Glanville says she's not sure who she's voting for -- she doesn't like incumbent Mayor Karen Bass, but it seems she doesn't usually vote Republican -- regardless, she says Spencer's got a good chance. Nithya Raman was entirely snubbed going without a mention from Brandi.

TMZ obtained a DeKalb County, Georgia police report, dated April 9, 2026, listing a woman named Norma Denise Mitchem as the victim of a theft by deception from back in November 2025.

According to the report, cops talked to a nephew of Norma, who told them Lisa and Lisa’s boyfriend, Donald Jacob, were involved in the alleged scheme to defraud Norma out of a house.

Kandi says that's definitely not the case ... she was with Todd for about 15 years, including 12 years as husband and wife, and it was only last year that she filed for divorce ... so it's going to take some time for her to heal.

PK Kemsley's got enough drama with his divorce ... but now he's adding smashing into his neighbors' car to the mix!

Check out this video from Tuesday in Los Angeles -- PK backed his $120K Range Rover out on the street, straight into a Toyota RAV4 owned by his neighbor’s caregiver ... then casually drove off like nothing happened.

The extent of the damage on the RAV4 is unclear, but PK's own ride was left with a pretty noticeable dent. Didn't seem to faze him though ... he was spotted strolling back into his Encino building completely unbothered.

PK tells TMZ ... "I genuinely thought the new Range Rover had automatically braked for me. It wasn't until I got home and noticed the world's tiniest mark on my car that I realized I'd very gently nudged the neighbor's bumper. I went over, apologized, and offered to pay. Entirely my fault. Although in fairness, trying to reverse while subconsciously searching for paparazzi hiding in bushes is probably not recommended by Land Rover."

Diana Jenkins is denying Internet rumors she pushed an 18-year-old Hayden Panettiere into bed with a famous naked man ... with a rep telling TMZ she is ready to sue anyone who spreads the lies.

Here's the deal ... after Panettiere detailed her horrific experience on a yacht -- she says a trusted older female friend of hers took her to a room and physically put her in bed with a "very famous" man who was "undressed" in both her new memoir "This Is Me: A Reckoning" and Jay Shetty's "On Purpose" podcast ... and fans have been spreading their theories online about the identity of the man and the woman.

Glanville has already sounded off about Rimes joining the show -- sarcastically commenting she "got everything else of [Glanville's]" so of course she'd take this too -- and she's not any more supportive here ... saying her kids think LeAnn and Eddie are super boring and audiences will feel the same.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley claims her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, stopped paying the bills on their $6 million mansion amid their bitter divorce, TMZ has learned. Sources close to PK claim he paid the bills for years and only recently stopped due to Dorit's wild spending.

TMZ obtained a scathing email from Dorit's team -- filed by PK as part of their nasty divorce -- which is dated April 15, 2026 and addresses issues about the couple's finances and other matters.

Dorit's team claimed that, "first and foremost, contrary to PK's representations, Dorit has always been agreeable to placing the house on the market as long as reasonable protections are in place," adding that Dorit needed "adequate financial support" ... including an immediate $50K payment.

Kim Zolciak was grilled on video in court by lawyers for her boyfriend Kyle Mowitz's estranged wife -- and now Kim's estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, is working to get a copy of the recording ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kroy's lawyer issued a subpoena to obtain the transcript and video of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star's deposition ... during which the reality star was questioned about gifts and trips that Kyle purchased for Kim.

Kyle's estranged wife, Jillian Green, dragged Kim into the divorce fight last year ... where $100 million is reportedly on the line.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, have a mutual friend who made shocking claims in the couple's bitter divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Justin Levine -- who says he's known the couple for many years -- filed a bombshell declaration stating he tried to talk to Dorit in an effort to help resolve their ongoing issues over money and their $6 million marital home. Justin claims he tried to convince Dorit in early April to work with PK on an agreement over the property.

Levine says, "During the call, [Dorit] became highly agitated before I was able to complete my explanation of the purpose of the call. While she has previously expressed frustration, this conversation was notably different in both tone and intensity."

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star PK Kemsley’s alleged income was revealed as part of his divorce battle with his estranged wife, Dorit Kemsley ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs, filed by PK where he claims he's bringing in a massive 5-figure monthly income.

PK, who works as a music manager, says he earned around $887,180 from April 2025 to March 2026 ... bringing in around $91,999 in net income each month.

The estranged wife of Kim Zolciak's current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, is making moves to block his spending habits to ensure there's still money to pay her at the end of the divorce -- claiming he's been dropping crazy money on the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum and his lavish lifestyle ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Jillian Green -- who's in the middle of a divorce from Kyle -- claims he spends lavishly on Kim and her family, including covering legal fees in Kim's own divorce from Kroy Biermann.

Jillian wants an injunction to prevent Kyle from spending such substantial sums, and wants some money put in escrow so she can get paid what she's entitled to in the divorce down the road.

'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Jennifer Fessler is shutting down rumors she ever hooked up with "Summer House" cast member West Wilson ... saying at this point, she doesn't even want to be friendly with him anymore.

During her appearance on "Two T's in a Pod with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge," Jenn repeatedly denied anything romantic or sexual ever happened between her and the fellow Bravo star ... insisting the speculation exploded after his ex Ciara Miller suggested there may have been something going on.

Jenn explained she initially defended West publicly because, in her experience, he had always been sweet, warm, and supportive toward her. However now, Jenn says she wishes she hadn’t gone so hard defending him ... admitting she regrets being "too enthusiastic."
