A source close to the couple tells TMZ ... It was a super special night for them -- 'cause not only does Freddie reprise his role in the highly-anticipated sequel, but it was a full circle moment for their family, as their two teens accompanied them to the premiere!

We hear it was a great night for the family celebrating the flick that means so much to them ... even if SMG's character was -- 28-year-old spoiler! -- brutally killed off in the original movie.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... Blake gets to choose where her depo takes place when she's grilled by Justin's legal team, headed by Bryan Freedman, the judge ruled. What's more ... JB's team has to disclose who'll be in the room ahead of the deposition.

TMZ broke the news that Blake asked the judge to make a ruling on the deposition location -- which we're told will be her lawyer's office -- after Freedman suggested live-streaming Blake's deposition from Madison Square Garden.

Superman or Super-Meh? Ben Shapiro has labeled James Gunn's "Superman" film the latter -- and is telling those worried it's full of preachy political propaganda to fly back to the ground ... 'cause they're worrying for nothing.

Check out the political commentator's review of the movie ... he's trolling Gunn's claim that this action film is about an "immigrant" and the "basic human kindness" that he believes America has lost.

He notes ... "This is not a movie about illegal immigration. This is not a movie about ICE, Russia-Ukraine, Israel and the Palestinians ... there may be references there if you have politics on the brain, but other than that, I really don't think there's much of this there."
