'Scary Movie 5' Lindsay REFUSED to Kiss Charlie ... Because His Mouth Grossed Her Out
Who KNOWS where his mouth's been??? At least that's Lindsay Lohan's explanation for shutting down a "Scary Movie 5" kissing scene between her and Charlie Sheen -- saying she refused to lock lips with him in the movie because of his spotty history.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, she was supposed to kiss Charlie three times during their "Scary Movie" bedroom scene, but she ultimately refused to do it because of Charlie's wild partying past.
It's unclear what Lindsay was so paranoid about -- but we're told BOTH parties had to sign releases that they didn't have cold sores.
Lindsay's telling friends she warned producers ahead of time that she had issues with kissing Charlie -- who's had considerable dental work done in the last couple years -- but they didn't change the script until it was time to shoot the scene.
According to sources, Charlie was cool as a cucumber about the whole thing, and never voiced any concerns with the rewrite ... or Lindsay's objections.
In fact, as we first reported, Charlie eventually gave Lindsay $100,000 to help pay off her taxes.

Judd Apatow I Wrote Child Murder Jokes YEARS AGO For 'This Is 40'
Judd Apatow meant no harm in his script for "This Is 40" when one of the characters jokingly plays a "murder game" with his kids. Judd tells us, he wrote the script 2 years ago, long before the Connecticut tragedy.
The scene in question involves the Albert Brooks' character, who is broke and looking for ways to save money. The character, Larry, prepares to spray his triplets with a hose and says, "Line up! Line up for murder! Come on! Who wants to be killed?"
One of the kids screams, "I do!" Larry responds, "Okay, we're eliminating one, we're cheaper already," and then Larry sprays the child.
The next kid says, "Murder me!" Larry responds, "Boom, dead. You're dead," adding, "All right, the kids are murdered. That will save us some money."
Judd tells us, the scene "is spoken by a sarcastic father kidding with his children. In light of recent events, I understand if some people might make an unfortunate association or put it in a context in which it was not intended."
We've learned the scene is staying in the movie, which opens Friday.

Lindsay Lohan I'm Not a Trailer-Trashing Toilet Clogger!
Lindsay Lohan says she's been framed -- she couldn't have trashed her "Scary Movie 5" trailer ... 'cause it was trashed when she got there, and producers retaliated because they were pissed off she was a no-show for the first day of shooting ... so Lindsay is telling close friends.
Lindsay is pissed at reports claiming she clogged her toilet -- along with all the other toilets on the set.
Now here's Lindsay's story -- she's telling friends producers were ferociously upset she missed the kickoff day ... even though she told them she had walking pneumonia and doctors ordered her NOT to fly.
We're told when she arrived belatedly, the trailer was a disaster -- the shower and toilet were not working ... and she had to do her biz in adjoining trailers.
It was only after the shoot that Lindsay was accused of wreaking plumbing havoc and told she would not get her full paycheck ... to cover repair costs.
LiLo's friends say her people and movie honchos went back and forth for weeks before she finally waived the white flag ... and tens of thousands of bucks were deducted from her paycheck.

Abigail Breslin Pulls a Juan Marquez and KOs a Stunt Guy
Who knew "Little Miss Sunshine" Abigail Breslin was such a bad ass? The 16-year-old actress sent a stunt man straight to the medic on the set of her new film ... after SHE PUNCHED HIM IN THE FACE!!!!
Abigail is up in Canada right now filming "Final Girl" -- a thriller directed by Tyler Shields about a super tough chick who fights off a pack of feral dudes -- and INSISTED on doing her own stunts.
Last week, Abigail was shooting a HUGE action scene where she was hanging out of a car and then "pretending" to knock out her scene partner ... when things got hairy.
We're told Abigail accidentally clocked the stunt guy for real and the punch was sooo powerful, he had to stop filming and was rushed straight to the on-set medic.
Our sources tell us Abigail was extremely apologetic when it happened. And as for the guy ... he resumed filming a short time later ... with a giant black eye.
So ... Lara Croft reboot?
