Kanye West got mad ... real mad (Joe Jackson) ... at a paparazzi in Miami last night ... after the snapper fired off some questions about Kim's ex-BF Reggie Bush.

Kanye and Kim Kardashian were leaving a dinner date in Miami Beach, when the photog -- NOT OURS -- shouted, "Kim did you know Reggie is here [in Miami] having dinner?"

The pap continued, "Did you wanna go congratulate him on his pregnancy?"

That's when Kanye snapped -- angrily rushing after the female pap after grasping for her camera -- but never actually striking the woman. Kim was smiling during the entire confrontation.

K&K then got into a waiting Rolls Royce Phantom and left the scene.

Afterward, the pap told other photogs, "Kanye West just tried to beat me up."

It definitely ain't the first time Kanye's gone crazy on a snapper -- trust us, we know ... 'cause he SMASHED THE HELL out of a TMZ camera at LAX back in 2008.

Kim Kardashian is ready to MOVE IN with Kanye West ... and the two are now officially on the hunt for a home together in Miami ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the couple tell us ... K&K have been talking about getting their own place for a couple of months ... and believe Miami is the perfect location because they both love the city.

Plus, Kim will be in town for the next couple of months to shoot a reality show with Kourtney.

We're told the Ks checked out 4 homes yesterday -- all waterfront properties -- and the mansions all ranged between $7 and $10 MILLION.

While underneath a huge umbrella, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West stayed dry during a Miami downpour on Monday ... and grabbed each others' badonkadonks.

Kim was prepared for the showers by wearing her ginormous rain shades, a practical leather mini-skirt and waterproof open toed heels.

The reports are true ... a Kanye sex tape featuring a young woman in a hotel room is making the rounds -- but what you haven't heard ... there's a second tape and the 2 are nearly identical.

Both tapes are impressively long -- the first is roughly twenty minutes ... and the second is more than FORTY. And we're talking constant action. Seriously, the guy takes no breaks. It's incredible. Almost Sting-like.

We're told the tapes were both shot several years ago with exes.

The tapes are currently being shopped to media outlets by a third party.

Before Kanye West was nailin' Kim Kardashian ... he used to nail other chicks while watching Ray J nail Kim Kardashian.

Multiple sources with first-hand knowledge of the situation tell us ... Kanye used the Kim K sex tape in the bedroom to get him in the mood ... and it always worked.

As we previously reported, Kanye has had a thing for Kim dating back several years ... and even tried to get her to break up with Reggie Bush in 2009 so they could get together.

We know he loves the sex tape ... he even raps about it on his upcoming album.

Kanye West publicly declared his undying love for Kim Kardashian all the way back in 2009 -- when she was still dating Reggie Bush -- but everyone was too dumb to realize it at the time.

Sources extremely close to Yeezy tell us, the rapper penned several lyrics confessing his love for Kim in the 2009 hit "Knock You Down," indirectly referencing Kim and her then NFL star boyfriend.

The main reference -- "You was always the cheerleader of my dreams / To seem to only date the head of football teams / And I was the class clown that always kept you laughing / We were never meant to be, baby we just happened."

Then later in the song, Kanye says, "You should leave your boyfriend now."

Kanye West is finally talking about Kim Kardashian's sex tape ... dropping a line about the infamous XXX video in his upcoming single ... and it's obvious Yeezy is damn proud of his "perfect bitch."

TMZ has obtained Kanye's new single "Clique" from his upcoming album "Cruel Summer" ... and on the track Kanye spits out a lyric to all of the people who have been critical of his new romance with KK:

"Eat breakfast at Gucci. My girl a superstar all from a home movie."

West is obviously referencing "Kim Kardashian: Superstar" ... one of the best-selling sex tapes of all time.

Kim openly credits her initial success to the flick ... and Kanye -- who's a self-described porn connoisseur -- obviously looks at the movie as an X-rated badge of honor.

Kim Kardashian is telling close friends she is not pushing for a divorce so she can marry Kanye West -- she's saying Kris Humphries has simply become "a cancer" she wants out of her life forever.

Sources connected with Kim tell TMZ ... after Wednesday's court hearing, Kim said, "Kris is the first person I ever had to break-up with and that f**ked with my emotions." She added, when their marriage started to fall apart "He told our producers he would destroy my career and me if the show wasn't edited right."

