Rob Kardashian was so eager to get engaged he popped the question literally the minute he got the ring from the jeweler ... and it happened so fast the jeweler saw the whole thing!

Ben Baller, who sold Rob the rock for $325k, told us Wednesday they've been friends for years, and he actually grilled Rob about his decision to marry Blac Chyna.

Turns out Ben witnessed the proposal.

One more interesting thing ... Ben says it took him 5 days to get the ring ready. That really does make it look like Rob schemed to pop the question when his family was out of town.

Beyonce doesn't give an 'F' -- she doesn't want anyone thinking she has a thing to do with the merch that's being hawked by feyonceshop.com ... so she's suing.

Bey's going after the site, demanding it cease and desist from selling all merchandise with the "Feyonce" mark. It's already on t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs and much more. She says the site's even using the same font as her self-titled album.

According to the docs, Queen Bey thinks it's too close to a play on her name and the word fiancee. She's really irked because one of the mugs says, "He put a ring on it" -- a reference to a "Single Ladies" lyric.

Beyonce says the people behind the online store are even trying to trademark Feyonce ... which confuses the marketplace and damages her brand.

Scott Weiland's widow, Jamie, says the singer shorted her by more than $60k when he reneged on a prenup deal that promised her $2k per month of wedded bliss.

Jamie filed a claim against Weiland's estate saying the late singer owes her $64,406.

According to Jamie, her and Scott signed a prenup before their 2013 wedding. It was cut and dry ... what was his before the marriage remained his, and vice versa.

The doc also waived Jamie's right to spousal support if they divorced, but Scott agreed to drop $2k a month into a separate account for Jamie. She was even supposed to get annual 7 percent raises. But Jamie says Scott had only made 2 deposits by the time he died in December of 2015.

She says had Scott kept up his end of the bargain, she'd have the $64,406.

Jamie wants Weiland's estate to cough up the dough pronto.

Vince Young assaulted a woman during a drunken March Madness road trip ... according to the lawsuit she's just filed against the ex-NFL star.

Tiffany Cayo says she and Vince were on their way back from a NCAA Tournament game back in 2014, riding in the same vehicle ... when he reached over and pulled her hair. In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Cayo describes Young as "extremely intoxicated" at the time of the incident.

The suit doesn't say if Vince was driving at the time.

She doesn't detail her injuries, but the hair pull sounds very violent -- Cayo says she's racked up medical expenses, and lost wages as a result of the alleged attack. She's suing for $250k.

Hayden Panettiere's parents have finally put their divorce to bed, and part of the final terms include an outstanding debt to their daughter.

According to the divorce docs ... Alan will pay $5,000 a month in spousal support to Hayden's mother, Lesley, for the next 5 years or until she remarries.

Alan also agreed to shoulder all of the money owed to their daughter. As we reported ... Hayden helped out mom and dad last year by letting Lesley live in her condo, and loaning Alan $100k.

It's pretty much the last thing Iggy Azalea needs after the week she's had with fiancé Nick Young ... but the IRS says she's run up a huge tab with them, and it's time to pay up.

According to reports, Jay Z was told the streaming service had 540k subscribers when he bought his stake for $56 million, but Jay now believes it was much lower. Jay Z's lawyers said subscriber numbers were a factor in setting the price.

Kanye West wants some of what Justin Bieber's got -- he's hiring his manager Scooter Braun to take the reins of his music and fashion empire.
