The woman cops say confessed to causing a major wreck while driving Blac Chyna's BMW has been dodging cops and now she's facing serious charges.

TMZ has learned the L.A. County D.A. has hit Charmeika "Paige" Addison's with a felony hit and run charge for the November crash, where she t-boned a SUV, injuring 3 girls inside.

We broke the story ... witnesses say Addison bailed right after the crash, but met with cops a few days later to confess. She claimed Blac Chyna was not in the car during the accident.

She was not arrested while cops finished their investigation and sent the case to the D.A.'s office -- but now they can't track her down, so they've issued an arrest warrant.

Addison, who's appeared on "Boss Nails," is also facing charges for reckless driving and driving without a license.

How do you top a tricked out Polaris? A fire-breathing Lambo? And a cherry red Alfa Romeo??

That's how NY Mets superstar Yoenis Cespedes will hit up spring training Friday ... so says his personal car guru, Alex Vega.

Vega -- who runs The Auto Firm in Miami -- tells us he personalized the hell out of the Jeep complete with some cool baseball themed surprises. Here are the highlights:

Complete body kit with a custom hood (with #52 on it), custom LED lights all around, a 4 inch lift kit, custom Avorza red leather seats stitched like a baseball glove, new exhaust system ... and 22x14 custom Avorza wheels.

"This is one of the craziest Jeeps we've done ... right up there with [Floyd Mayweather's]," Vega says.

Fetty Wap is back in the saddle again -- just 5 months after that motorcycle crash that broke his left leg in 3 places he's rolling with some serious riders.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ, Fetty is currently honing his skills with the Go Hard Boyz -- a Harlem motorcycle group -- for a project to help benefit the inner city.

For now, it looks like the "Trap Queen" rapper is on 4 wheels instead of 2, but he already has some sharp moves.

Kylie Jenner could have an unwelcome visitor soon ... a repo man looking for a G-Wagon.

We've learned, a repo company has been hired to reclaim a 2013 G-Wagon Tyga owned ... it's the same one he gave to Blac Chyna. Remember, Tyga had it repainted last August and Kylie was seen driving it to her birthday dinner at Nobu. It looked like it was her birthday present, but she denied it.

According to the docs we've seen, Tyga hasn't made payments on the SUV since October, and now the repo company is on the hunt. The docs ID Kylie as Tyga's girlfriend and give her address as a possible place to repo the G-Wagon.

Our repo sources say the company has been trying to get the whip since last month, but they've been thwarted because it's been parked at Kylie's house and she's behind 2 security gates.

This is the latest in what seems to be a series of Tyga's financial woes. He was slapped with tax liens totaling $120,000 and also faced eviction for non-payment of rent.

Kobe might be retiring but Dodgers star Yasiel Puig is keeping his swaggiest tradition alive ... buying his very own helicopter to get to practice ... according to a guy who knows all about it.

Puig has been posting hints all over social media he might be buying a chopper ... so when we had his friend and personal vehicle customizer, Alex Vega, on TMZ Sports we had to know ...

Alex said not only is Puig buying the heli ... but once it's done Vega and the guys down at the Auto Firm in Miami are going to do a once over on it ... making it into the most pimped out bird in the sky.

What will Alex be working on? Our sources tell us Puig is copping a Robinson R44 helicopter that's gonna set him back around $350k ... if he buys it used.

We spoke to Alex Vega -- honcho of the Autofirm down in Miami -- and he says Cespedes had only one request for the custom job ... make it HUGE.

Vega laced the truck with a new Avorza grill, halo headlamps, new rear taillights and a 6 inch lift kit to make the ride a little more Shaq like.

Throw in a custom Avorza exhaust (adding 120 hp) and you get a final price tag of $30k worth of four-wheeled badassery.

Easy to see where Yoenis is spending that new $75 mil contract ... dude has a different whip each day at spring training.

Salma Hayek's brother is gunning for Ford, claiming the company's supercar turned into a deathtrap when a mechanical failure caused his fatal car wreck on Sunset Boulevard.

Sami Hayek Jimenez filed a lawsuit against Ford for the February 2014 accident, saying the 2005 Ford GT --owned by Salma and her husband -- suffered a "catastrophic failure." He claims the transaxle malfunction transferred too much power to one of the rear wheels, and sent the powerful sportscar hurtling into oncoming traffic.

