Bob Harper is on the mend, which is great, but the picture shows the seriousness of his recent health crisis.

TMZ broke the story ... "The Biggest Loser" host suffered a major heart attack 2 weeks ago that left him unconscious for 2 days. He spent 8 days in the hospital and is now resting in NYC ... doctors won't let him fly home to L.A. just yet. We don't know when the pic was taken. Bob tells us he's out now.

Bob just posted, "I'm on the mend now & want to thank everyone for the outpouring of messages and support."

The 51-year-old says there's a history of heart disease in his family.

Jackie Warner, who starred in a Bravo fitness show, has been arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon, and we've learned her defense is a little white pill called Ambien.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jackie crashed her car in West Hollywood Friday night when she hit a pole. We're told when cops arrived she backed up into a cop car, causing a deputy to jump out of harm's way. She was arrested and taken to jail where her bail was set at $60k.

Sources connected with Jackie tell us she went to lunch that afternoon and had 1 martini. She took an Uber to and from the restaurant. The sources say when she got home she took an Ambien, went to sleep, and when she woke up she was in the hospital ... with no recollection of driving.

Howie Mandel did everything but drop to his knees ... begging Nick Cannon to return as host of "America's Got Talent."

Howie -- 1 of 4 judges on the talent show -- made a passionate plea Sunday at LAX. Howie's pretty damn adamant -- Nick's the heart and soul of the show.

Crime scene photos of the Kim Kardashian Paris robbery have surfaced ... and some of the images are chilling.

France's TF1 news channel released photos of the crime scene as well as surveillance video of several of the alleged robbers.

The photos show Kim's bedroom and bathroom, the tape used to bind her hands and what appears to be the gag they used to silence her.

The French report also shows surveillance footage of some of the suspects meeting at a cafe multiple times after the robbery. They also allegedly used code names and code words to discuss the crime over the phone.

As we reported ... Kim went to NYC earlier this month to provide testimony to a French judge. Cops have nabbed 17 suspects in total, but have only charged a handful so far.

Khloe Kardashian made a surprise appearance this weekend ... in a ladies room ... in Jamaica.

A fan ran into Khloe Saturday night in the bathroom of Fiction Fantasy nightclub during an after-party for the Youth View Awards -- essentially Jamaica's Teen Choice Awards.

Amber Portwood was on the verge of getting booted out of her home, and even though she's settled the financial battle ... she's pissed the owner of the place smeared her good name.

Kisby Enterprises had filed docs to have the former "Teen Mom" and her fiance evicted, and claimed they owed $2,640 in back payments and damage to the crib.

Amber and Matt Blair tell us Kisby's full of it -- saying they never missed a single payment, plus they paid a $32,200 down payment ... and they've got the docs to back it up.

Kisby Enterprises admitted to us ... there was an "unfortunate misunderstanding" and it now intends to withdraw the eviction filing. Amber and Matt say the damage has been done to their reputations, and she has a theory on why Kisby even attempted to push them out.
