Our own Jacob is both bold and beautiful, because with a new haircut, he mustered the courage to ask a United States Senator out on a date ... well, sort of.
Jacob ran into Senator Katie Britt Wednesday near her office, and she actually came a runnin' ... because the two have history. Jacob tweeted Tuesday, asking if anyone had a recommendation for a barber, and Senator Britt stepped up and recommended the Senate barbershop.
Jacob went and got a Congressional styling and then ran into Senator Britt, who was more than impressed. She requested a pirouette, so Jacob happily obliged.
The feds aren't allowing White House Correspondents' Dinner alleged gunman, Cole Allen, to speak with his attorney in private before his upcoming hearing ... at least according to Cole's public defender.
A.J. Kramer is representing Allen and he filed an emergency motion to visit Cole in jail to talk about the federal criminal case against him.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kramer claims the Department of Corrections has refused Allen an opportunity to confidentially communicate with his lawyer.
West Wilson's cousin has been arrested and charged with allegedly murdering their grandmother ... TMZ has learned.
Dakota Sweeney of Carrollton, Missouri was arrested on April 22 -- the night before West filmed the "Summer House" reunion. Carroll County law enforcement officials responded to reports of a shooting at a residence and found 75-year-old Gayle R. Wilson dead.
According to the probable cause statement, cops say a witness told them Sweeney was quietly sitting in the same room as Wilson for 30 minutes before he allegedly shot her with a handgun.
James Comey has turned himself in on Wednesday, after being indicted for allegedly threatening Donald Trump through a photo of seashells.
The former FBI director surrendered himself over to law enforcement before appearing for a brief hearing in Alexandria, Virginia ... and was reportedly in and out of court within 10 minutes.
There were no conditions of release set when Comey left court Wednesday ... and he wasn't asked to enter a plea, reports say.
In fact, his lawyers are reportedly planning to file motions against Trump's Justice Department ... telling the judge the DOJ was selectively and vindictively prosecuting their client.
ICYMI ... Comey posted a pic last year of a series of seashells arranged to read "86 47," implying he wanted to "86" the 47th president.
The DOJ argues this is a threat of violence against DT ... however Merriam-Webster says "86" is a slang term "meaning 'to throw out,' 'to get rid of,' or 'to refuse service to.'"
The ex-FBI boss had deleted the post because he didn't intend to imply he wanted Trump's presidency to come to a violent end ... but was still slapped with an indictment Tuesday that accused him of threatening DT.
This new indictment is Comey's second in 7 months ... and comes after Trump sacked Pam Bondi as attorney general and replaced her with Todd Blanche.
Rumor has it Bondi was ousted because Donald wanted her to be more aggressive in going after his enemies ... and Comey reportedly made that list.
When he was last indicted in September, it was for other charges -- making false statements and obstruction related to oral testimony -- that were ultimately dismissed.
So far, no date's been set for Comey's arraignment ... and it'll be interesting to see if anything sticks this time.
Especially since Matt Gaetz used that same slang when talking about how former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, former RNC chair Ronna McDaniel, and former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell had all stepped down or been ousted from their positions.
Nick Reiner allegedly butchered his parents back in December ... but when he appeared again in court Wednesday, prosecutors revealed the autopsies for Rob and Michele Reiner are not ready yet ... four and a half months after their murders.
The hearing was delayed and when Nick was finally brought into the courtroom, he looked thin in his yellow and blue jail jumpsuit.
Nick's public defender told the judge they were still waiting on discovery ... and the next hearing in the case was set for Sept. 15.
A Pennsylvania man killed his high school sweetheart, then took his own life in a shocking murder-suicide.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, 26-year-old Ryan Hosso shot his wife, Madeline Spatafore, inside their home in Butler, PA early Tuesday morning.
Cops say he called his parents and confessed to killing Spatafore. They say he also threatened to end his own life during the call.
Donald Trump's OG pick for Attorney General last year could torpedo the case against former FBI Director James Comey, all because Gaetz may have had Donald Trump's number.
As we reported, the Justice Department has charged Comey with threatening Trump by posting on his IG last May ... "86 47," captioned, "Cool shell formation on my beach walk." DOJ says 86 is a clear threat to kill the 47th President -- Donald Trump.
Webster's Dictionary defines 86 this way ... "Eighty-six is slang meaning 'to throw out,' 'to get rid of,' or 'to refuse service to.'" So there are multiple meanings of 86 ... even if you interpret "to get rid of" as to kill, there are other meanings.
Bianca Censori has traded in her half-naked modeling look for more conservative attire so she can attend an Ivy League school ... at least for one day!
