Shia LaBeouf is no longer being sued by his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs ... because we've learned they settled her explosive lawsuit out of court.

Shia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, and FKA's attorney, Bryan Freedman, tell TMZ ... "Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court. While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future."

New legal docs obtained by TMZ also show FKA Twigs asked the court to dismiss all claims against Shia with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile the case in the future.

Ben Askren's wife is calling on his supporters to be cautious of scammers looking to cash in on his medical issues ... alerting her followers of fake donation requests as he recovers from a double lung transplant.

Amy Askren gave fans the heads-up on her social media page on Monday ... providing a screenshot of a fake X account using her name.

The imposter's message was a response to a fan who had been showing Ben a lot of support ... and Amy believes it was a setup to solicit donations.

Trump filed Friday in federal court in Florida -- just about 24 hours after the WSJ story dropped. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, he says the Journal falsely passed off as fact he'd drawn the image of a naked woman, and signed his name "Donald" to mimic pubic hair.

He claims the outlet had access to information showing their story was false ... although, he does not say what that information is.

The suit insists there is "no authentic letter or drawing," and the Journal concocted the story "to malign President Trump's character and integrity and deceptively portray him in a false light."

The "Hawk Tuah" phenomenon seemed inescapable across the country last year ... and now we know it was even penetrating the water as well, thanks to a vessel currently for sale christened with the viral TikTok phrase.

The attorney representing the woman accusing Shannon Sharpe of rape said Friday both sides have agreed to a settlement in the civil case.

Tony Buzbee announced in a statement on his Instagram page that "after protracted and respectful negotiations," Sharpe and his accuser "reached a mutually agreed upon resolution."

No word on the specifics of the couple's pact ... but Buzbee added, "All matters have now been addressed satisfactorily, and the matter is closed. The lawsuit will thus be dismissed with prejudice."

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, the settlement between Scooter and Justin has one key provision -- Justin doesn't square his $31-million-plus debt until the Rhode deal is closed and fully funded.

TMZ broke the story ... an independent audit showed Justin owed Scooter's company, Hybe, $26 million after Hybe paid AEG that amount to bail Justin out for cancelling his "Justice" tour. Justin also owed Scooter $11 million in back commissions. There was another $8 million debt Justin owed Scooter for other commissions, but Scooter waived that amount.

Dave Navarro is suing Perry Farrell for assault and battery ... and his fellow Jane's Addiction members are also jumping on the lawsuit -- demanding millions from the lead singer.

Navarro, Eric Avery and Stephen Perkins filed a lawsuit against Farrell Wednesday over a fight that went down onstage in September 2024 ... which they say derailed their North American tour and planned album afterward.
