GOTTA SHOW RESPECT

Doc Rivers knows he crossed a line when he LOST HIS MIND on an NBA ref Tuesday night -- saying plain and simple ... he shouldn't have acted that way.

The outburst went viral -- Clippers players had to restrain Doc from going after ref Ken Mauer when he was issued a technical foul for talking to another ref during the 1st overtime period against the Nets.

"Yeah, you don't act like that," Doc told us at Catch in West Hollywood this weekend ... "You should get thrown out for that."

Don't worry ... Doc says he's cool with Mauer too -- calling him a good guy.

There's more ... we also asked Rivers about certain NBA players saying they would boycott a White House championship visit during Trump's administration. It's clear he's NOT on board with that.

JUST WINNERS HERE

Guess if you can't beat 'em, eat with 'em ... at least that's how Bulls guard Jimmy Butler must feel ... 'cause he grabbed dinner with DeAndre Jordan just moments after DJ's Clippers handled the Bulls.

Clippers beat the Bulls 102-95 Saturday night ... but that didn't stop the DJ and JB from dining out at Catch -- which is apparently the only restaurant in Los Angeles -- after the final whistle blew.

Our camera got the two men leaving ... and when we asked Jordan if the loser of the game had to pay he smiled and said "I had a good meal" (free food tastes better).

Bonus bombshell revelations? Jordan says his character of Mrs. Hooper in the State Farm ads is DONE FOR GOOD ... which is a major drag, like a BIGGEST drag, the BIGGEST drag we've ever seen.

Donald Sterling Hotline Bling With Mystery Blonde

Published | Updated

Donald Sterling went looking for stuff older than he is -- but he did it with a chick quite a bit younger than him.

The 82-year-old ex-Clippers owner was cruising antique shops in Bev Hills Thursday with a hot blonde on his arm and his best b-boy vest on his back. Looks like he got some smartphone lessons too.

Seems too little too late for Sterling to embrace hip-hop culture, but if you're gonna do it, Donald -- try the red down jacket next time, dawg. Just sayin' ...

Doc Rivers I Love Chris Bosh ... But He Ain't Gonna be a Clipper

Published | Updated

Bad news for DeAndre Jordan ... looks like his boss ain't too keen on his plan to sign Chris Bosh to the Clippers.

DJ had told us last week that he would sacrifice playing time to get the 11-time All-Star on the Clip squad -- so, when we saw Doc Rivers out this weekend we had to ask about it.

FYI, the execs at the Miami Heat have said they're cutting ties with Bosh over his blood clot condition -- though Bosh says he's determined to continue his NBA career with another team.

Unfortunately, Doc made it pretty clear Bosh ain't gonna land with the Clippers.

BONUS -- Doc was having dinner with Larry David ... prettay, prettay, prettay cool.

DeAndre Jordan Chris Bosh Should Come to Clippers ... 'I'll Come Off the Bench!'

Published | Updated

If Chris Bosh wants to continue his NBA career, he should do it in LOS ANGELES -- so says DeAndre Jordan who tells TMZ Sports he's willing to sacrifice minutes to get CB on the Clippers.

With the Miami Heat moving to cut ties with Bosh over his blood clot condition, the 11-time All-Star appeared in a video on Tuesday vowing continue to pursue his NBA career.

So, when we shot Jordan out in L.A. Tuesday night, we asked what he thinks Bosh should do next.

"I think that he should come to the Clippers ... I'd come off the bench!"

Doc ... thoughts?

NBA legend Paul Pierce says he's ready to hang 'em up ... after ONE MORE run at an NBA title.

The Truth just released a video statement on The Players' Tribune -- and says he's realized that it's time to move on from the game of basketball ... "It's my final season."

Pierce says he's at peace with the decision -- and says he believes the Clippers are legitimate title contenders.

He also admits, "It's a young man's game" ... but says he thinks he has one more opportunity "with a great team."

DeAndre Jordan I'm The Freshest Big Man In The NBA!! ... Sorry, Blake Griffin

L.A. Clippers star DeAndre Jordan is confident he's head and shoulders above the competition when it comes to style ... saying he's the most fashionable big man in the league.

