Brandi Glanville’s finally getting answers -- after months of her face doing a disappearing act, the mystery’s starting to clear up.

In an X post Tuesday, Brandi Glanville thanked Dr. Michael R. Scoma -- an infectious disease doc -- for stepping in to help crack the case, saying it’s finally making her excited to live life again.

Brandi added that while she’s still getting to the bottom of her face mystery, she’s also on a mission to fix her teeth, gain 10 pounds, and make out with a hot guy or girl -- priorities in order!

Jax Taylor’s tapping out of fathering any future children -- he wants a vasectomy, and his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright’s all for it ... making it clear the man can’t keep it in his pants anyway.

During "The Valley" reunion Tuesday, the father of one explained he's ready for the snip -- and Brittany didn’t miss a beat, saying he desperately needed one or he'd end up with "20 baby mamas!"

The zingers kept flying in front of their shocked faces with Brittany calling Jax "disgusting" and snapping, "I wouldn’t touch that dirty d*** with a 10-inch pole!"

"Love Island USA" star JaNa Craig's friend hinted at some uncomfortable background involving her "terrible, disgusting and disappointing" split from Kenny Rodriguez -- and it's not a good look for him.

JaNa's close friend Charmane Smith alleged Kenny was in the relationship for all the wrong reasons -- and lied about everything -- as she warned followers to check their partners' text messages in a since-deleted post to her Instagram Story Tuesday night.

She cautioned ... "My advice for women in relationships: if you have access – go thru [sic] your man’s phone TODAY. Search keywords like 'I don’t like black women, I thought I would get more money from this, I’m faking this relationship, going on the show would be for clout, I can’t wait to be done w this so I can f**k hella b*tches." She has since gone private on Instagram following the head-turning post.

D'Andra Simmons has revealed she's been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The 56-year-old reality star opened up about her diagnosis for the first time on Instagram Monday sharing she's receiving care at the UTSW Simmons Cancer Center, which her uncle and his foundation established almost 30 years ago.

Simmons said she had a tumor and underwent a series of procedures. In her Instagram Stories, she explained doctors performed a technique that places a small radioactive seed at the tumor site to guide surgical removal followed by lymph node mapping, and then surgery.

3:18 PM PT -- JaNa has responded to Kenny's statement on Instagram in what has become a ward of words. She wrote, "stfu you manipulative liar. You not taking accountability and telling people the type of person you really are is insane to me!! My first statement was me being nice. Do not piss me off"

2:57 PM PT -- Kenny has now broken his silence on the split ... writing on Instagram ... "The past few days have been incredibly difficult. I've been quietly sitting with a lot of emotions and doing my best to process everything privately."

He continued saying, "Breakups are never easy, especially in the public eye. Sometimes, despite how deeply you care for someone, you come to the hard truth that the relationship was not something that could last long-term."

He ends with, "I'll always be grateful for the time we shared and the memories we created. I released this chapter with no ill will, only a hope that JaNa's path forward brings her nothing but happiness."

JaNa Craig is speaking out for the first time following her breakup with Kenny Rodriguez -- and she's not holding back.

"The Love Island USA" star addressed her Instagram followers Tuesday thanking them for love and support ... and took aim at the swirling speculation surrounding their breakup.

She wrote, "Please know that I have seen all the breakup theories and none have matched up to how terrible, disgusting and disappointing it truly is." She went on ... "Discovering that someone you loved isn't who you thought they were and that the relationship you thought you were building hasn't been genuine since day one has been truly devastating."

6 PM PT -- Nick Hogan was front and center at Hulk's tribute before "Raw," getting emotional during a 10-bell salute.

He stood among past and present WWE stars -- and his wife Tana Lea - while a tribute was read for his dad.

WWE's Hulk Hogan tributes will continue on Monday night ... with the legendary wrestler's son, Nick, slated to attend "Raw."

TMZ Sports is told Hogan's only son will be in Detroit, Michigan for the festivities at Little Caesars Arena, although it's unclear if he'll have any involvement in the show.

