Lil Wayne made an emergency landing in Texas after suffering seizure-like symptoms on a private jet ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to Weezy -- real name Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. -- tells us, right after the plane touched down ... the rapper was transported to a local hospital to get treatment on Thursday afternoon.

We're told Wayne was at the hospital for several hours ... he checked out around 6 PM local time.

Diddy's rep has just released a statement describing the injuries the rap mogul suffered in yesterday's car accident in front of the Beverly Hills hotel.

Here's the statement:

"Sean Combs sustained multiple injuries in yesterday’s car accident including to his neck, ribs and collarbone. He is currently receiving treatment for these injuries from his physicians and would like to thank all of his fans for the outpouring of support that he has received since the accident."

5:10 PM PT -- TMZ has just obtained a photograph of Diddy after the accident, and he was so shaken up by the crash ... he had to lie down on the grass.

Diddy was involved in a serious car accident in L.A. moments ago ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, a car turned left in front of Diddy's SUV and Diddy's driver t-boned the other vehicle.

Officers were called to the scene -- and cops claim everyone involved in the accident complained of pain, including Diddy, his driver, and the other driver.

It's unclear how seriously anyone was injured -- but law enforcement sources tell us, no one was transported to a hospital ... despite an ambulance being called.

"Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston was mere FEET from the motorcycle crash that nearly took out Jay Leno ... and tells TMZ he knows what REALLY caused the bikers to lose control and wipe out that day.

We broke the story ... a bike with two passengers slammed into another vehicle at the 2011 "Love Ride" ... coming thiiiiis close to taking out Leno.

Christina Silva -- the rider who captured the crash on camera -- says she was unfairly blamed for causing the crash ... and now Cranston seems to back her story.

Bryan tells us ... "I was about fifty yards behind in the same lane as the downed riders. It happened because of excess speed."

Cranston explains, "Guys were flying past me. When you put yourself in that position you are forced to make quick decisions when coming upon slower traffic. Not a good mix. Slow it down - enjoy the ride!"

As for Leno ... Bryan says he didn't just ride off into the sunset -- "Jay stopped to assist and went to the hospital with the injured riders."

Video footage of a motorcycle accident that nearly wiped out Jay Leno has surfaced ... one year after the crash -- and now, it could prove the WRONG PERSON was blamed for causing the collision.

Leno and the motorcyclists involved in the collision were taking part in a charity benefit called the "Love Ride" last October when the accident occurred on an L.A. freeway.

You can see in the tape -- recorded via helmet cam -- a bike with two riders speeds up from behind and slams into another motorcycle, causing a massive wreck that nearly takes out Leno ... who was riding just feet away.

The woman who captured the crash on camera -- Christina Silva -- was subsequently blamed for the crash and was banned from participating in this year's "Love Ride" ... but she insists the video shows she did NOTHING wrong.

In fact, Silva tells us the people who pointed the finger at her were the two riders who rear-ended the other biker. It's unclear why they feel Silva is at fault.

Big Tex -- the famous 52 foot State Fair of Texas mascot -- was destroyed in an electrical fire at Fair Park in Dallas this morning.

Wearing size 70 boots and a 75 gallon hat, Big Tex had been greeting fair goers since 1952 and was celebrating his 60th birthday.

Fidel Castro has reportedly suffered an embolic stroke ... and his health is so bad, the 86-year-old former leader of Cuba can barely eat, speak or recognize people.

The news is being reported by El Nuevo Herald, which says it spoke with Jose Marquina -- "a respected doctor" who assured the paper he has firsthand sources and information about Castro.

The doctor told the Herald, "[Castro] could last weeks like that, but what I can say is that we’ll never again see him in public.”

Derek Jeter made the RIGHT MOVE by trusting his busted ankle to Dr. Robert Anderson ... so says two NFL superstars who tell TMZ Anderson was able to bring them back from some MAJOR foot injuries.

We spoke with Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub ... who went under Anderson's knife over the summer to repair Lisfranc injury (displaced bones) in his right foot.

Schaub tells us ... "Jeter is in great hands ... Dr. Anderson is the best in the business at what he does."

In fact, Schaub says Anderson exceeded his expectations when it came to recovery time -- "Everything was on schedule, and even ahead of schedule."

