Nick Cannon TV Never Meant That Much to Me ... It's All Yours, Seacrest!
Nick Cannon isn't fretting about his decision to walk away from $4.5 mil a year as the host of "America's Got Talent" ... because his head was never really in TV.
We got Nick at a high school in the Bronx with members of NYC's Black Lives Matter ... a much bigger priority for him than the boob tube.
As for who should replace him on 'AGT,' ... why the white Nick Cannon, of course.

'RHONY' Star Sonja Morgan Listing Townhouse ... Take SEVEN!
Sonja Morgan isn't giving up on selling her NYC home, 'cause if it at first you don't succeed ... get that sucker back on the market!
Real estate sources tell TMZ the 'RHONY' star just privately listed her notorious 5 story Manhattan home and is looking to pocket $10 mil for the sale.
Also worth noting: this is at least her 7th time listing it, each time for about the same price.
If she can get someone to take the place off her hands, the buyer will score 5 beds, 7 baths and a ton of modern-day luxury -- like its own elevator, a sauna, gym and an irrigated terrace. Pretty good for a crib built in 1899.
We're told Sonja is looking to stay in New York -- specifically the Upper East Side -- but won't leave 'til someone bites. She's listing through Jordan Sachs of Bold New York.

Amber Portwood In Fight Over House ... I'm No Deadbeat!
Amber Portwood was on the verge of getting booted out of her home, and even though she's settled the financial battle ... she's pissed the owner of the place smeared her good name.
Kisby Enterprises had filed docs to have the former "Teen Mom" and her fiance evicted, and claimed they owed $2,640 in back payments and damage to the crib.
Amber and Matt Blair tell us Kisby's full of it -- saying they never missed a single payment, plus they paid a $32,200 down payment ... and they've got the docs to back it up.
Kisby Enterprises admitted to us ... there was an "unfortunate misunderstanding" and it now intends to withdraw the eviction filing. Amber and Matt say the damage has been done to their reputations, and she has a theory on why Kisby even attempted to push them out.
Nick Cannon He Quit 'AGT' Because NBC Treated Him Differently
Nick Cannon was "shaken to his core" and seriously questioned his value as an entertainer after NBC unleashed its fury on him, and that led him to the decision to quit "America's Got Talent."
Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Nick was devastated when he learned the network was on the verge of firing him as host of 'AGT.' He looked at the long history of entertainers -- Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, David Letterman and many others -- who trashed their networks right on their shows, and the brass allowed it. Yet Nick went on Showtime, made a few "harmless comments about NBC," and he was threatened with termination.
One example that hit home with Nick was Tracy Morgan, who made a comment during a show and suggested he might knife his son if he found out he was gay. NBC execs defended Morgan.
We're told Nick started to question his own self-worth as an entertainer, thinking he was being treated differently from the others because he just wasn't that good.
He also took into account losing his salary ... we've learned Nick has been pulling in around $4.5 million a season for 'AGT.'
Nick, we're told, was in a terrible state after NBC went on the attack. One source says it was emotionally harder on him than dealing with his very serious medical problems, including Lupus.
Cannon decided in the end he believed in himself and was undervalued by the network ... so he quit.
Ryan Seacrest Nick Cannon's Out on 'AGT' ... You In?
Ryan Seacrest knows a thing or 2 about hosting talent competitions, so he's automatically the front-runner to replace Nick Cannon on "America's Got Talent" ... the question, is he into it?
We got Ryan leaving Heart & Hustle gym in L.A. Tuesday and he made it clear ... he loves the show. As for whether he'd take it, watch the video and judge for yourself.
It would be kind of amazing if he hosted, because Simon Cowell's one of the judges. Sound familiar?

Rachel Lindsay Ready for 'Bachelorette' But First I'm in Court for Walmart
Before Rachel Lindsay becomes TV's first black 'Bachelorette' she needs to focus on her day job -- a lawyer who's actively defending big-time clients ... like Walmart.
Sources at Rachel's firm in Texas tell us she's assisting on a pending case for Walmart Stores Texas. It's a classic -- an alleged slip and fall, where a woman claims she stepped on a hanger laying in a store aisle and went down hard.
We're told Rachel was actively working the case just last week and will be in the office again later this week ... despite the huge breaking news in her life.
She's currently an associate at Cooper & Scully and it's unclear how she'll balance legal work with reality TV -- but she'll have to figure it out soon. "The Bachelorette" typically starts taping in late March and starts airing in May.
Andi Dorfman -- season 10 'Bachelorette' -- was an assistant D.A. when she shot the show and took a leave of absence from a murder case. Nothing that serious on Rachel's plate.