The news comes days after Hogan's death was acknowledged with a 10-bell salute and a lengthy farewell prior to the action on Friday's "SmackDown," which included a heartfelt speech from Triple H.

Cierra Ortega’s speaking out about the "Love Island" reunion ... and she’s not beating around the bush, making it loud and clear -- she’s not showing up!

In a TikTok video, Cierra confirmed she won’t be at the August 25 "Love Island" tell-all -- and TBH, she didn’t seem the least bit bothered, hinting there’s no need to rehash the scandal, saying her POV’s already out there ... presumably from that apology vid.

Cierra acknowledged her "Love Island" experience ended on a sour note because of her own actions, but despite how it all crashed and burned, the experience still gave her tons of memories.

Jax Taylor is stepping away from his Los Angeles bar Jax's Studio City ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the "Vanderpump Rules" alum tells us ... he made the decision to terminate his partnership with the establishment, saying it was "a carefully considered and necessary step to prioritize his sobriety and mental health."

The news comes after folks on social media noticed workers removing his name from the Studio City building Saturday, sparking concern.

The Bravolebrity notably announced he would be exiting "The Valley" less than 2 weeks ago ... attributing his need to focus on his mental health and sobriety.

As you know, substance abuse and mental health have been longtime struggles for Jax -- and he sought in-patient treatment to better himself nearly 1 year ago.

He's been on an upward journey since -- even amid his divorce from Brittany Cartwright.

Junior Edwards -- an OG star of the reality series "Swamp People" -- has died ... according to a post from his grandson.

"Little" Willie Edwards announced the news via Facebook Saturday morning ... telling his "pawpaw" to rest easy.

He adds, "I know your [sic] probably running your hoop nets or doing something crazy inside those pearly gates…you will be extremely missed pawpaw we love you more than anything!!! Until we meet again."

Scheana Shay's been through plenty throughout her reality television career, and we've seen her romance with Brock Davies blossom right in front of our eyes.

However, the Bravo star recently made a bombshell revelation about her relationship and an incident involving her now-husband that could have potentially tanked it before she made her way to the altar.

Here's a look at Davies' background and personal life ... as well as the cheating incident that wasn't revealed for several years.

Davies was born in New Zealand, and he pursued a career as a professional rugby player in his early years.

Shay's husband represented Australia in international rugby competition, and he subsequently played at the professional level in both England and France.

He eventually decided to make the switch to American football, and was a walk-on at Colorado State University-Pueblo, where he ended up as the team captain, according to ESPN.

Davies earned himself a tryout with the NFL's New England Patriots, but his football prospects didn't turn out, and he began to focus on building his profile as a personal trainer.

Davies and Shay met at a music festival in San Diego in September 2019, and a source told People the two were officially dating that November.

Although the pair went Instagram official with their romance in April 2020, the "Vanderpump Rules" star revealed she'd suffered a miscarriage that June.

The couple was still determined to start a family, and Shay gave birth to the pair's daughter, Summer Moon, in April of 2021.

Davies and Shay got engaged that July, and the happy couple tied the knot in Cancun, Mexico, the following August.

But, the pair's marriage hasn't exactly been perfect, and Shay revealed her husband had been unfaithful to her in her book, "My Good Side: A Memoir," which was published in July 2025.

The infidelity took place when she was pregnant, according to Glamour, and although Davies claimed he wanted to be open with his wife about his cheating, she felt "sick to my stomach" and said she was "unable to contain my rage."

Davies spoke further about his infidelity on an episode of his wife's "Scheananigans With Scheana Shay" podcast, and expressed he'd "minimized" the effects that his cheating would have on his family while he carried on his affair.

Brooke Hogan's got a lasting reminder of her late father, Hulk Hogan ... because she named one of her twins after him.

Sources close to Brooke tell TMZ ... despite Brooke and Hulk being estranged when she gave birth to twins back in January, she gave a special tribute to her famous father by giving her daughter his middle name, Gene.

Brooke's daughter is named Molly Gene Oleksy ... and she wanted the kid to have grandpa's middle name as a way to honor Hulk.