Schaub also had some words of wisdom for DJ -- "[Jeter] should follow all procedures that he's told and don't worry about anything ... [he] will be even better after the procedure than he was before going in.”

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw says he also owes his career to Dr. Anderson -- telling TMZ the doc was able to treat him for multiple foot injuries ... and he hasn't lost a step.

"I had the greatest experience ... his staff around him is top of the line ... but to have the best doctor in the world, it's even more comforting."

Here's a shocker -- "Workaholics" star Blake Anderson says alcohol WAS a factor when he decided to jump off his roof onto a ping pong table last year ... fracturing his spine in the process.

In fact, 10 months after the injury -- which was all caught on tape -- Blake says he's almost fully healed ... but still needs a little physical therapy.

But he refuses to let the back pain keep him down, Blake tells us he's been soldiering through the pain so he could continue to work.

The biggest hit in last night's Packers vs. Texans game happened before kickoff ... when an NFL Network reporter took an errant football to the face ... during a live shot.

Ian Rapoport was workin' the sidelines at Reliant Stadium in Houston before the game last night, when a football got loose and smacked Ian right in the kisser ... hard.

Gotta hand it to Rapoport ... 'cause he kept his composure and actually laughed at the situation.

New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter fractured his ankle during last night's loss to the Detroit Tigers and will miss the remainder of the playoffs.

The Captain suffered the injury trying to make a diving play in the 12th inning. He is expected to be sidelined for the next three months, where he will be presumably be waited on hand and foot by the hottest women anyone has ever seen.

Jeter's injury isn't expected to be career threatening, but we gotta ask ...

"Real Housewives of Miami" star Peter Rosello was arrested for battery today after socking a homeless man in the balls last week, this according to law enforcement.

20-year-old Rosello -- the son of housewife Alexia Echevarria -- was arrested for simple battery, which was categorized as a felony on the police report because Rosello attacked a homeless person.

As we reported, Florida has a law that classifies attacks on homeless people as hate crimes, meaning they carry stricter penalties.

He's currently being held on $5,000 bond.

TMZ broke the story ... Rosello stupidly posted video of the incident online last week, showing him sneaking up on a sleeping homeless man and punching him in the groin. The homeless man was contacted by police shortly after and the man decided to press charges.

Legendary actress Debbie Reynolds was hospitalized in L.A. over the weekend following a bad reaction to meds -- Debbie's rep tells TMZ.

According to her rep, 80-year-old Debbie was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai "due to an adverse reaction she experienced to a medication she was currently taking." It's unclear what kind of medication did the job.

Sounds pretty serious too -- Debbie's rep tells us, the actress has been forced to cancel her upcoming appearances for the next three months.

Debbie is still in the hospital, but the rep tells us she's already showing signs of improvement.

With his arm in a sling, Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Matt Kemp took his busted left shoulder out clubbing Tuesday night ... just FOUR DAYS after undergoing surgery.

Kemp -- who had arthroscopic work done on his rotator cuff and shoulder -- and the Angels' Torii Hunter hit up Supperclub in Hollywood Tuesday night ... where they battled crowds and the dreaded rose-seller lady on the way out.

Kemp seemed to be in good spirits for a guy who won't be able to swing a bat for the next three months.

Buuuuut ... Kemp just signed a $160 MILLION contract .... so is it a smart move to take your tender, vulnerable shoulder to a place packed with crowds and drunk people?

Alex Karras -- a former NFL superstar turned huge comedy actor -- suffered kidney failure in the last two weeks ... and doctors believe he only has a few days to live.

The 77-year-old has been released from the Santa Monica hospital where he was being treated ... and is now on hospice care at his California home.

Karras recently joined a lawsuit against the NFL, in which he claims he now suffers from dementia as a result of his playing days with the Detroit Lions. He was also diagnosed with cancer.

Karras was a badass -- both on and off the field -- as a huge part of Lions dominant defense in the '60s. He then went on to star as Mongo in "Blazing Saddles" ... one of the greatest comedy movies ever made.

He also appeared on a ton of TV shows, and became a sitcom star on the hit '80s show, "Webster."

The Lions have released a statement about Karras ... saying, "We join his legions of fans from both sports and entertainment in prayer and support for Alex, his wife Susan, and his entire family during this most difficult time."
