last night, TMZ has learned.

We're told it went down at the Bamboo Bar in Seaside Heights, NJ. It's unclear who was involved, but we're told "several" cast members took part in the fight. Our sources say the cast was eventually escorted out.

The cast has a long and checkered history with the bar -- Pauly D was sued over a fight that went down there in 2009 and Sammi got in a hair-pulling fight there last year.

Snooki Baby Bump EXPOSED!!!

Published | Updated

It's been months since she revealed she's carrying a little guido inside her, but Snooki's bulging baby bump at long last made an appearance through her t-shirt in Seaside Heights on Tuesday.

With the "Jersey Shore" back filming for the summer, Snooki's plus one could be ready for his first GTL closeup in the very near future.

The 24-year-old mom-to-be -- officially belly up.

L.A. Kings Fans Taunt N.J. Devils With 'Jersey Shore'

Published | Updated

It was a real "puck you" to the New Jersey Devils Monday night, as L.A. Kings fans taunted their rivals with blown up images of an even famous-er N.J. franchise -- the cast of "Jersey Shore."

Devils players may not have gotten the joke, since 18 are not even American, but fans sure did.

In the end, Snooki, The Situation, Pauly D and Jwoww may have been L.A.'s secret weapon, because the Kings won 4 zip, which puts them 1 game away from their first Stanley Cup.

Finally, Snooki and Sitch did something useful.

Snooki Moves Into Safe House ... Right Next Door!!!

Published | Updated

Snooki isn't taking any chances filming "Jersey Shore" this season with her unborn child -- moving into a shack of her own yesterday ... RIGHT NEXT DOOR to her old stomping grounds.

TMZ broke the story ... the mama-to-be is taking her pregnancy extremely seriously, choosing to live next to the "Shore" house rather than in it because of her loud, boozy ex-roommates.

But Snooki isn't moving far -- in fact, her old digs are mere feet away from her new parenting pad ... a cozy single-family home directly adjacent to the "Shore" house that rents for about $2,000 a month.

Snooki announced she was knocked up in February, and could pop while they shoot Season 6 -- so she wants to be prepared.

As for other big changes this season -- Situation's sober!!! Get ready for an exciting summer.

'Jersey Shore' Cast Going Down Fast!

Published | Updated

The male goombas of the "Jersey Shore" cast continued their integration back into the wilds of Seaside Heights by riding a roller coaster on the boardwalk this weekend ... perhaps the only instance anyone will be seen getting high this season.

Mother-to-be Snooki, thank God, did not partake in the ride ... choosing to soberly walk the streets with her fiancé/baby daddy instead.

As TMZ first reported, with Snooki pregnant and The Situation on the wagon ... the gang enjoyed their first night at a bar, but no one touched a drop of alcohol.

Looks like the new season will be less like the "Jersey Shore" of old ... and more like "The Mickey Mouse Club."

The Situation No Drinks for Him!

Published | Updated

The cast of "Jersey Shore" hit up a bar last night in their first outing of the new season, and while the recently rehabbed Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was there ... he didn't touch any alcohol ... TMZ has learned.

The Situation has publicly said that he was not in rehab for alcohol -- but as TMZ first reported ... his trip to Cirque Lodge was indeed for both prescription pills and alcohol.

Now get this ... not only did The Situation (and a pregnant Snooki) abstain from alcohol, it appears the entire cast did as well, in an apparent showing of solidarity.

It's a huge contrast from prior seasons, and especially interesting given that the bar is the same place where a drunken Snooki got knocked out by a fierce punch. The cast was actually sitting outside the bar on a patio.

Could this be The Book of The Month Club, Jersey Shore Edition?

Snooki's Downfall Being Pregnant in Super High Heels

Published | Updated

Snooki is no stranger to losing her balance and falling on the floor, but this time alcohol wasn't what caused her to almost bite it ... it was her huge platform wedge heels.

While arriving with all her crap to the infamous Seaside Heights crib -- where she won't be living this season -- the pregnant "Jersey Shore" star lost her footing, but luckily recovered avoiding any sort of injury to herself or her unborn baby.

This may be Snook's first fashion misstep that didn't involve a low cut top, leopard print spandex mini-dress, or Ed Hardy.

'Jersey Shore' Cast It's GTL Time Again!

Published | Updated

The "Jersey Shore" gang's all here -- well almost all ... as Snooki, the Situation, Deena and a once again lip-locked Ronnie & Sammi made their way back down the shore to start taping season 6 (SIX!) of the trash-tastic show.

While Jwoww, Pauly D and Vinny have yet to show their over-bronzed faces, the fist pumpers may soon be joined by a new cast member ... in the form of the unborn baby boy inside Snooki's womb.

As TMZ first reported, Snooki won't be shacking up with the rest of the boozy bunch -- or with newly sober Sitch -- while she's pregnant, opting to get a place nearby instead.

Let the guido summer games begin.

'Jersey Shore' Ronnie Drops NEW SONG Great Message, Still Douchey

Published | Updated

Ronnie from "Jersey Shore" has officially crossed into the music world -- releasing his very own song today ... and the track teaches two valuable lessons ... 1) auto-tune can't fix everything ... and 2) don't drink and drive.