Kim, who is telling friends she is "emotionally exhausted" from dealing with Kris, says if he really thinks he can convince a judge she defrauded him, wait 'til he sees the outtakes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" -- which show Kris as a "manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk."

Kris Humphries' lawyer engineered a sneak attack by trying to serve a subpoena on Kanye West by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim Kardashian's house.

Kim's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, told the judge in the divorce case about the ploy during a hearing that is still going on.

Wasser groused to the judge ... Kim has already racked up $250,000 in attorney's fees, yet it's unclear exactly what Kris wants out of this.

Wasser said she's heard the reports that Kris and his lawyers want to put reality TV on trial, and there seems to be evidence to back that up. Wasser noted that Kris has served Kris Jenner with a subpoena and NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray, which produces the Kardashian reality shows.

Wasser said she's perplexed as to why Kris Humphries thinks the marriage was a fraud -- because he went in eyes wide open.

Kris Humphries' lawyer, Marshall Waller told the court he wants to prove the marriage was a fraud, which Kim wanted solely to benefit her reality show. He says he wants to be armed with information about the show before taking Kim's deposition.

Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser followed up by asking why it's so important for Kris to get an annulment. Waller did not answer. Wasser then said she intends to get Kris to pay every penny of Kim's attorney's fees.

On her way out of court, Wasser said, "We're just moving forward. My client just wants to be divorced."

Kim Kardashian is thrilled to be the inspiration for Kanye West's new song, "Perfect Bitch" ... TMZ has learned.

Kim is telling friends, "I'm honored. I love it," adding, "I know he doesn't mean it in a negative way when he says the word 'bitch.'"

Yesterday, Kayne tweeted, "I wrote the song 'Perfect Bitch' about Kim." Interestingly, the tweet was later deleted.

But Kim feels great about it, saying, "The song talks about how he was with so many other girls but could never find the right one until he met me."

Kim is also real pleased about the way Kanye describes her body in the song.

Boy, we didn't see that one coming.

Must be true love ... Kanye West just announced his new song "Perfect Bitch" is about his girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

West debuted the track last weekend at a club in NYC -- and today, he took to Twitter to address rumors the song was written about his new lady ... turns out, it was.

The song has NOT been officially released yet -- but a source told the Daily News, the lyrics are "about his search for the perfect woman and how he has now found the 'perfect bitch.'"

Rap's got a terrible reputation of being misogynistic -- and using the word "bitch" doesn't help -- but this song seems to have a romantic spin on it ... so we gotta ask ...

10:04 PM PT -- Kris just posted a tweet that totally mocks Kanye West ... saying, "I'm up at Brooklyn! @S_C_ 'lucky I didn't have Jay drop me from the team' lol!"

The tweet is an obvious reference to the diss-track Kanye released ... in which he trashed Kris and bragged that he could have his BFF Jay-Z fire Kris whenever he wanted.

Kris Humphries doesn't need Kim Kardashian to make a living ... 'cause dude just signed a $24 MILLION contract with the Brooklyn Nets.

It's a 2-year deal according to ESPN ... which means Kris got one helluva raise -- his previous contract was a 1-year deal worth $8 mil.

Not bad ... considering the Nets are partially owned by Jay Z ... who's best friends with Kanye West ... who's still banging Kris' estranged wife.

Kanye also recently bragged that he could have J fire Kris whenever he wants.

Kim Kardashian was able to get out of a ticket on Thursday, but her luck ran out on Friday ... when she was ticketed at the grand opening of HER OWN STORE ... and the crowd loved it.

Kim rolled up the new Dash store on Melrose in Hollywood this afternoon in her new Rolls-Royce with boyfriend Kanye West by her side. They went in the store after being mobbed by fans and paparazzi, so you would think one of them would have gone inside a short time later as she was getting a ticket ... but that didn't happen.

Once the guy was done writing it up and placed it on the car, the fans and paps still outside gave the guy a bronx cheer. By the time KK and KW emerged from Dash, the ticket was gone ... probably scooped up by an assistant or security staffer.

In fact ... this could be the first time Kim even hears about it.
