Elle Fanning Banking On Oscar For New Movie Payday

Published | Updated

Elle Fanning's not exactly hauling in Jennifer Lawrence money yet -- she's only 17 -- but she's got a shot at earning that kinda scratch from her next job ... IF she turns in an award winning performance.

Luckily for Dakota Fanning's kid sis there's already some Oscar buzz for "About Ray" -- a movie she's only getting $65,000 to make -- base salary, anyway. That's the bad news.

The good news is Elle's playing a teenage girl transitioning to a boy. In other words, it's exactly the kinda flick Oscar voters tend to eat up ... and that will put a ton of bonus money in her bank account.

According to her contract, Elle gets $100k if she's nominated for and wins a Golden Globe -- and another $167k for an Oscar nod and win!

There's also a $250k bonus if 'Ray' earns $45 million worldwide at the box office -- which would be really impressive for a small budget film.

For your consideration ... a teenager looking to make a buck.

Akon Sued Mansion Floors Don't Come Cheap ... Pay Up, Man!

Published | Updated

Akon's Georgia mansion continues to be a thorn in his side ... as yet another contractor is claiming he didn't get paid for working on the superstar producer and singer's floors.

A company called Capital Floors has filed a $15,000 lien against the troublesome home -- small potatoes compared to the $36,765 filed by a different company back in January.

This contractor claims they did get paid a little along the way and the $15k represents the unpaid balance -- but says a lawsuit for another $50k in damages could be in the offing.

Akon's reps haven't gotten back to us.

Robin Williams Wife & Kids Still Fighting Over High-Priced Bike Collection

Published | Updated

Robin Williams' widow and his three kids are still warring over his possessions, including his super-expensive collection of bicycles.

The attorney for Susan Williams, Robin's widow, was in court Friday morning ... asking a San Francisco judge to settle the remaining property disputes with Robin's 3 children ... Zak, Zelda and Cody.

Robin was an avid cyclist and owned dozens of bikes when he died. It's been reported he spent more than a million bucks on the sport. Some of his cycles were extremely rare and worth tens of thousands of dollars.

The attorney for the children says Robin's will is clear about who should get what ... and doesn't think the court needs to intervene.

Both sides will meet next week in a last ditch effort to settle the matter without the judge.

Tyga's bank account is still stacked and he wants everyone to know it.

T-Raww walked out of a Calabasas bank Thursday afternoon with a wad of hundos and he made sure to flash it for cameras.

Doesn't look like the nearly $300k he spent on Kylie Jenner's Ferrari and the thousands in back rent he owes are slowing him down in the cash department ... he also sped off in a Bentley.

Nicki Minaj I'm Feeling Myself ... But Not This $11k Dress

Published | Updated

Nicki Minaj seemingly abandoned her $11k ready-to-wear Emilio Pucci gown at a NY wedding venue.

Butch Yamali, owner of the Coral House reception venue in Long Island where Minaj's brother got married over the weekend, tells TMZ … they found Minaj's gold dress NWT hanging in the bridal suite.

Coral House has been trying to get the dress back to Nicki, but it hasn't been easy ... they’re afraid to hand it over to the wrong person. They say someone's already called asking for the dress, but Yamali was suspicious enough that the person wasn't from Nicki's camp so he didn't hand it over.

We're told Minaj dropped $40k on her brother's wedding ... so the dress is pretty much chump change.

Pretty on fleek.

Brian Austin Green Spousal Support Necessary Vertigo Derails Work

Published | Updated

Brian Austin Green will almost certainly get spousal support from Megan Fox in their divorce, and the reason appears to stem from a terrible car accident.

TMZ broke the story, Megan filed for divorce Friday. As we said, our sources say it's likely she'll end up paying Brian spousal support, because of the large disparity in income and income potential.

We're told Brian has worked very little since last December, when he was in a head-on collision. As we reported, Brian and Megan were driving when they were hit by a drunk driver who was arrested. Brian says the guy was going around 50 MPH and it was severe enough for the airbags to deploy.

At the time of the accident TMZ was told Brian and Megan were not injured. But now we're told the accident triggered a serious medical condition ... vertigo, which affects balance.

Our sources say Brian's vertigo is so bad he can't get out of bed. We're told he hasn't worked since the accident.

As we reported, Brian and Megan -- who is working steadily on huge movies -- are still living in the same home.

In case you're out of dee loop ... Deez Nuts is a 15-year-old from Iowa named Brady Olson, who managed to get the Nuts name registered with the Federal Election Commission and is polling at 9%.

Steve Wynn High Roller In Beverly Hills Now

Published | Updated

Steve Wynn just placed a huge bet on Beverly Hills after dropping $50 million on an uber mansion, and, no surprise, he paid ALL cash for it.

Wynn purchased the modern 8 bedroom, 13 bath BH home from Guess co-founder Maurice Marciano, and we’re told Wynn threw down bank because the home needs zero upgrades.

The place is so huge it has 2 guest houses, theater and tennis court, but the real draw … the wall space for all of Wynn’s art. He’s a huge collector and infamously once put his elbow through a Picasso.

It’s not far from Rodeo Drive either … where Wynn will likely burn a lot of cash. We reached out to Kurt Rappaport the listing agent who wasn't available for comment.

Steve is doubling down. Check out his old BH pad -- a $16.25 million fixer-upper, which is now on the market. Yeah, that's a fixer-upper in Bev Hills.

Kylie Jenner 18th Birthday Bash Made Everyone Involved a Fortune!

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday party in Montreal was big business for everyone involved ... not only did Kylie make big money, but the club AND the promoters scored six-figure paychecks.

According to our sources, Beachclub raked in $150,000 for KJ's big day, while the promoters took home around $100,000 (they took in $300k at the door, but paid Kylie $200k to show up).

Beachclub's owner, Olivier Primeau, wouldn't comment on how much was made, but tells TMZ he spent an additional $30,000 just to make sure the night went flawlessly. Here's where some of that extra money went:

-- $1,500 to build a deck so she wouldn't have to walk in the sand in her heels.

-- $4,000 for 2 specially built private bathrooms near the stage, so Kylie wouldn't have to go thumping through the crowd to use the restroom.

-- $10,000 for security, which included 100 security guards.

Think of it this way ... Obama's inauguration probably costs more.

Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz Our 25,000 Square-Foot Mansion Is Too Small for Our Pictures!

Published | Updated

Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz are such big art nuts, they have to sell their massive estate for some bigger digs so they can display it all.

Real estate sources tell us ... the 25,000 sq. ft. home wasn't big enough for their enormous art collection that features pieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Ernie Barnes, Keith Haring and many other artists.

The Englewood, NJ home is filled with such a massive collection, Swizz calls it "Eight Acres of Showtime."

The couple bought the house back in 2013 from Eddie Murphy. It's pretty awesome ... the sprawling home boasts 8 bedrooms, a movie theater, indoor pool, 2 lane bowling alley, recording studio and, of course, a gym. Listing price: $14.9 million.

As for their next move ... they've figured out a way to get enough wall space ... Alicia and Swizz are building from the ground up.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Jersey Shore House No One Wants Their Leftovers

Published | Updated

Teresa and Joe Giudice's foreclosed Jersey Shore home was a total wash-out ... because NO ONE bid on the house today at auction ... not one person.

The home was among a bunch of other foreclosure properties up for auction Tuesday in the area, but we're told no hands were raised during bidding. It came at a real steal, too ... even for Teresa and Joe.

As we previously reported, the bidding started at $100 ... but keep in mind, the buyer would still have owed the bank $348k.

Jersey ... only the strong survive.
