Barker was spotted out in West Hollywood on Wednesday and you can see the bandaged up wound on his right temple.

TMZ broke the story, 91-year-old Barker was taken to an L.A. hospital after going down during a morning walk. Lucky for Bob, cops were in the area and stopped to help him until paramedics arrived.

We're told Bob's knee was also injured in the fall. We're betting he can still take Sandler.