Nene Leakes Fires Off Warning to 'RHOA' Castmates
NeNe Leakes delivered a stern message to 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' stars bitching about her possible return to the show -- I'm the straw that stirs the drink and best get used to it.
NeNe was at Catch Monday night in WeHo and we asked her about some cast members holding a meeting to protest her possible return. Check it out ... pretty clear NeNe's confident she'll outlive anyone else talking smack.
For what it's worth ... Cynthia Bailey was partying with NeNe, and all seemed A-OK ... but unclear how they feel about Kim Zolciak.

'The Bachelorette' Picks Black Woman For First Time
Finally, a black contestant will be handing out the roses -- multiple sources say Rachel Lindsay will be the next 'Bachelorette.'
Rachel is currently 1 of the 6 women still vying for Nick Viall on "The Bachelor," so this is kind of a spoiler -- but The Hollywood Reporter says she'll be calling the shots next time around. It marks the first time a black contestant will be the lead in 21 'Bachelor' seasons and 12 'Bachelorette' seasons.
Our own Bach Nation sources confirmed Rachel -- an attorney from Texas -- is getting the nod ... which seems like super bad news for Nick, and great news for a bunch of yet-to-be-named dudes.
The one thing we'd just about guarantee is she won't find true love. It's beyond rare on these shows.

Nick Cannon I Quit 'AGT' ... Screw 'Em for Thinking About Firing Me
Nick Cannon doesn't see himself shooting the next season of "America's Got Talent" ... after NBC execs considered firing him over a racial joke he told in his comedy special.
TMZ broke the story ... NBC and 'AGT' honchos felt Nick had disparaged them and breached his contract by joking the network doesn't want him using the n-word, and insinuating it generally crushes his swagger while hosting 'AGT.' The special aired Friday night on Showtime.
That news pissed off Nick ... who now says he's loved hosting 'AGT' but "my soul won't allow me to be in business with corporations that attempt to frown on freedom of speech, censor artists, and question cultural choices." He also says he doesn't care about the millions they pay him.
He adds, "I can not see myself returning." He told Howard Stern last week that he'd sue if they ever fired him over a joke.
As we told you, NBC decided to let the whole joke slide, but Nick clearly isn't forgiving.
He ended his FB post with a quote from Dr. Martin Luther King -- "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter."

'Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood' If You Fight ... You'll Be Fined!!!
"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" is laying down new ground rules for its upcoming season -- cast members who brawl will pay the price ... from their paychecks.
The show's added a no-fighting clause to its contracts, so when the Hollywood ladies and gents sign their paperwork they're agreeing not to throw down ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.
We're told producers are sick of all the fighting -- which result in production delays -- and less severe penalties haven't done the trick.
According to the docs ... there's no set fine amount for fighting -- it's at the discretion of producers and based on the severity of the fight. Suspension and termination are also on the table.

Kim Zolciak & NeNe Rival Housewives Throw Shade ... We Don't Need More 'Stars'
NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak won't get a warm welcome from their fellow 'RHOA' cast members, who think the former dynamic duo is too messy and too expensive.
Sources close to 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' tell us the women are saying there's no need to bring back NeNe and Kim because all they bring is over-the-top drama just to get camera time. As one source put it, there's "no substance."
We're told there's also a financial concern -- that Kim and NeNe's bloated salaries might chew up the budget, resulting in lower raises for the current cast.
Our sources say certain housewives called production Thursday to complain about the infamous frenemies returning. We're told some of the current housewives feel dissed after working hard to keep ratings up -- which they have, and now producers want to "add bulls***."
Ironically, it sounds like all this dissent would create real drama ... with substance.
However, Sheree Whitfield told us Thursday ... she'd welcome them with open arms. You buyin' it?

Blac Chyna Alleged Mgrs Demand Dough ... Shut Down 'Rob & Chyna' Or Else
The guys who made Blac Chyna a thing -- according to them -- are on the warpath to get a cut of her riches, and if they don't get it ... they're gunning for the producers of her reality show.
Jason Alston and Lincoln Hayes of Infinite Grind Multimedia sent letters, obtained by TMZ, to NBCUniversal, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim/Murray Productions ... putting all parties on notice about their legal war with Chyna.
The duo says shooting, promoting, or airing "Rob & Chyna" only fattens her pockets and since she refuses to pay them their fees ... they're threatening to add the producers to a potential lawsuit.
We broke the story ... Alston and Hayes claim Chyna signed a 10 year contract with them in 2007 and owes them at least $3 million in unpaid fees. They've threatened, but have yet to actually sue her for the dough.
Of course her employers would have no duty to pay BC's alleged management fees -- so, it's interesting they're attempting to drag the producers into this. Can't knock the hustle?