The single's called "How The F%#k We Gettin' Home?!” -- and among the lyrics ... "We don't take it easy / Someone take my keys please / I dont think I'm able to drive."

It still sucks ... but who knows, it might save lives!!!!

Sing responsibly.

Neil Diamond Collateral Damage in Pauly D Twitter Attack

Published | Updated

Pauly D has finally lashed back at Deadmau5 in their ongoing Twitter war ... but the MTV star inadvertently trashed a living legend in the process -- Neil 'Frickin' Diamond.

Pauly obviously saw the comments Deadmau5 made to TMZ ... when he said the "Jersey Shore" star has no talent as a DJ.

Moments ago, Pauly fired back by posting a photo of a Deadmau5 CD in the clearance section of a retail store with a message that read, "Wait I'm Sorry I Cant Hear You @deadmau5 The Clearance Section Is Too Loud."

Nice comeback ... but the pic of the Deadmau5 album is next to "The Very Best of Neil Diamond" ... which happens to be in the same section!!!

Deadmau5 is fair game ... but c'mon Pauly ... leave Neil out of this!!!

Snooki I'm Evicting Myself from 'Jersey Shore' House

Published | Updated

Season 6 of "Jersey Shore" just dropped another major bomb, TMZ has learned ... Snooki will NOT be shacking up with her fellow castmates this summer -- instead getting her own private nest nearby.

Sources tell us ... the mama-to-be is taking her pregnancy very seriously, choosing to live NEAR the "Shore" house rather than IN it because it's not worth it to be surrounded by boozy, loud roommates while pregnant.

If you recall, Snooki announced she was knocked-up in February -- when she was already 3 months along -- which means while filming this summer she'll be in prime popping position ... all the more reason to have a pad of her own.

The guidette's absence is just another in a slew of "Shore" changes this year ... which includes a sober Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino (who just got out of rehab) and the possibility of adding a Snooki-baby to the cast.

It's shaping up to be the most boring BEST season ever!

Deadmau5 Pauly D's a Hack!!!

Published | Updated

Pauly D's a no-talent poser -- at least according to electronic music legend Deadmau5.

The famed mouse-headed DJ was shooting a music video in LA over the weekend -- when we asked if he thought the "Jersey Shore" star had any real DJ talent. Deadmau5 responded, "No, not really."

DM's Pauly D jab comes in the wake of a little Twitter feud last week -- when Mr. Mau5 publicly bashed Pauly's new music video, saying it looked embarrassingly cheap ... "like it cost about $150 to make."

Pauly said he was flattered that DM even deigned to criticize him -- but now, Deadmau5 says the entire embarrassing Internet standoff could have been avoided ... if Pauly did ONE thing differently ... watch the clip.

Ronnie from 'Jersey Shore' Super Nice to SUPER Excited Fan

Published | Updated

Not too many celebs would pose for pics with a fan who only minutes earlier dove through security to get close to them -- but Ronnie from "Jersey Shore" did just that yesterday ... making one girl's dream come true.

Ronnie was in the Bronx for the opening of his new Ronnie's Shore Store. On his way inside, a female fan bumrushed her way through security to try and get close to Ronnie ... only to be pulled off him.

But once Ronnie got inside, instead of brushing the girl off, he posed for a few pics with the girl ... who was holding onto Ronnie for dear life.

Juice heads can be nice guys too.

Snooki-alike Savagely Kicked in Face During Rockfest Brawl

Published | Updated

She looks like Snooki ... she talks like Snooki ... and this weekend, a woman who bears a striking resemblance to the MTV star took a brutal shot to the face ... like Snooki.

TMZ obtained footage from Saturday's Rockfest concert in Kansas City, MO ... where Slash was performing ... when an unidentified Snook-alike took a hard boot to the face from a very angry, very large male.

Sources at the scene tell TMZ ... the man had already gotten physical with other concertgoers when the Snook-alike decided to tell him off with a few choice words.

The man -- who didn't appreciate the criticism -- responded by planting his foot right in her grill ... dropping her to the floor like a sack of potatoes ... and igniting a massive brawl involving a bunch of scary looking individuals.

Eventually, the fight was broken up ... and sources at the scene tell us the Snook-alike appeared to be OK.

The Situation MTV's Stomaching Me For One More Season

Published | Updated

He can't drink ... but MTV's still taking another fat chance on The Situation -- casting him on Season 6 of "Jersey Shore" after his rehab stint for substance abuse -- and somehow, Abercrombie & Fitch is involved.

Here's how it all comes together: Situation just filed new legal docs in his ongoing battle with the clothing company over GTL-themed apparel. In the docs, Situation begs the judge in the case to let him skip an impending court date ... scheduled for June 14th.

The significance of that date -- Sitch says MTV has tapped him to return for another season of "Jersey Shore," which tapes from May 22nd to July 7th.

Sitch says he's required to be present at the "Jersey Shore" house 24/7 -- so he'd be violating his MTV contract by showing up in court.

Side note: Sitch also says he wants in excess of $10 million from A&F for trademark infringement. A judge has yet to make a decision on the court date issue.

Bottom line -- Situation's coming back ... more sober than ever! Woo.