A pickup truck smashed into the passenger door ... killing Hayek's friend, Ian Sala De Cuttler. Hayek says he also suffered severe injuries.

Here's footage of cops racing after Jahlil Okafor on the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philly back in October -- and it feels like it's straight out of a video game.

According to the official citation issued by the Delaware River Port Authority PD -- the officer who caught up to Okafor's white Mercedes Maybach paced the NBA star at 108 MPH!!!

By the way, in the footage you can clearly see several Speed Limit 45 MPH signs posted on the bridge.

Okafor -- who was not taken into custody -- was issued a $439 fine for the incident, which he has already paid.

Jerry Seinfeld's car collection is about to turn into big, big money for the comedian ... he plans to unload 18 of them for more than $28 million!

We're told Jerry doesn't have the time to drive all of his cars -- his Porsche collection alone is 47 strong -- so he's using the services of Gooding & Company Auction to streamline his fleet.

Jerry's 1973 Porsche 917/30 CanAm Spyder is expected to fetch $7 million. The 1955 550 Spyder should go for around $6 mil.

The cars hit the auction block March 11 at the Amelia Island auction in Florida.

Charlie Sheen's unloading an old Maybach on eBay -- and Prez Obama and the Pope might think about bidding because the whip's BULLETPROOF ... and not cheap.

Charlie's black 2009 Maybach Landaulet 62S was just listed for a mere $200. Before you get too excited, the buy-it-now price is much higher -- $325,000.

Still, it could go for way less than a new one. Base price for a Maybach 62 (built to order, of course) is $400k.

Charlie's reason for dumping the whip is cryptic -- "Done dodging bullets. An expired fear mongering caucus lost their vote."

What's far more clear ... after 7 years in service of Charlie, the thing's gotta be partyproof, as well as bulletproof.

Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill aren't the only ones with hard bodies in 'Batman v Superman' ... the new batmobile's also flexing for tourists.

We got this footage of Batman's whip cruising around the Warner Bros. lot, and the guy behind the wheel is a dead ringer for Affleck. Sources on the lot tell us they're not shooting scenes for the movie, which comes out next month.

Instead the batmobile was just on promotional duty -- rolling around to pique the interest of people taking the WB Studio Tour.

That Prius Super Bowl commercial rubbed cops the wrong way -- not because it made high speed chases look like good, clean fun ... but because it's a big fat lie!

Several law enforcement sources tell us the Prius spot was hysterically unrealistic. One source said, "Loved it, funny as hell ... like a Prius is going to outrun anything."

They've got a point. The new Prius 4 tops out around 105 mph, while a police cruiser can do at least 120 mph -- and their 0-60 times are a laughable 10.5 seconds compared to 6 flat.

The Chicago PD says the crash investigation involving a Porsche registered to Lance Briggs is now officially closed -- and the NFL star WILL NOT be arrested or charged with a crime.

We broke the story ... the Porsche was found smashed into a bartending school on the morning of January 20th -- and no one seems to know how it got there or who was driving.

When cops arrived, there was no driver on scene. Cops would not say if Briggs was involved in the crash ... but TMZ Sports has confirmed the car is registered to the ex-Chicago Bears linebacker.

Cops looked into the crash and ultimately determined it was a "regular auto accident" -- not a hit and run -- and therefore a civil matter.

We spoke with Officer Sedezic who confirms the case is officially closed, the civil matter has been resolved -- and no tickets will be issued.

Sources with close knowledge of the case tell us ... someone did come forward claiming to be the driver -- an associate of Briggs -- and that person settled the matter through his insurance company.

As for Lance, we reached out to him about a billion times -- and briefly spoke with him on the phone before publishing this story -- but he refused to comment.

He did however tweet about the situation on the day of the accident -- saying he "Ubered home" -- but never explained how his car ended up in the front of a bartending school.

"American Hot Rod" star Duane Mayer has become the poster boy for the consequences of drunk driving.

Duane, who now operates his own shop under the "American Hot Rod" name, was hospitalized New Year's Day after being arrested for drunk driving.

Cops say Duane was so wasted he fell out of a 1932 Ford Coupe while it was still moving ... at around 25 mph. His injuries are gnarly.

Photos of the wrecked pre-war Ford appeared on the Anaheim Police Department's Facebook page with the warning, "Always designate a driver when drinking."