TMZ obtained exclusive footage of Kanye West's better half rolling up to Columbia University in NYC Tuesday, hopping out of her black SUV while covered from head to toe in ... wait for it ... clothes!
Now that's unusual for Bianca, given her penchant for wearing skimpy outfits -- or nearly nothing at all -- around the globe.
New photos show the alleged White House Correspondents' Dinner gunman snapping off a selfie minutes before the feds say he opened fire during the assassination attempt.
A memo submitted by the government Wednesday shows Cole Allen taking the snapshot in his Washington Hilton hotel room while armed to the teeth with weapons, including a knife, and several accessories ... and he took it less than 30 minutes ahead of allegedly charging into the lobby outside the WHCD.
The image shows Allen smirking while posing in the mirror, sporting a sheathed knife, a shoulder holster, pliers, wire cutters, and a small leather bag "consistent in appearance" with the ammo-filled bag he allegedly had on him when he was apprehended ... according to the doc.
Under the category of No Hard Feelings, George Washington himself was an invited guest to watch King Charles address Congress, and he was thoroughly impressed!
G.W. was the guest of Rep. Michael Cloud, and America's 1st Prez watched intently as the King spoke to members of Congress and other dignitaries Tuesday.
His review -- BRILLIANT!!!
The OG non-religious father is well aware his experiment -- which is now 250 years old -- is still a work in progress. George feels like the thing that brought us together as a nation is still an important aspirational goal: Unity.
Gotta say ... he looks good for being 300. Looks like Kris Jenner's plastic surgeon put in some hours!
The fallout from Charlie Kirk's shocking murder is still rippling outward months later ... and now TMZ has learned the state of Utah paid for therapy for someone traumatized by the deadly incident -- and may eventually want the accused killer to foot the bill.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Utah Office for Victims of Crime paid $260 for mental health therapy for a witness on the scene following the September 2025 shooting during a Turning Point USA campus public debate session at Utah Valley University that left Charlie dead.
The paperwork labels a person named Dana Anquoe as a victim tied to the case ... but she's not suing murder suspect Tyler Robinsondirectly.
Dylan Carter's life came to a tragic end when he rolled his Tesla Saturday ... and, TMZ has obtained photos of the wrecked vehicle.
The pictures show the busted, burned-out husk of Carter's Tesla ... the wheels of the car are gone -- and it's hard to tell exactly which piece is what when looking at the wreck.
Emergency crews are on the scene ... though it appears Carter has already been taken away to receive medical attention. As we told you, Carter passed away from his injuries at the hospital.
Stephen Miller's wife, Katie, wants everyone to know her husband was not using her as a human shield during the alleged assassination attempt at the White House Correspondents' Dinner Saturday night ... despite what photos seem to show.
She went on Monday's episode of "The Ingraham Angle"on Fox News to set the record straight ... insisting the White House deputy chief of staff was protecting her, not hiding behind her.
Katie told Laura Ingraham ... "I went first because the threat was behind us."
Waiting for your permission to load the Twitter Tweet.
If you look at the picture circulating social media ... it's easy to see why people thought Stephen was shielding himself behind his 8-month-pregnant wife.
Looks like James Comey's facing another indictment ... seven months after his last one. Two sources familiar tell CNNthat Donald Trump's Justice Department has indicted the former FBI director once again.
This new investigation is in connection with Comey's Instagram post from last year ... the one-time Trump official was accused of making threats against his ex-boss. Comey posted a photograph of seashells arranged on beach sand spelling out "8647" ... which some officials accuse him of covertly, or not so covertly, saying he wanted Trump -- who's the 47th American president -- removed from office, perhaps violently.
In hospitality/restaurant shorthand, to "86" someone is to throw them out of a location -- usually a bar or restaurant. It also means the restaurant has run out of a menu item. But "86" could also be taken to have more violent connotations ... and Comey deleted the post shortly after the accusations of a threat on Trump's life.
The last time this happened ... the ex-FBI boss was interviewed by the Secret Service, and the case was quietly dropped in May last year.
Rep. Rashida Tlaib thinks Senator Lindsey Graham is living in Fantasy Land by asking taxpayers to foot the bill for the White House ballroom, because she says it's the LAST thing Americans want.
Charlie got the Congresswoman from Michigan Tuesday on Capitol Hill, and she gave him an earful over the proposal that your tax dollars could pay $400 million for the structure.
As for the argument it's a secure location, thus preventing another shooting at an outside venue ... Tlaib says this is the first time there's been such an incident at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, and she blames it on lax security measures. She says there was no metal detector -- in fact, there was, but the shooter sprinted past it.