TMZ Sports ran into the All-NBA center (lookin' fresh as always) when we asked him straight-up if he's the most stylish player in the association.

"6'10" and up? Hell yeah!" DJ pledges ... before telling us whether he shares his threads with fellow big man and LAC teammate Blake Griffin.

Check out the clip ... sounds like someone ain't a team player when it comes to clothes.

Austin Rivers would make Tom Haverford proud -- dropping some serious cash on a sick new Ferrari ... right after signing his 3-year, $35 MILLION contract with the L.A. Clippers.

TREAT YO'SELF!!!

Check out Austin's pimped out Ferrari F12Berlinetta -- which usually starts above $300,000!!!

I GOT JOKES

Blake Griffin is f****** hilarious ... and here's video proof.

The L.A. Clippers superstar took the stage at the Just For Laughs event in Montreal last week and flexed his comedy skills for the crowd ... and we gotta say, he drew some pretty big laughs.

Blake's no stranger to the funny business ... having taken classes at a UCB Theatre in L.A. ... but this time his material was WAYYYYY more Richard Pryor than usual, including a story about bangin' a stripper.

Check out the video!!

HAD TO CHECK IT OUT

Why would ANYONE punch a 6'11" NBA superstar in the face during a playoff game???

That's the question we posed to Clippers assistant coach Mike Woodson at LAX Tuesday -- referring to the chin check he gave DeAndre Jordan back in April.

Don't worry, it's not like he socked DeAndre's lights out -- Woodson explains it was more like a love tap to wake DJ up and "get him going."

You gotta watch the clip ... Woodson's awesome -- and explains the chin check ain't (and should NOT be) standard operating procedure with coaches.

We also asked if DeAndre ever got to return the favor -- his answer is pretty funny.

Austin Rivers Pumped About 'Ninja Turtles' Cameo ... Gunning For 'Space Jam 2'

Published | Updated

When in L.A. ... you get in the movies -- just like Clippers star Austin Rivers, who locked up a pretty sweet cameo in the new 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' movie!

We spoke with Austin -- who's still recovering from that gnarly eye injury he suffered earlier in the NBA playoff -- and he told us he was super stoked to get a role in a scene shot at Madison Square Garden.

So, what's next ... "SPACE JAM 2" -- that is, if producers hit him up for a role.

C'mon LeBron, you can pull some strings, right?

DeAndre Jordan Undercover Nightclub Party ... After Clippers Loss

Published | Updated

How do you get your mind off a crushing Game 5 playoff loss?? If you're DeAndre Jordan ... YOU TURN UP!!!

Hours after the Trailblazers downed the Clippers at Staples Center ... Jordan hit up Warwick nightclub in Hollywood with a few lady friends.

We're told Jordan tried to keep things low key ... but it's hard to miss a 6'11" NBA star ... even with a jacket over his head.

It's hard to blame the guy ... with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin out for the rest of the playoffs, DeAndre could probably use a drink or two ... or three ... or ten.

L.A. Lakers/Clippers Game Terrorist Threat at Game 'You Are All Going to F***** Die Tonight'

Published | Updated

Someone called the cops exactly one minute before tip off at a Lakers/Clippers game to inform them terrorists were in the crowd with bombs and guns and their mission was to kill in the name of Jihad.

TMZ has obtained an LAPD search warrant chronicling a chilling phone call received by an LAPD officer at 7:29 PM on January 29, 2016. According to the warrant, a "robotic voice" stated the following: "Several people in the crowd seated strategically have explosives strapped to their chest and explosives in their shoes."

The voice went on to say, "Some of them are also strapped with Glock 18, have guns and will shoot any patron that may come in their path. We are doing this for Allah and for Jihad. We are going to slaughter the patrons of tonight's Lakers/Clippers game and there is no one that can stop us."

The caller wasn't done ... "We have people hostage in some of the bathrooms already and we shot one in the knee cap. You are all going to f***** die tonight, you filthy Americans."

According to the warrant, the police believe the call came from a Skype line and the culprit used a robotic voice to mask his/her identity.

The cops got a search warrant to force Skype to hand over the account information connected to the number.

LAPD tells us they are still investigating and have no suspects.
