In court papers filed in New York, Linda Perry -- ex-singer for 4 Non Blondes, 'memba them? -- says she signed the whiner back in 2003, and did "tireless promotion" for "Back to Bedlam," even though Warner Music was lukewarm on it. Then the album exploded, grossing over $100 mil for Warner.

Perry says that's when things got ugly, claiming the big label reworked its deal with Blunt behind her back, and screwed her out of more than $5 mi.

Wacktress Bai Ling has pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace (how apropos) after she was arrested last month for lifting two mags and a pack of batteries from an LAX gift shop.

She's been ordered to pay a fine of several hundred dollars, according to Frank Mateljan of the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. The total amount of what she allegedly stole? $16.22.

In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. Superior Court against Rowe Entertainment of Atlanta, Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Smith) alleges that an "unknown representative of R. Kelly urged Rowe to terminate" him because of the "audience's and critics' more favorable reaction to Smith than the reaction to R. Kelly."

When Ne-Yo was dropped from the tour just before Thanksgiving, "contractual differences" were cited. Real crazy talk! Ne-Yo, who was set to make $785,000 for 25 dates, says he's only been paid $50K of that, and he's suing for that and for other compensatory damages.

Reps for Rowe didn't return a request for comment.

They were allegedly given by Salander-O'Reilly Galleries in New York to Benucci S.r.l., a Rome gallery, to settle a $5 million debt -- without De Niro's knowledge.

In the suit, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Cerio says she acted as LeBlanc's manager from 1994 to 1995. In a letter filed with the lawsuit, dated April 4, 1994, LeBlanc directs that "a check in the amount of 15% of the gross compensation for pilot and series derived from 'Friends Like Us'" be made payable to Cerio. "Friends Like Us" was the original title of NBC's hit series, "Friends."

Cerio says Matt told her that her services would no longer be needed in 1995, but she claims he continued to call her for career advice well into 1998. Cerio says Matt, as proved by the signed letter, owes her in excess of $1 million bucks.

Cerio is demanding LeBlanc open up his books and show her the money ... proving just how much he made from "Friends" and its ill-fated spinoff, "Joey."

The wardrobe designer who made costumes for Toni Braxton's Las Vegas show is suing the songstress, claiming she bounced a check for his designer duds. Un-break my bank account!

According to court papers filed on Friday, Anthony Franco was commissioned by Braxton and Liberty Entertainment, Inc. to design the entire wardrobe for Braxton's "Toni Revealed" show. Franco claims they agreed on a price of $35,000. Franco alleges that he received payment by check, which was returned for "insufficient funds." He then alleges the defendants put a stop payment on the check.

In the lawsuit, Franco claims he was eventually paid $20,000, but there is still a $15,000 balance. Braxton's show at the Flamingo Hotel began last August and is still going strong.
