Neymar hasn't played a single minute for Paris Saint-Germain ... but that hasn't kept the international superstar from getting the boat party started ... chillin' out on a $35 MILLION superyacht!!

The ex-Barcelona stud -- rockin' super bright neon green shorts -- spent the day bro'ing out with friends in St. Tropez on Monday ... wasting no time getting used to his new life in France.

Neymar and his crew were spotted hangin' out and getting soaked by a water hose on the 115-ft. luxury boat, "Ginevra" ... which reportedly sold for $35 million back in 2014.

Neymar wasn't able to play in PSG's season opener due to a paperwork problem, but we're assuming he had yachts of other stuff on his mind.

Neymar is expected to make his debut this Sunday against Guingamp.

Neymar gave Paris Saint-Germain fans 265 million reasons to cheer in his 1st appearance as a member of the team this weekend ... even though he didn't play.

The Brazilian super star was officially presented as a P.S.G. player Saturday in a match against Amiens SC -- but couldn't take the field 'cause his record $520 million-plus total deal hadn't been registered in time.

Neymar didn't seem to mind though -- the dude's reportedly now the highest paid soccer baller ... ever. Plus, P.S.G. went on to win the game without him at 2-0.

$265 million over 5 years ... not a bad bench fee for day 1.

The $265 million man has arrived!!

International soccer superstar Neymar was greeted by a MASSIVE group of passionate fans Friday to celebrate his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain ... and the scene is incredible.

P.S.G. coughed up more than $520 MILLION total to get their guy ... and it's safe to say the fans approve of the move, chanting "Thank you, Neymar!" as the highest paid soccer player in the world made his debut.

Not only were there a ton of people there to see Neymar ... but the line to buy his new #10 jersey at the team shop looked endless.

Neymar has just become the highest paid soccer player in the world -- signing a deal with Paris Saint-Germain worth over $265 MILLION!!

That's more than Cristiano Ronaldo. More than Messi. More than Pogba.

The 25-year-old Brazilian superstar will reportedly rake in around $657,000 per week with PSG over the course of 5 years ... totaling more than $265 mil in wages and bonuses.

And that doesn't even include endorsements.

PSG really, REALLY wanted him -- and paid a record $263 mil transfer fee to Barcelona just to buy him out of his contract with them.

It's the highest transfer fee ever -- smashing the previous record held by Manchester United, which paid a $117 million transfer fee for Pogba from Juventus.

In total -- salary plus transfer fee -- PSG came out of pocket roughly $528 million to get Neymar.

FYI, Neymar is the only soccer athlete Michael Jordan has signed to his Jordan Brand label -- apparently, he knows what he's doing.

Congrats!

Soccer superstar Neymar tried to FIGHT one of his Barca teammates at a practice in Miami on Thursday -- and had to be physically restrained by his teammates.

The 25-year-old Brazilian superstar got tangled with Nelson Semedo during a Barcelona scrimmage at Barry University -- and got right in each other's faces.

Words were exchanged and Semedo walked away -- that's when Neymar yelled even more and tried to go after the guy. Sergio Busquets jumped in and held him back.

Neymar then rips off his scrimmage vest and kicks a soccer ball in frustration. Witnesses say Neymar got in his car and left the practice facility entirely.

Team USA coach Bruce Arena BEGGED his players -- and even jokingly threatened them -- to NOT go crazy with the champagne Wednesday night after winning the Gold Cup.

So, guess what happened next ...

POP THOSE BOTTLES, BITCHES!!!

Everyone from Jozy Altidore to Tim Howard and Michael Bradley let the corks fly -- flooding the locker room with bubbly after taking down Jamaica in a 2-1 thriller.

Arenas told the team anyone who got him wet would be off the World Cup team.

Here's the blueprint on how to get kicked outta China ... courtesy of Chelsea soccer star Kenedy.

Before Kenedy even took the pitch for his team's Asia tour last week, the 21-year-old Brazilian posted 2 videos on social media.

The first contained the caption, "Porra china" -- which some have translated to, "F*ck China."

The second showed an image of a sleeping Chinese security guard with a caption that translates to, "Wake up China, you idiot."

As you can imagine, the Chinese were PISSED ... with one powerful newspaper printing an editorial trashing the guy for "humiliating China" and suggesting he be kicked out of the country.

But Chelsea sent him packin' first -- and then issued a statement saying the player had been "strongly reprimanded and disciplined."

Kenedy tried to apologize ... but it was too late.

What an idiot.

How did the Jamaica soccer team celebrate its HUGE upset over Mexico Sunday??

No, not weed.

Turn up in the locker room!!!

The Reggae Boyz stunned El Tri in the semis of the CONCACAF Gold Cup at the Rose Bowl Sunday -- thanks to Kemar Lawrence's insane 24-yard free kick in the 88th minute -- and capped off the victory by dancing their faces off!!

It's an incredible victory for Jamaica ... which finally avenged the 2015 loss to Mexico in the Gold Cup final.

The 36-year-old All-Star opened up about her relationship with Rapinoe ... saying she's never purposely kept her relationship with the 32-year-old Seattle Reign star a secret to her close friends, but explains why it was time to finally go public.

"It's happening when it's happening because that's what feels right," Bird told ESPNW.

"So even though I understand there are people who think I should have done it sooner, it wasn't right for me at the time. I have to be true to that. It's my journey."

Draymond Green is livin' it up like the world champion he is ... raging in Ibiza with international soccer superstar Neymar!!

Day Day and his boys -- including Dolphins DE Andre Branch -- have been in Spain this past week, and it's only right he hit up the Barcelona stud to show him around all the hot spots like Ushuaïa at Ibiza Beach Hotel.

In case ya didn't know, Draymond and Neymar are bros ... and the soccer stud even hit up the NBA Finals to watch Green beat up on the Cavs.

The partyin' is fresh off reports that Neymar has accepted Paris Saint-Germain's world-record $257 million transfer fee ... although FC Barcelona's honchos claim their star is going nowhere.

It's interesting ... 'cause Draymond has been rumored to be a HUGE PSG fan and has even been spotted wearing the French club's jersey several times. Sooooo ... maybe doing some recruiting?

Regardless, looked like one hell of a time.

It's been kinda obvious for awhile, but now we know for sure -- Cristiano Ronaldo's hot model girlfriend is preggers!!

The soccer superstar confirmed the news in an interview with El Mundo Tuesday ... when he was asked if he was happy about his GF Georgina Rodriguez's pregnancy.

Romelu Lukaku -- one of the best soccer players in the world -- was arrested in Beverly Hills after cops came to his mansion 6 TIMES for an out of control rager, TMZ Sports has learned.

It's unclear why the Everton star was in L.A., but law enforcement sources tell us he was renting a home in Beverly Hills while a bidding war is reportedly raging over him in Europe between 2 of the most famous soccer clubs on Earth.

FYI, Manchester United and Chelsea have both reportedly offered $100 MILLION to transfer the 24-year-old away from Everton ... but so far, the deal has yet to close.

In the meantime, we're told Lukaku threw a massive day party at his BH crib on July 2 that REALLY pissed off his neighbors ... triggering multiple complaints to the Bev Hills PD.

We're told cops went to the home at least 6 times to warn Lukaku to keep down the noise -- but he didn't listen and cops eventually arrested him for misdemeanor disturbing the peace.

Lukaku was not brought to the police station or formally booked -- instead, he was merely given a citation.

No word on what kind of punishment he faces -- but if it's a fine, dude can definitely afford it.
