Jed Wallace is trying to breathe new life into his dismissed defamation case against Blake Lively -- because now he's appealing ... TMZ has learned.

ICYMI ... Jed and his company Street Relations Inc. were named in Blake's 2024 civil rights complaint for allegedly smearing Blake after the "It Ends With Us" drama.

Wallace filed a defamation suit in Texas in response … but a judge tossed it last year for lack of jurisdiction.

The federal judge presiding over Blake Lively's battle with Justin Baldoni seems to be on the same page as the public ... tired of the back and forth -- and told the actress that, for now, he didn't need to read any additional briefs from the parties before making a final decision on any fees or damages she may be entitled to in her final legal battle with Justin ... According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge denied Blake's request to file additional briefs and offer additional information as she argues she's entitled to recovery of her legal fees and damages based on Justin filing his defamation countersuit against her.

As we previously reported, Blake and Justin hashed out a deal that ended the legal battle in which she claimed to have experienced sexual harassment on the set of "It Ends With Us" ... except with respect to one final issue.

Michael Pennington, who played Death Star Commander Moff Jerjerrod in "Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi" has died.

The acclaimed actor passed away Sunday, according to a report from The Telegraph.

Michael was born on June 7, 1943, in Cambridge, England and began his on-screen career back in 1965 with a supporting part in the BBC miniseries "The War of the Roses."

According to reports, the suit was filed against Matt and Ben’s production company, Artists Equity, and claims their Netflix film unfairly damaged the reps of the real-life officers involved.

As you know ... violinist Brian King Joseph -- who toured with Will last year -- sued the actor a few months back for sexual harassment and wrongful termination regarding an alleged incident in 2025.

He claimed someone entered his Las Vegas hotel room when he wasn't there and left a note that read, "Brian, I'll be back ... just us," which he said was signed by "Stone F." Brian claims the alleged intruder also left wipes, beer, and HIV meds. In the suit, he alleges Smith was grooming and priming him for sexual activity.

The violinist claims he was sacked for reporting the incident ... but Will fought back and asked for the suit to be tossed.
