The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night."

11:36 AM PT -- Victoria Lee Robinson's request for a temporary restraining order has been denied.

Tom Sandoval's situation with his ex is getting even messier ... 'cause she just filed for a restraining order against him, claiming he's been physically violent with her in the past.

Victoria Lee Robinson filed for a restraining order against Tom on Thursday, claiming Tom has been physical on multiple occasions, including the brutal June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

In addition to that altercation, Victoria says that Tom shoved her down hardwood stairs on August 30, 2025 … which she claims caused “visible injuries” to her knees.

Tristan Thompson is proving you don't have to stay together to stay on the same team ... at least when it comes to co-parenting with Khloé Kardashian.

We caught up with Tristan at LAX on Monday, and you've gotta check out the clip ... the NBA champ shares what he says is the secret to making co-parenting work -- plus some advice he thinks more families should follow.

The comments come after TMZ reported Tristan spent the Fourth of July weekend with Khloé and their kids in Idaho ... showing the former couple remains on the same page when it comes to raising their family despite their rocky romantic history.

Taylor Frankie Paul has been facing a whirlwind of trouble this year ... and she's now admitting on social media she sought the help of rehabilitation facilities for her own mental health struggles.

TFP put up a post on Sunday on her Instagram story where she goes into detail about how she is handling her mental health, saying she willingly chose to seek help from a facility to help her "reset" and "get away."

This is after Taylor noticed she "needed extra help" ... and it looks like the help got her a 'good antidepressant.'

Mama June's daughter Pumpkin's OnlyFans account wasn't the reason her Fanboy Expo booth was canceled ... the issue was the business that purchased the space ... TMZ has learned.

David Heynen, promoter of the Knoxville, TN event, tells TMZ Fanboy Expo has been a family-friendly convention since 2012 and prohibits vendors from selling or promoting adult industry businesses or products.

Heynen says the booth was purchased under the name "Knoxville Bistro," but organizers received a complaint after a local gentleman's club promoted Pumpkin's appearance at the expo on social media.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Peter Thomas is set to start filming a new reality show following his release from prison, TMZ has learned. 

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Peter asked the judge presiding over his criminal case about unpaid employment taxes and said he had been approached about a new reality show about rebuilding his life since leaving prison in February. 

He explained he is well-known from his days on 'RHOA' and that he has a large following on social media and as a public speaker. He said he has been using his platform to inform the public of the importance of paying their taxes.

Taylor's exes are ramping up their cases against her over custody of her three kids. Previously, Dakota was using Joel Kittrell.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge denied Tate's request for a temporary restraining order -- but he's asking the court to take another look with more submitted exhibits, including alleged incriminating text messages.
