Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez didn't waste any time after Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house last night -- beating a hasty retreat back home in the wake of Olivier's blowout fight with Gabriel Aubry.

TMZ broke the story ... Gabriel was arrested for misdemeanor battery yesterday after a violent showdown with Halle's fiance at the actress' home.

Both Gabriel and Olivier went to the hospital after the fight -- we're told Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury.

Meanwhile, Olivier roughed up his hand ... but appears to have emerged victorious in the melee.

The drunken Australian model who was TASED after breaking into Tom Cruise's Beverly Hills mansion last month is officially OFF THE HOOK ... this according to law enforcement.

We broke the story ... Tom made it clear that he didn't feel there was any "malicious intent" when Jason Sullivan drunkenly scaled a wall and wandered onto Tom's property.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney spoke with Tom ... who informed officials he did not wish to press charges over the incident because he realizes it was just a sloshy mistake ... so it's case closed.

FYI -- Sullivan had been staying at the home next to Tom's pad ... and has been telling friends he simply mistook Casa de Cruise for his house in a drunken stooper.

What better way to spend the night before Thanksgiving ... than planting a big wet kiss on your man in front of an army of leering photogs -- and that's exactly what Kim Kardashian did last night with BF Kanye West.

Kim and Kanye joined Kim's sisters Kendall, Kylie, and Khloe for dinner at the Crustacean in Beverly Hills -- and on their way out, Kim showed off some shameless PDA in her sheer top and upholstered red skirt.

At least 10 baggies of cocaine were found at the scene where Hector "Macho" Camacho was shot last night ... this according to officials in Puerto Rico.

Cops say ... Camacho's friend, who was driving the car, was in possession of 9 baggies of coke ... and a 10th baggie was found inside the vehicle. Cops say the 10th baggie was open when they found it.

As we previously reported, Camacho and his friend Adrian Mojica Moreno were hit in a drive-by shooting while sitting inside of a parked car.

Moreno died at the scene ... and Camacho -- who was hit multiple times in the face and neck -- was rushed to a nearby hospital where he went into cardiac arrest.

7:49 AM PT -- The man who was killed in the shooting has been identified as 49-year-old Adrian Mojica Moreno.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Adrian and Hector were childhood friends. Adrian was not involved in the sport of boxing, but we're told he was big into cockfighting.

Boxing legend Hector "Macho" Camacho went into cardiac arrest after being shot in Puerto Rico last night ... and doctors say "the prognosis is not good."

Camacho was hit several times in the face and neck in a drive-by shooting outside of San Juan ... and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital.

A rep for the hospital told reporters, "The situation with 'Macho' is very delicate ... his physical condition will help him but we will see."

The rep added, "[Camacho] went into cardiac arrest. The doctors were able to get his heart started again with the medicine and we are maintaining his blood pressure and pulse stable medically right now to see whether during this morning, afternoon or evening we see a positive change."

Camacho was a passenger in a Ford Mustang when the shooting happened. The driver of Camacho's car was killed in the attack.

Justin Bieber has a lot to be thankful for ... not only is he back in Selena's good graces -- he won't be charged for allegedly beating up a paparazzo ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Justin was a suspect in a misdemeanor battery, after a photog claimed he and the singer got into a physical altercation back in May on the mean streets of Calabasas. The photog called 911 and filed a police report.

We've learned the L.A. County D.A. will NOT file criminal charges, because of conflicting witness accounts and an overall lack of evidence.

Sources close to the singer tell us ... Selena has been suffering from a sore throat lately ... and this morning she thought she might have strep, so she decided seek immediate medical attention.

We're told Selena had been suffering from symptoms yesterday ... and had to end a recording session early due to the pain.

Also, Selena's stepfather has been suffering from bronchitis, and she thinks she may have been exposed to something contagious.

But sources tell us ... so far, docs don't believe Selena has strep ... though the tests won't come back for a couple of days.
